• Miles (10/5): We were very happy with Revelstoke Vacation Rentals - Birdies & Bears. - A very well equipped condo. A convenient location for Revelstoke Mountain Resort and and easy drive to downtown Revelstoke. The main building entrance electronic lock was very quick to timeout/reset.
• Bronwyn (7/5): - Location was ok 10 mins drive to town . It was very hard to find . The instructions on where it was located weren’t easy . We had to ask several people to locate the building . Too many codes to get into building and room and car parking space .
• Deborah (10/5): Great - Location was awesome. Nice restaurant next door. Great coffee shop. The public areas are little dirty. Need top floor can hear the people above you all the time. They don’t work with you on change of plans.

• Marian (8/5): Fijn maar toch verrast door de schoonmaakkosten en verbouwingsgeluiden aan de overkant. - Het appartement is ruim opgezet en voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt om een een aantal dagen in het appartement te verblijven. Aan de accommodatie opzich niets alleen waren wij verbaasd dat wij niet van te voren (voor boeking) op de website van Booking.com konden lezen dat er gebouwd werd aan de overmant van de straat. Het was voor ons ook een verrassing dat we $ 250 dollar moesten betalen voor de schoonmaakkosten. Wij vinden dit niet in verhouding met de overnachtingskosten $452, voor 3 nachten. We hebben dit ook doorgegeven aan Revelstoke Vacation Rental. (Bericht hieronder) Dear Sir or Madam, We only slept with 2 people and 3 nights in this apartment Birdies and Bears. We had a great time but were shocked when booking about the additional cleaning fe e. We only used the master bedroom and its attached bathroom for the last few days and not the other second bedroom and bathroom. We cleaned up and left everything neat and tidy and therefore we feel that the cleaning fee is too high $ 250 and not commensurate with the overnight cost. • Mark (10/5): Cool, stylish and comfortable Birdies and Bears! - Very comfortable, clean and well appointed apartment with essentials such as toilet roll, hand wash, body wash, dishwasher tablets, coffee etc supplied.Arrival instructions in email all very clear and had no problem with door codes. Mackenzie village now has handy grocery store, liquor store, cafe and restaurant all within a few minutes' walk and pilates studio due to open soon.. Loved the hot tub in the evenings. Faced the best way, in my opinion, as gets the morning sun on the balcony and faces the new Highline bridge and viewing platform. Only 5 minutes ' drive to downtown Revelstoke. We felt very safe and it was very quiet at night. Loved our 16 night stay here in this beautiful place and definitely hope to return. As others have said, there is some noise and dust during the day from the building work opposite, and it does currently affect the view, but it didn't really bother us as we were out all day.

• Abner (9/5): Good stay - Good clean space, there are plenty of amenities around the area. Underground assigned parking is great. Our door access code was not ready at the time of check in, it took 2 phone calls and an hour later for the final door code to be given. The guest portal where all information is given is cumbersome, it kept requiring for different codes each time to access it. We have to seek data signal to access the guest portal when door code was not ready at the designated check in time.

• Michael (10/5): - The unit was very new and nice. We appreciated the underground parking and an individual great hot tub. The kitchen was very functional and the beds were very comfortable. I would love to return! Thanks for letting us stay!
• Shannon (10/5): Value, Comfort & Location top shelf - Instructions were clear. Condo was clean, modern, very stylish. Beds were VERY comfortable, bathrooms were very nice, the entire place was very well kept and you can tell care was taken to keep the condo in good condition. Bathroom amenties were very nice plus the heated floors were a nice little bonus. Hot tub was very welcomed after long days of hiking. Overall our expectations were 100% exceeded, would definitely stay again and recommend to friends. I would say this was the best value for money accommodation we have booked. Chairs and Lounge in sitting room were not comfortable. Considering everything else in the condo was top shelf this wasn’t a deal breaker for us.
• Ben1 (10/5): Extraordinary apartment - Property has everything that one family needs. Very well organized, super clean, beds are very comfortable. The garage is super. Easy check in. Brochures and maps available. One of the best where we stay in BC. We are very, very satisfied with it. Maybe , it would be good to have a first aid kit and a handy cod for the garbage shed.
• Fenja (10/5): Optimal short time living space - New, Clean, everything available one needs in a flat. Parking in the Garage, plenty of space and a hottub (little bit of construction noice but we were gone for the daytime so no complaints there)
• Stephanie (10/5): Great! - Very nicely decorated, fully furnished, hot tub, parking Sink is very shallow making it a bit hard to wash, but not a big deal at all compared to all the other great furnishings.
• Kulvinder (8/5): Very relaxing. - Quiet and clean. Check out day there was no electricity since 6 AM, and even though it was no fault of vacation rentals we were living in. BC hydro had disconnected due to some issues, was gone for almost 4 hours. When I had called central booking office - spoke to Shawn he did not care and kept saying this is not our fault and that we will not give you a refund. In fact, I had not even asked for a refund or even mentioned this to him; and all I wanted them to know that this was for sure an inconvenience on the day when we were leaving and if they could extend our checkout time. I feel listening first and answering should be better instead of being impulsive and answering without thinking. Also, one should show empathy and be caring and understanding. After a back and forth Shawn said Amy his Manager has approved checkout at Noon instead of 10.00AM which was helpful.
• Stephanie (10/5): A fun weekend at a very enjoyable and comfortable home away from home. - Very clean and nicely decorated. Has everything you need for a weekend. Quiet area. Nothing really. Everything we needed was there!

• Darlene (8/5): Fun with family and happy with the suite. - Well laid out well and clean. Furniture and beds good. Well appointed kitchen. Most things one would need were there. Getting in and out of bathtub almost impossible for short people. Definitely needs a grab bar! Bathroom sinks take some getting used to. Hard to get hands under tap, Rug in living area very slippery…not a good choice. Communication very poor when you have questions. Parking solved by a resident as we needed 2 spaces underground.
• Jilene (10/5): Exceptional - Modern style, new Appliances, hot tub. Different codes for doors that are hard to remember. I suggest setting it to be the customers phone number instead.
