- Michael (10/5): - The Newcastle Country Inn was a great place to stay. The room was small, but very cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The Inn is in a quiet neighborhood in a lovely town. The room was super clean and well taken care of. Breakfast was typical continental breakfast and the coffee was good. The check in gentlemen were very friendly and a pleasure to chat with. We would stay at the newcastle again.
- Jeffrey (10/5): - Very lovely and friendly B'n'B. They use all plant-based cleaners and require guests to use indoor slippers in the building. The rooms were immaculate and peaceful.
- Claude (2/5): - Very small room. The air conditioner stopped from 10:30 pm to 7:00 am and air fell stuffy. The breakfast was not representative for the amount charged. The moment that we informed the host that we were not going to stay for the duration of the time booked, she made us feel unwelcome. She has a no shoes policy in the, that I respected. But while bringing our luggage to the car, I forgot to remove them on the second trip. She got in my way and started to insult me. This was not appreciated.

Although it is advertised as a B & B you do have to pay extra for breakfast, which is fine, just good to know. The breakfast was generous. The room was comfortable with good amenities and it was wonderful to walk to Sam's restaurant where the food was divine!

- CAH762 (10/5): Still the Best Inn In Drumheller and Valley! - We have not been able to stay at the Newcastle Country Inn during the past 5 years but we had been annual patrons of the Inn for many years before. For trip during this hectic weekend in Drumheller, we found the Newcastle Country Inn to still be the best place to stay in the Valley. The customer service is excellent, the rooms are beautifully clean and comfortable to stay in. The new hot breakfast option is terrific, especially when it was a busy weekend in the community and it's restaurants. It is still a lovely peacefully area to stay and we had an excellent sleep at the Inn. Thank you so much to owner/hosts of this lovely gem. We will visit again.
- Experience556423 (2/5): Very poor , would never stay at this B & B again. - Very poor experience at New Castle Country Inn. Damp room in basement and very noisy at night with traffic going by into the wee hours of the morning. Bugs in the bathroom in corners but looked dead. Breakfast was a not good. I found a hair in my food and so did the person sitting at the same table. A real turn off! Yet paid a premium rate for room. Did not get money's worth.
- colaf794 (10/5): FULFILLING STAY AT NEWCASTLE COUNTRY INN - Excellent!Very clean ,Great service and staff.Was served hot fresh made right in front of us very delicious pancakes plus eggs .Calm and quiet bed and breakfast in the heart of Drumheller.Great value for money.Very different and much better rooms than any hotel I have stayed.They don't use chemicals for clean up which was nice too.Will be happy to return.

- sizzlingh2024 (10/5): Hidden gem in Drumheller-Our home like stay - The place was extremely clean, calm and home like.The hosts were excellent very responsive and breakfast though optional was worth every penny.Fresh fruits and home made banana Breda made our day.Rooms had central heating , plush blankets, luggage rack, mini fridge and beds were comfortable and had colourful quilts Overall a five star experience for less.This place is a hidden gem.
- simonl801 (2/5): We were turned away - My aunt had booked two rooms on booking.com with a search for hotels that were pet friendly. This Inn came up so she booked two rooms. When we arrived we were told we could not bring the dog. We had to find another hotel. It was obviously an understandable mistake but the hotel has refused to refund us. They simply took our money and turned us away
- Experience556423 (2/5): As above - Well I will never stay at this B&B ever again should I go to Drumheller another time. First of all my original overnight accommodation booking did not go through and I was at the mercy of this outfit when the Information Center in Drumheller directed me to this Inn, as the employees did call a number of accommodations but they were all booked. (There was a very popular concert that evening in Drumheller.) Mr. Singh even spoke to me at the information center and said "so kindly" that he would have a room for me. When I got to this place and went in , Mr. Singh charged me $218 for the one night. By that time (it was about 9:45 PM) and I was very tired and just needed a place to sleep in safety. I found the room OK and it wasn't so clean so I'm wondering where someone else rated it so consistently clean on another B&B sight. Also , I told him about my mobility issues but I found the bed very high so basically I had to either throw my body on the bed or use one of the chairs as a step ladder to get myself in bed. The Inn is basically a pre-fab dwelling with very thin walls so it was a very noisy night for me . I awoke early mostly for the afore mentioned reason. But there were other problems I witnessed in their kitchen. I wasn't about to say anything out loud as the dining area was in very close quarters and people were coming after me to eat breakfast. Unfortunately I found a hair in my food. It was about 1 plus inches long.This turned me off. Then things got worse for me as I bought a homemade purse or at least that is what the Senior Singhs said. I paid $80 CASH for it. When I returned home, I found I had a very similar bag. So I wanted to return it by Can. Post. I phoned the Singhs and the man that answered said "no problem" that they could send me a bankdraft (money order) once they rec'd the bag. I phoned again and was told they received the bag last Friday, Sept.8. I mailed the bag Thurs, Aug. 17. Depending who I talked to as I have phoned a number of times, including earlier this evening speaking to Mrs. Singh, ( Sept. 15), no one seems to "know" about these calls, texts that I have continually sent since Aug. 19. So I made it crystal clear to her that either they send me the $80 promised or send the the bag BACK to me, so I can sell it and not be out the whole $80. It likely is only worth to anyone about $20-$30 if that, so I will still be out $50 plus. LIVE and LEARN.

- laurels936 (10/5): homely place to stay when not at home - The place had an amazing home like feel.Very clean ,even cleaner than my home.The mattresses are back friendly and the quilts were colourful and added excitement to the whole mood.Rooms we had were spacious with microwave and they hosts took care to provide both summer as well as winter blankets just in case seniors needed themThe shower with a math tub had raise installed for safety and had antislip strips too with the right amount of pressure and hot water inspire being full at that weekend.The breakfast they served was amazing and we could have asked for more. Pancakes, hash browns and bacon and 3 types of organic juices.Hosts were very friendly .The place is at a walking distance to the passion play site and has ample parking available.Located in a quiet area with just 4 minutes drive to downtown. We always felt at home .
- U3344BJjessicas (10/5): Home away from home - Having taken over the Newcastle Country Inn six months ago, Daljit and Singh are excellent hosts. They went above and beyond, in our opinion. Brand new house slippers were given to us so we wouldn't track outside dirt onto their carpet, maintaining the inn's cleanliness. Our room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and included all the usual comforts (TV, central A/C, extra blankets, luggage rack, mini fridge). The ensuite had a shower head with the perfect amount of pressure and constant heat despite others taking showers at the same time throughout the house. The bed was super comfortable. We thought breakfast was going to be a quick grab'n'go cold continental, but to our surprise, we woke up to the smell of sausages, hashbrowns, and eggs. They had the living room TV on and even asked one of the other guests' child if they wanted to watch cartoons, and would change the channel to accommodate them! I think the inn gives off the "home away from home" vibe. It is located in a quiet part of Drumheller, not too far away from the all the usual dino action (20 minutes walk). It's also one of the closest, if not THE closest, accommodation if you're visiting Drumheller to watch the Passion Play at the Badlands Amphitheatre. Overall, these are hosts/owners that really do care about your comfort during your stay. We'd definitely stay with them again in the future. Keep up the great work!

There is a fridge in the room, which is useful. Judith and Clarence are very welcoming hosts and provide useful information to help you make the most of your stay. - Home-By9 (10/5): Excellent choice in Drumheller, our best stay - Traveling across Canada, this B&B will go down as our best stay and an excellent choice. The hosts were extremely welcoming, to their immaculately clean home. Much better than any hotel stay. Attention to the guests comfort and the decor of the home has been given great consideration. Quiet neighborhood, off street parking available. Comfortable beds, nice towels and the bath included all our needs. Absolutely no issues, would not hesitate to book this facility again. Appreciate the no pet policy. Would not of stayed here without the no pet policy. Thank you for a lovely stay.

From the moment we entered we were made to feel welcome and all our needs were catered for. Judith and her husband clarence made every effort to make our stay the best it could possibly be! Judith is full of knowledge and gave us a few recommendations about restaurants in the local area. They were spot on! The hotel is their home so is cleaned to a high standard! There is a no outside shoes policy and you can see why, the plush carpets are spotless. The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and very good bathrooms and the most comfortable beds. The food was of a high standard and there was plenty of it. I would definitely return and would reccomend this place to anybody! Very well priced

We were late coming in and still we were greeted at the door with a welcome smile and it felt like we were entering a home of friends. Did I say clean already. - norenec507 (10/5): It’s like being greeted by family - My family and I took a trip in July to visit Drumheller and the Royal Tyrrell Museum and we were so glad to find this lovely B and B! We arrived late and Judith welcomed our tired and road-weary faces with a warm and comforting smile, and we immediately felt like we were being greeted by family. She gave us a quick tour of her comfortable breakfast and lounge area and made sure we got settled in to our cozy and sparkling clean room downstairs. The next morning, we met her husband, Clarence, who took care of getting a nice continental breakfast set out for our choosing. We spent most of our time touring around the fascinating Drumheller area, filled with our son’s favorite dinosaur sightings, and Clarence and Judith were full of helpful information about sights to see and local history. Our 11-yr-old son sincerely enjoyed the comfortable atmosphere and Judith has a knack for making everyone feel at home. We tried to treat their place with respect as this is their home as well and appreciated their commitment to their guests. If you are looking for an excepitionally clean, quiet, and cozy place to stay, I can’t recommend the Newcastle Country Inn enough!
