The place was very clean and had what we needed to be comfortable. We loved the outdoor space! The pressure of the water in the shower was very low. And the water was warm for a a few minutes only. We really couldn't take a good shower while we were there. Good thing we only stayed for two nights.

- NiciPi (8/5): Ausreichend für einen Kurztrip - Die Kommunikation verlief immer super, uns wurde sofort geantwortet und auf Anfrage haben wir auch mehr Handtücher bekommen und konnten unsere Koffer da lassen. Auch der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist außerordentlich schön! Obwohl wir für 3 Personen gebucht und gezahlt haben, war das Schlafsofa nicht gemacht, sondern mussten wir es bei unserer Ankunft selbst machen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist nicht vorhanden - Haare waschen mit langen Haaren ist unmöglich.

- Uta (9/5): Schöne Wohnung, schöne Stadt, schöne Zeit - Wir hatten die Wohnung zum Hinterhof in den oberen Stockwerken Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, mit dem Nötigsten, für tägliches Kochen wäre das etwas wenig, was angesichts der schönen Küche sehr schade ist. Es schien die Wintersonne hinein, da saß man sehr gut am großen Esstisch Die Wohnung war ruhig, die Betten bequem, endlich mal eine Wohnung mit ausreichend Stauraum für Koffer und Kleidung Kontakt zu den Vermietern hat gut und schnell funktioniert 2 Badezimmer, da ist für alle genug Platz Charmant renovierte geräumige Altbauwohnung Lage sehr gut, zentral in sehr schönem Stadtteil, viele Cafés, Restaurants in der Nähe AeroBus-Station ca. 10 Minuten entfernt, bekannte Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe Zum Meer zu Fuß ca. 30 Minuten

For a group of 5 people it was difficult. We reported it at 12am, staff came the following day to fix it....so all night no toilet trips!
- Katalin (10/5): Kiváló, mindenkinek csak ajánlani tudom - Kiváló elhelyezkedés. Nagyon kényelmes tágas szobák, kényelmes ágyak, szuper felszerelt konyha. Kiváló ár érték arányú szállás. Egyetlen negatívumot tudok csak megemlíteni, az pedig a bejárat előtti szőnyeg, ami nagyon koszos volt. Ez abszolút ellent mondott annak a tisztaságnak , ami az apartmanban fogadott minket.
- Karen (9/5): Great, stylish central apartment - we will be back - Amazing stylishly equipped spacious apartment in fantastic location in Eixample. Most sights are walkable from here. two small issues. We didn't appreciate having to pay the tourist tax on our phone on the road outside to be given the keycode. It would be good to pre pay, or pay once we had access through the main door. Getting credit cards out and paying via your phone isn't safe anywhere. for context we did arrive after 6 when reception was closed, but Isuspect many arrive outside reception hours. Also, all the water was turned off temporarily one evening at 11 pm ish due to water pressure. The timing wasn't great, but I suspect it was out of the owners control. Having said this - we would definitely return

The location was excellent, but the major issues - מבחינת המיקום, הדירה הייתה מצוינת ובאמת קרובה לכל המקומות המשמעותיים. האזור נוח מאוד עם סופרמרקטים זמינים ממש ליד. הדירה עצמה הייתה מעוצבת בצורה יפה ומאובזרת, והמרפסת הייתה תוספת נחמדה ונעימה לשהייה. Excellent location, very close to all major attractions and supermarkets. The apartment is well-equipped with a fully functional kitchen and comfortable furniture. The balcony was also a great addition חוויית השהות נפגעה משמעותית בגלל בעיות בצנרת. זרם המים במקלחת היה חלש מאוד מאוד והמים היו או קפואים או רותחים, מה שהפך את המקלחת לבלתי אפשרית. בנוסף, לילה אחד חזרנו לדירה וגילינו שאין מים בכלל. כשאמרנו את זה לצוות הם אמרו שזו בעיה ידועה ולא הופתעו, כמובן שלא היה להם מה לעשות. זה לא עניין של גירה ספציפית כי שמענו מאוד כמה מתארחים שסבלו מהבעיה הזו. בנוסף, מבחינת ניקיון היה נקי אבל לא יותר מציון 7.5 The stay was ruined by major plumbing issues. The water pressure was extremely weak, and the temperature fluctuated between freezing and scalding hot. One night, we had no water at all. The staff admitted this is a known problem and weren't surprised, yet offered no solution. We also realized other guests were facing the exact same issue. Unacceptable

- Neeltje (8/5): - De locatie is echt perfect. Wij hadden een appartement aan de binnentuintjes, en daar had je totaal geen idee dat je aan een hele drukke weg zat. Je hoort alleen geluiden vanuit het appartementencomplex. Niet heel storend. Het appartement was groot en schoon. Als ik iets op aan te merken heb is dat ik haakjes miste voor de handdoeken op de badkamer en keuken....
- Sharada (9/5): Es war wirklich wunderbar! Wir möchten wieder kommen. - Die Lage der Wohnung war ausgezeichnet. Vieles konnten wir sehr einfach zu Fuss erreichen. Ausserdem hat die Kontaktperson der Wohnung immer sehr schnell reagiert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und schön. Und man hat eine wunderbare Aussicht auf die Dächer Barcelonas! Meine Freundinnen und ich würden auf jeden Fall wieder gehen. Es gab auch ein Bügeleisen und ein Bügelbrett, das wir verwendet haben. Das kleinere Schlafzimmer ist wirklich klein und hatte leider keine Läden, um es dunkel zu machen. Aber das ist das einzige negative Feedback, das wir geben können.

- Cristina (8/5): Lovely apartment but very noisy neighbours - The sofa was large and comfortable, the dining area was beautiful, flooded with natural light. The apartment was large and roomy. The aircon was very good and effective. There were no hand towels provided which is a shame as pretty much everything else was provided. A sheet would have been helpful as a duvet was far too hot to sleep with. The cutlery, cups and glasses were dirty (clearly used and put away). Unfortunately the neighbours above were extremely ignorant making a lot of noise until after 2 am. Then the following night they left their TV on very loudly all night.
- Christophe (7/5): Très bien mais le problème d eau chaude et l absence de rideau est à corriger dans l appartement que l on a occupé. - Très propres, de la place, bien équipé et une super terasse au soleil. Très bien placé entre le centre et la Sagrada. La douche qui sur notre séjour de 3 jours ne nous a jamais offert que de l eau froide ou parfois brûlante avec un débit très variable donc pas top du tout (le lavabo était plus attirant…). Vu l état de la colonne de douche ce problème était forcément identifié avant notre arrivée. Manque un volet ou rideau occultant dans la chambre une personne. Réveil matinal assuré! Decoration très épurée.

- Sofie (9/5): Zeer rustige, ruime kamers, proper , alles voorhanden om - Er hangt een telefoonnummer boven de bel, wanneer je die belt, krijg je per whatsapp een code voor de voordeur . Aan elke kamer hangt een sleutelkastje dus mbv code kan je daar binnen. Het is dus mogelijk om laat te arriveren. Uitchecken ten laatste om 12u, om 11:15 werd er al op de deur geklopt en daarna elk kwartier. Dat was vervelend. 12u is 12u.

- Birgit (5/5): Nie wieder - Das einzige, was in der Unterkunft gut war, weil die Lage des Apartments. Das Personal, das gereinigt hat, war sehr höflich. Die Unterkunft ist nicht empfehlenswert. Sie war, als wir angekommen sind, nicht sehr sauber. Das Apartment war zur Gänze abgewohnt. Im ersten Bad war ein unerträglicher Kanalgeruch. Dies, obwohl das Apartment im fünften Stock gelegen ist. In diesem Bad fehlte auch bei der Dusche die Türe. Das war nicht eine modernen Dusche geschuldet sondern einfach dem Umstand, dass diese offensichtlich nachträglich heraus genommen wurde. Im anderen Bad war an den Wänden schwarzer Schimmel, ebenso waren die Fugen von Schimmel befallen und nicht gereinigt. Nachdem das Apartment äußerst kalt war, als wir angekommen sind, haben wir gefragt, wie man es halten kann. Eine Mitarbeiterin hat mitgeteilt, dass das Apartment dann heizt, wenn die Eingangstüre für 5 Minuten verschlossen ist. Sonst führt der Luftzug im Apartment dazu, das nicht geheizt wird. War, das während der ganzen vier Tage, nicht geheizt werden konnte, was bei Temperaturen von circa 17° auch nicht sehr toll war. Die Kästen hatten keine Türen, die laden in der Küche einen unangenehmen Geruch. Die Schlafzimmer glichen eher einerJugendherberge als einem wirklich teuren Apartment. Am ersten Tag hat am Abend das Warmwasser auch nicht durchgeht funktioniert, was einem auch nicht glücklich macht, wenn man mit Shampoo in den langen Haaren in der Dusche steht. Nachdem ich eine Nachricht an den Unterkunftgeber übermittelt habe, dass das Apartment nicht annähernd den Fotos im Angebot gleicht und die Mängel, wie etwa keine funktionierende Heizung und Probleme mit dem Warmwasser vorhanden sind, kam keine Antwort. Am Tag der Abreise wurde uns nur bis 17 Uhr die Möglichkeit eingeräumt Gepäck abzzgeben. Was bei einem späten Flug auch nicht gerade optimal ist.

- Almira (8/5): Perfect apartment to enjoy the city centre of Barcelona with own kitchen and everything. - Super convenient location, there is an elevator in the building and a terrace in the apartment. Super quiet at night, but probably it depends on the apartment. One bedroom is without windows.

- Zhanar (10/5): I highly recommend choosing this apartment — we really enjoyed our stay. - The apartment is located in the center of Barcelona. It was clean, with no unpleasant smells, and fully equipped with everything you might need — a refrigerator, microwave, oven, gas stove, and TV. The bed was very comfortable, and there was also a sofa. One of the highlights is the large terrace with a view of residential buildings — a great place to relax. The check-in process was smooth and convenient. The location is excellent, right in the city center, with everything within easy reach. There is also a large park nearby. As for the downsides, there are no major issues. You just need to wait a bit for the water to heat up, and the TV is not connected to the internet. Other than that, everything was great.
- rossella (9/5): Alloggio comodo - Ho soggiornato nel monolocale, dotato di camera da letto e un divano letto in cucina. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni confort. Il terrazzino è un plus. C'era Addirittura l'asciugacapelli con il diffusore, che per una riccia è essenziale. Il divano letto non era molto comodo. La sera parte il riscaldamento centralizzato e durante la notte, con il piumone faceva davvero molto caldo. Magari lasciare un lenzuolo se si vuole dormire più leggeri.

- Giulia Alessandra (1/5): Mancanza d’acqua la sera, Staff Maleducato, Impossibilità di lasciare i bagagli al check-out - Arredamento moderno e grande terrazza Grave mancanza di acqua la sera e staff davvero scortese e maleducato. Per due notti abbiamo chiamato il numero di emergenza indicato in camera perché mancava l’acqua, ma il giorno dopo ci è stato detto che nessuno era stato informato, cosa non vera. Nessun intervento e nessuna ulteriore chiamata per la mancanza d’acqua. Nonostante avessimo inviato gli screenshot delle chiamate effettuate al numero di emergenza, lo staff ha continuato a fingere di non sapere nulla del problema pur di non scusarsi. Avevamo chiesto su Booking e WhatsApp di lasciare le valigie dopo il check-out, ma la mattina non c’era nessuno in reception e nessuno rispondeva a nessun numero (reception, backup o emergenze). Dopo oltre un’ora di tentativi siamo stati costretti a lasciare l’hotel e pagare un deposito bagagli costoso. Solo dopo ci è stato detto che la reception apriva a un certo orario, mai comunicato prima. Un’ulteriore scusa pur di non porgere a noi le scuse del disguido. Inoltre, pavimenti impolverati e sporchi. Esperienza molto negativa.

- Beatrice (7/5): Wend maratona con famiglia - La struttura è conforme a quanto visibile sul sito, anzi non avevo capito che c’erano 2 bagni. La posizione stupenda per muoversi a piedi ma anche con i mezzi. La vista qualcosa di formidabile le vetrate ampie si vedevano le guglie della Sagrada. L’assistenza pressoché nulla ho chiesto, il numero fornito inesistente, 2 cose durante il soggiorno via mail non ho ricevuto risposta. La cucina con allestimento scarsissimo, c’erano 3 cucchiaini e neanche le tazze del caffè. Per prendere il caffè dovevamo inclinare la tazza del the sotto la macchinetta. Non c’erano pentolini piccoli, se una famiglia prende un appartamento si presume che almeno la colazione o qualcosa faccia in casa.

- Ioanna (10/5): - The apartment is very cosy and very spacy as well! It has all the amenities that you need. There is always hot water and also there is a heater as well for the cold nights and days. The location is excellent as well and it has supermarkets and cafes as well as restaurants nearby. We were very happy with everything! The staff is very friendly and they always respond quickly to help you out with anything. Definitely coming back!

Апартаментът се намира в близост до основните забележителности, както и до разнообразни възможности за ползване на градски транспорт. Самото жилище е голямо, уютно и притежава необходимите удобства. В района се намират множество пекарни, заведения за хранене и супермаркети. Единственото, което може значително да се подобри, е комуникацията с домакините при получаването на ключовете за апартамента. Независимо, че предварително беше посочен приблизителен час на пристигане, беше трудно да се свържем с някого, за да получим финалните инструкции за отключване.

- Leonardo (10/5): Camera ampia e centrale con amici per un compleanno - L'appartamento (3o piano, non ricordo il numero) molto grande e luminoso. Arredamento curato con solaio in ferro e voltine a vista tenuto bene. Posizione molto comoda, 15 minuti andando comodi da P. Catalunya. Rivestimenti del bagno da cui prenderò ispirazione. La finestra della mia camera (erano due) era chiusa (probabilmente sulla chiostrina), ma lo scuro non si chiudeva per problema geometrico ed entrava luce. Interessante l'assenza di battiscopa nel soggiorno ma lascia gli angoli, soprattutto in corrispondenza del nodo con la parete in muratura a vista, con polvere.
- Silvia (7/5): Saubere Wohnung an guter Lage. - Lage, Terasse, Dusche & WC Spärliche Geschirrs und Küchenmaterial (z. B. Schöpfkelle, Sieb haben gefehlt) 2 Nächte war es sehr laut, weil die Dachabdeckung der Patio locker war und sich im Wind herumschlug.
- Kseniya (9/5): - Жили семьёй 4 ночи. Номер чистый, комфортный, есть все необходимое для комфортной жизни. Шикарный вид с балкона. Расположение супер. После 23:00 нет никаких шансов принять душ. Вода просто не идет. Об этом никто не предупреждал, к сожалению.
