Parking is not enough space because I had to wake up at night and shift the car when other people got there. If I was informed, I should have shiftef it before I sleep.

• Pienaar (4/5): Did not enjoy the stay at all - I know its cheap maybe as people would say you get what you pay for. - Lady was friendly that let me in. Assisted with wifi when I could not connect. Was up early to let me out in the morning Road to accommodation was terrible, No lights on the road - not safe for a female to travel on. Microwave in room dirty . No towels. Jug with water left in the room was not even filled up - a plastic spoon with two cups also left on the side. was told I can use the kitchen if I want to cook or use kitchen. But did not feel comfortable to use.

We ended up going to a bnb nearby and the owner then sent us the money back as we needed a refund and it was said it would take about a week if we canceled then. Really not happy with the treatment

• Deandrea (2/5): Decent - The property was clean and provided reliable electricity in a country where load shedding is a huge issue. The Wi-Fi was not reliable. The staff was rude and inconsiderate. There were noisy guests outside my door (after quiet hours) and guests playing loud music inside the connected bathroom (midnight, 2, 3 am) in the morning.

False info - Location was fine and the outside area it is what I saw beautiful We were never told that we will share the house with other guests, the outside room had man coming in using a toilet and the room was used by woman, the big stove with oven wasn’t working but we were told that it is working as we brought food most of it needed an oven, pots were dirty,sink had dirty water and pap crust in the sink, bed were not comfortable at all and didn’t see the bath with shower as per their photos, the lady didn’t even ask if we okay or tell us about the ppl we had to share the house with slept with the doors not locked as we weren’t given the keys

• Michael (1/5): I wanted to see what a low budget B&B close to Soweto where salt-of-the-earth people stayed - For a low value budget stay - you get what you pay for The host Vincent was amazing, he tried to make everyone happy and tried to solve any issues to the best of his ability Thank you Vincent, without you there I think the B&B would not have anyone in it Lets cut to the real issues. A B&B one would expect have facilities that work. Adequate utensils for everyone on the premises. Modern gas hood and oven really looked good in the kitchen, would have been amazing if it actually worked. The owner had been requested a while ago to get LPG gas for the unit, but this has not been forthcoming for a long while. Utensils - there was only 1 knife for 11 people and 3 staff staying there, 3 forks & 4 spoons. Cutlery - 5-6 eating plates, 2 side plates and 1 breakfast bowl, etc etc Cooking - a 2 plate counter top grill/oven with only 1 plate working for all of us. 2 microwaves - one working Everyone had to wait their turn to cook , one patron who had 2 young children only managed to cook their dinner by 22h00 a few nights This is an issue in a corrupt South Africa, typical of the outgoing ruling government, The owner is only interested in maximizing their rental earnings and do not put any money back in to the business to cover operating costs or crucial capital re-investment, either due to stupidity or ignorance or following the example of the corrupt government loosing power.

• Senzo (3/5): Lalala Hotel - Theres nothing that I can say I liked , the toilet has no tissue and needs a lot of repair work The area is very noisy due to a spot just down the road , the loudest music ever until 4am in the morning. Rooms have no air cons and it is super hot during the night .

There was strands of hair and ants on the floor. The basin in the bathroom wasn't clean, the kettle in the room was dusty. The host kept trying to explain why the room was the way it was but I didn't appreciate that.

There was no record of online bookings, the handle of the kettle is broken, the beds are not comfortable, most things that were shown the room will come did not come with it. Location isn't really visible and shows that it's a guesthouse as I got lost for while even when I used GPS.
