Lisane (9/5): Un petit week-end très confortable à prix plus qu’abordable! - La propreté des lieux et l’emplacement Le stationnement arrière moyennement déneiger
mysa (3/5): Peu de sommeil - Proximité Le niveau de bruit était très élevé près du bar, surtout tard dans la nuit, ce qui a nui à notre tranquillité. De plus, la présence policière était importante : à mon réveil, il y avait cinq voitures de police sur place. Cette situation ne nous a pas permis de nous sentir en sécurité durant notre séjour en plus du manque de stationnement
Shirley (8/5): Propre , confortable et à proximité de toutes les services et commodités. - Très bien situé au centre-ville; à distance de marche des restos, pubs, boutiques , lac et Théâtre du Cuivre. Très bonne communication avec les propriétaires. Un seul stationnement et non déneigé. Aussi; difficile de barrer la porte intérieure en haut des escaliers. Pas de séchoir à cheveux, pas d’ouvre-bouteille, manque un fauteuil dans le salon car on peut juste asseoir 3 personnes sur le divan.
Marc (4/5): Bien situé au centre-ville mais il faut accepter des désagréments. - facile d'y entrer. très bien situé. Instructions claires Salle de bain avec eau chaude et froide inversées, incluant pour la toilette qui était chaude, ce qui rendait la salle de bian inconfortable (et l'utilisation des robinets dangereux pour brulure). Machine a café non fonctionnelle. Évider de cuisine qui fuit. Propreté correct mais sans plus. Absence de crochets, seulement 5 cintres taille enfant. Seulement deux chaises alors qu'on dit le logement possible peut convenir jusqu'à 4. Stationnement arrière peut accessible. Information incorrecte au sujet du logement par courriel (rez de chaussée alors que c'était à l'étage)

Tyla (8/5): Great location, lots of space and overall had a great stay - Great location, lots of space and appliances! It’s seemed like it could’ve been cleaned better, we found a vape in the couch and the jet tub did not seem to be cleaned from the previous guests. The parking was only two spots making it’s very tight to begin with, but there was a lot of garbage piled up making it even more difficult park.

Avoir pensé au stationnement gratuit derrière l édifice et à celui alternatif. D avoir une vignette à notre dispo. ♡♡♡Pour la communication avec le locateur à toutes les phases de la location: cest Extra! L'insonorisation est déficitaire: nous entendons les allées et venues des autres résidents. Les toisons ( murs ) sont peu étanches. Les serrures avec digicode sont installées sur des portes et des murs très précaires.

Vannaly (8/5): - Pour un séjour d'une nuit, le loft est très confortable et propre. Le seul inconvénient : le stationnement inclus/gratuit derrière la bâtisse laisse à désirer. C'est sale et nauséabonde à cause de plusieurs bacs de poubelles qui débordent. On s'est stationné à la Place de la citoyenneté situé à quelques secondes de la bâtisse.

Yannick (5/5): I was happy to leave at 6h00 AM. - The code for getting in, no check in, instructions were clear. It was easy to find the place and the parking spot because it was well explained. Would have been more difficult if not. Kitchen had everything so we could cook. The location was good for us too. We had a parking spot available right at door and didn't need to go to the other one. It was an old building but they did a lot of renovation to make it clean. Got a lot of indication by e-mail, it was well explained. I had a question and they answered back in 3 hours. The oven was really slow to start up, we thought it was broken. Also, 2 of the 4 coils on top didn't work. Waited a while to realized it and we were hungry while waiting for food to cook. One of the window was cracked (a little bit open) when we arrived. Couldn't close it well. We heard the loader shovelling the snow right in front of the property for 1 hour from 4h00 AM to 5h00 AM. Mattress wasn't confortable and making a lot of noise. The bathroom next to the bedroom was smelling awful. Sewer odours were coming from the toilet or the shower. We had to let the door closed because the odour was strong in the bedroom. Unfortunately there was no fan in the bathroom, so we couldn't get this odour out. We tried to keep it in the bathroom the best we could but we had to use it sometime, so the bedroom was smelling terrible. Didn't sleep well because of that too. Also, there was no hot water. We had to boil water on the oven to clean the dishes. We couldn't take a shower because of that to. The morning after, same thing. No hot water. Still had to boil water to do the dishes before leaving. I think I was able to sleep for 2 hours. Should have done some car camping, would have been better.

I was instructed to enter from the back of the building. There was no access from the back of the building bad communication on that subject. So I had to go find another parking space. And take a taxi to go get my car at departure. All around it was an awful experience. The unit itself was very clean!

Geneviève (6/5): - C'était visiblement un appartement en rénovation, à moitié fini. Il y avait une belle cuisine et des choses luxueuses (même trop), et d'autres qui n'avaient pas d'allure (papier de toilette qui traine par terre, fils électrique apparents autour du cadre de porte pas fini, pas super pour les enfants, chambre sans aucune fenêtre ou aération, bain à remous brisé et au contour non fini....). On s'en serait acommodé, mais le problème était la saleté Poils et cheveux dans le bain, etc, plancher rempli de poils, cheveux et de traces - on a du changer nos bas dans l'auto avant de partir parce qu'il étaient trop sales. La literie était très propre, mais la tête de lit si poussiéreuse et sale qu'on a dormi la tête de l'autre côté. Bien dommage, car la localisation était parfaite, la cuisine bien garnie, et le prix, bien intéressant.

Le système de climatisation n'avait pas de renvoi et l'eau coulé dans le plancher de la chambre. La table et les chaises de mauvaise qualité et très fragiles. La balance, bien. Le lit, bien. Salle de bain, très bien.

To my surprise, the wifi is very unstable, keeps disconnecting/non-responding every 5-10 minutes. The appartement was not 100% clean, but it looks like a new building which is understandable because of the renovation work. Nothing that really bothered me.
