- Dayna (8/5): - My biggest issue with this property was lack of communication. I sent a message prior to my arrival that was never answered. Upon arrival I had a problem with my room key, and it took well over two hours to receive a response. The neighborhood felt safe but the street was very crowded. I was very grateful for parking in the driveway. There was no light on at the front door so I needed to get a flashlight to see. There is also no railing on the front steps. I think there is also a gutter missing because it was raining and the water was extra heavy falling on my head from the roof. The house is clean and modern, the room too. That being said, the plug beside the bed only had one working outlet so I couldn’t charge my phone and have the bedside lamp plugged in at the same time. If you have an allergy to Glade Plug-ins don’t stay here. It smells nice BUT the scent is overpowering and I had to unplug as they made my eyes water and my mouth fuzzy. Finally the toilet in the basement bathroom didn’t flush properly and I was worried it was going to overflow.

- Ursula (10/5): - The place is very clean and is in a quiet neighborhood. Although i had several "roommates " in the house, I could barely hear them. If i might give a few suggestions to the property owners. First of all, it would be nice to have a hair dryer provided in the bathroom. Although there were nice big bath towels provided, i would have also liked some hand towels. And then maybe a Kleenex box in the room. These are small things they could improve on.

- Annasellaine (6/5): - The property was clean since the house and neighborhood looks newly built. No shoes allowed inside the house, they should have provided disposable slippers to wear inside. Bring an ear plug if in case the other rooms play loud music at night or running washing machine at night. We weren't able to sleep the 2nd night because of the sounds next to our room was a bit loud. Nice thing though the place was clean.

- Tobias (8/5): Clean and Nice - Very prettu house and id nearly give it a full 5 stars but i felt uneasy as it was very barren I feel a tv and coffee table would have made me feel less uneasy even if jusy for looks. The bed was cery comfy and clean. And the bathroom was very nice. The house was very clean. Just needed a bit more personality. Overall would stay again

Thin walls so able to hear other groups coming and going, very little privacy. The rooms were clean, though, and the shared kitchen was very nice. Good for the price, just didnt realize we were paying just for the little bedroom and sharing all other spaces.

- Christine (6/5): - This property was listed as a lodge, howee it was a new build house that rented out the rooms sort of like a bed and breakfast without the breakfast. The room was large, bright and comfortable. Wifi was available along with spcialty channels such as Netflix etc. The bathroom did not have a hand towel or face cloth. There was no warm blanket provided. There was no security lock provided for inside the bedroom door. There was a shared Kitchen and livingroom but someone was sleeping on the couch.

And the desk and chair were a little on the petite side, better suited for a grade schooler than an adult. Lastly, there were no exterior lights, so anyone arriving after sunset better have a flashlight handy!

- Verified traveler (6/5): Nice home, complicated check-in & bathroom use - This is my 2nd time staying here. Each time, I've had to text the owner for check-in instructions because they're not automatically sent as per the listing instructions, so you may have to wait a few hours to get inside, even after the 4pm check-in time. Another guest had the same issue. The only room with a private bath in the house is in the basement. The 4 rooms upstairs share one full bath, which means you could potentially be waiting for 7 other ppl to shower before you get your turn. There's a powder room on the main floor just past the kitchen, which I had to use to brush my teeth at night because the upstairs bathroom was in use for a long while. There’s only one parking spot for the house. The street parking is a challenge because of the amount of cars that park on the street.
