Comfortable bed (as expected from an IHG hotel group), everything was clean and the breakfast was good too. Also the location is pretty convenient in case you need to go to one of the biggest shopping malls in Zhongshan. So far so good.

- See Man (10/5): 2024新落成的新酒店 - 交通方便，永東直通巴士站點，就在門口下車。而且相連石岐萬象匯(B1有間大盒馬)，地理位很方便。酒店有個25米泳池，但Gym就比較精緻，房內也有瑜珈用具供使用，所以留在酒店也可消磨時間。房間大床也很舒適，唯獨枕頭太扁，希望可以改善。

It seems that the room allocation was random which ended up my family rooms are located at opposite at low level. Check-in crowd gathered at the same area with no management, no line for queueing.

- Nigel (9/5): Very comfortable 4 day stay in new hotel in Zhongshan - - Super modern western style hotel in new development in Zhongshan. Check in on 5th floor - our room was big enough but of a strange layout - no idea why it was done that way ? Good facilities and happy competent staff. The HK coach leaves/arrives on G/F so we could meet up with friends crossing border from HK Only negative was house keeping - they didn’t bother on one of the 4 days we stayed - despite requesting - no explanation / no offer of water or fresh towels - just completely missed us out. Very strange - given the rest of stay was good I believe this was some simple mistake. Would we stay again - probably yes

Staff: All staff we met are all very polite, helpful & hardworking. The young guy whom we ordered the welcoming drink from is very likeable and helpful. Special mention is the restaurant in-charge Mr Will Chen (陈振伟）who is very pleasant & helpful, ever ready to serve us with smile & sincerity. He made our days there every morning. Decor: We love the interior design of the hotel. It is elegant & pleasing to our eyes. We like our room decor very much. The color scheme, the matching & well-designed furniture. Above all, the thoughtfulness of providing yoga equipments, gym ball & stretch band for guests to work out inside the room. We have no hesitation to stay in Even Hotel again when we visit Zhongshan again.

- Hotel5000 (8/5): great room layout and amenities - Restaurant location off lobby ok; Breakfast officially starts at 7 am is TOO LATE for early departure guests or early risers, everything should be ready by 6:30 am at the latest though ALL breakfast items should be available by 6 am is much preferred; Congee never ready until 7 am or after; Chinese style congee served in western menu soup bowl is awefully small, inappropriate and ridiculous; Hotel is doing too well - hence overcrowded at breakfast, very unpleasant environment; No scramble eggs (or I didn't find it?) for breakfast buffet; no freshly done eggs
