• Valérie (9/5): Bel appartement cosy bien situé - Très bel appartement grand et bien situé. La literie est très confortable et les équipements sont complets. Rien 😊 Juste quelques suggestions d’amélioration: La mise à disposition de quelques produits pour les courts séjours serait un plus : tablettes pour le lave-vaisselle, filtres pour la machine à café, huile et épices pour cuisiner et un peu de lessive pour ceux qui auraient besoin de laver leur linge. Fournir les produits de toilette pour le nombre de personnes qui louent l’appartement (il n’y en avait qu’un kit). Vérifier et remplacer les casseroles qui sont abîmées (une poêle en particulier était vraiment usée et rayée). Proposer une option de late check-out ou un endroit où déposer les bagages lors du départ.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié pouvoir laver et sécher nos habits. Idéal pour 4 car le canapé-lit n'est pas très confortable. Pas assez de gel douche, shampoing et démêlant par rapport à la capacité de l'appartement. Nous étions au 3ème étage et sans ascenseur... Pas de mot de bienvenue ou autre mais une vieille enveloppe toute sale avec écrit "pourboires". Nous ne sommes pas du tout habitués.

• Angela (8/5): Nice stay, beware of steps going in. - The stay was nice, very clean place. There wasn’t any soap for dishwasher or any dish cloths for dishes so we did them with facecloth. The stairs going into the building were very icy and slippery, my husband slipped and fell as we were leaving. I suggest they put some salt or sand down for these conditions.

I waited for more than an hour and it took the intervention of booking.com customer service to be able to get the code. That shouldn't happen given how nice a facility it is.

Would recommend! - We booked last minute as we were driving into the city but the code to the door only came by text about 25 minutes after the booking so we were a bit stressed that we wouldnt receive it before arrival. It did come, but the 25 minutes of stress could have be avoided!
