- Mr (3/5): I would not recommend staying if you will be going outside the property late at night. - The property is clean, spacious and has modern deaign The staff agreed they will let me in at 2am when I return from event, however the staff did not answer phone calls when I returned and I did not have a way to access my car which was parked inside the gate or access my room to sleep, it took almost an hour of screaming and banging the gate for one of the guests to hear me and go wake up the staff, the staff was drunk and sleeping.

When we got there the room was not fully ready we had to wait for it to be cleaned however we took the time to go to the mall

- Thabile (10/5): Best Christmas stay - Firstly the staff was excellent, they were treating us like it was at home like we knew each other from way before. Secondly we met some very kind guest there that we were chilling with like friends(lucky us I guess). Our rooms were exceptional, I liked the lighting in my room in the bathroom, there's coffee in the rooms, the pool was amazing, there is lighting so the pictures are awesome, The overall place was beautiful and clean It wasn't a big deal but the wifi would go off for a minute or 2 and I didn't know what's going on. We wished we had a bigger table for us to sit as a family of 9, but that wasn't anyone's fault. There was a table but it only sat four people, but we managed to stay in the sitting room which was cosy and we put on some music.

- Mataboge (5/5): - The place it was nice 👌 The place is not friendly use for kids under 10 years. there should be a gate / a bugler separating the pool entrance on the passage The room upstairs should be given to those who come with no children as the stairs are not friendly users for kids also , and we do state when we book that we coming with kids and we give out ages And we were expecting water bottles in our room Otherwise, we enjoyed no lies 😍

- Kale (2/5): It would be a decent place if not for all the false advertising and poor management. - The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location is quiet and peaceful. They lied about most of their facilities on the ad. When I confronted them about the biggest one (private kitchens in every room) they changed the ad but refused to give me any compensation or discount. The ad is still inaccurate in a lot of ways. My room was not wheelchair accessible nor was it pool view and I was promised both. The pool was always filthy with garbage and litter. Whenever I called or messaged them they either didn't respond at all or took a very long time to respond.

- Prof Skeepers (3/5): Uncomfortable and ghetto - The beds had an electric blanket, and the room was clean, they also upgraded the room to a larger space because they mess up our sleeping arrangements. They told us to go to a second location, the day before we arrived, which messed up our transport plans as we didn't have enough time to change parts of our itinerary. The bathroom of the new place was old and falling apart, the new area was very loud and noisy because of the house, people that lived in the neighborhood We now had an estimated 15-minutes extra of travel time to our distance via Uber which thus increased out traveling costs The rooms aircon system didn't work The staff were absent and hard to get a hold of The owner didn't apologize for the inconvenience or explain why our original booking was moved to a new location, she just moved us to the next place and didn't do anything beside giving us a new room and send a DM sorry. The place ghetto and was like a cheap motel compared to the pictures of the original booking

- Tapson (6/5): Pleasant - The staff was friendly and always eager to help! There were rats in the kitchen/communal area. And old chicken in the conventional oven which left a little smell there aswell.

Called by the Guesthouse staff member while sleeping, wanted to know who gave us the room. We were strangers in that Guesthouse. We were told during the night that we were suppose to occupy room in another Semeni Asante Guesthouse.

I didn't like the fact that they have two guest houses that are distant from each other with the same name and they did not make a disclaimer on the app that there's two addresses. My friends also booked and we were under the impression that we would all be in the same yard only to find out that they've been booked at the other house.

- Nokuthula (10/5): An awesome gate away for relaxing and sight seeing - Breakfast was not served we had to buy our own food, we were allowed to use their utensils when cooking, peaceful, clean, the staff was amazing especially the ladies that helped us a lot to make us feel home away from home. We were quite taken aback when we got to the first venue where we did not book, when we were taken to the exact location the first room was not pleasant as we requested a pool view room, we had to pay an additional cost of R532 for the room that was pleasant. Upon booking we were shown the room that we wanted little did we know we were going to pay an additional cost. An improvement of Marketing Semeni Asante especially online is a need

Staff gave us freedom as guests i can write a book about that staff members whish to meet same people next visit On advert on booking. com it does not tell that the Jcuz and Spar are not on the same facility we needed those facility because were seen available but we just forgot about it because it was on the second guest house can this be corrected

- Siphiwe (3/5): The placed we booked was not the place we arrived to. - The location was good and convenient for our business. The Property was totally different to what we saw on Internet, the staff appeared to be lost, at some point they asked us when we were scheduled to depart from the property which is simple admin for them. Having to hoot at the gate every time you went out was daunting. the room had no aircon. it had a fan which was on the ceiling, with the switch attached to it, which meant that every time we needed to operate, we had to climb up the chair to get to it, which for me was not on. There was no hospitality at in that place. The staff was lost.

Hardly locked properly, The staff didn't know how to be accommodating. Our room wasn't what we expected. We weren't told that we were moved to another branch, No communication.
