• Nicole (1/5): Overall, I definitely would not recommend unless you are ok with the above. - The location was good because it was beside the Port Theater. Garbages and recycling were not emptied entire stay. Towels were not picked up and replaced entire stay. In fact, house keeping never came once and this was with 2 young children and 2 adults. Bed was very uncomfortable. Overpriced. Grungy.

• Clarisse (9/5): - Hôtel très confortable et bien placé. Le personnel était extrêmement gentil et nous a rendu service. On a beaucoup apprécié le jacuzzi et la piscine. On recommande pour un séjour à Nanaimo. J'ai été perturbé par les fenêtres qui ne s'ouvrent pas. Mais les chambres sont bien aérées.
• Asmara (6/5): Overrrated - The rooms are spacious, and you can find restaurants and things to do within walking distance. To start, when we checked in, they didn't tell us that parking wasn't included. The bathroom curtain smelled bad, like it hadn't even been washed. The rooms have no ventilation, which is so weird. I'm not sure if the bathroom fan is controlled externally, but it took forever to defog. Overall, you can stay elsewhere for a better price and the same services.

• Lynn (7/5): Great bed, lousy breakfast - Friendly, welcoming staff, very comfortable, quiet, dark room and bed, very clean. Love the local indigenous art and stories. Breakfast bowl: kale seemed old, rice and quinoa was cold and covered in mayonnaise, guacamole was a bit brown. Made me very much wish I had waited and eaten at Gabriel’s Café.

• Charmaine (10/5): I'm coming back to stay! Pls make the hot tub hotter ;) - The bed was super comfy, the room was really nice! The couch was so cute, circular and chique. Hotel amenities also really nice. Love that the pool and hot tub is open until 11pm. The gym is great! So centrally located right in the heart of downtown, could walk everywhere. Loved the restaurants nearby. The staff were honestly so amazing, welcoming and kind. They were really great!! Hot tub wasn't hot enough. The desk for working was too close to the TV and not big enough. Wish there was a hot water kettle, wasn't sure how to make tea. A drinking water refill station on every floor would be amazing. Bathrooms were great and gorgeous but below the sink a shelf would be ideal for putting toiletries bags. Otherwise there wasn't really a place for it. The pull out bed on the couch could be way more comfortable. It was not. LOL. Too springy.

• Meagan (10/5): Clean comfortable and close to many things - Our room was comfortable and clean, the hotel is a 15 minute or less drive to the airport/ferry. The hotel is near some really nice date spots (museums, cafes, casino, restaurants, and the harbour front walkway).

• Rice (9/5): Lovely, comfortable & well located facility. - Great location, free nearby parking and comfortable rooms. I booked this property through Booking.com. I needed to delay arrival date. This process took several phone calls with your staff as my online change request was not acknowledged. Not sure if your booking system is difficult or your staff person just didn’t know what she as doing. Ultimately we got the needs room, but it was stressful.
• ROBERT (10/5): Wonderful hotel, very relaxing rooms and friendly attentive staff. - The room was amazing! The bed was very comfortable and the room very quiet. This is our new favourite hotel to stay at when we come to town. The staff were super friendly and accommodating. The location makes it very easy to get anywhere downtown quickly on foot. I am handicapped and the hotel parking had multiple disabled parking which I very much appreciate. have already recommended it to friends and family. Value for money is tops in my book.

• Marc (1/5): we were shocked by our experience at this hotel - Good location. Central. Easy to reach by car and parking opposite the hotel. But given our experience, there are other, nearby, hotels available, via booking.com, in Nanaimo. Via booking.com we opted for a "room with city view" - however, the hotel (staff) itself, rates rooms based on high or low level in the building. Our "room with city view" showed the wall of next doors casino (see picture). Also, we did not get housekeeping service during our stay. And, to top the experience, we booked 4 nights, but after the 3rd night the room was emptied, luggage removed and I found an email as if we had checked out leaving things in the room, asking for instructions to send them. Shocking !

• Amy (8/5): - The room was nice, bed was comfortable, and the shampoo/conditioner was really lovely & made my hair feel so soft! My one complaint is the pool. Hottub was not a true hottub, like 104 degrees, it felt more like a warm bath, and the jets were extremely weak. Also the chlorine smelled horrible, I’m not sure why it was so intense but it really stunk like something rotten and when sitting in the hottub it would burn my throat just breathing the air. And lastly the towels for the pool were so tiny and thin, almost any other hotel or Airbnb has nicer pool towels! They need to be upgraded. Otherwise it was a good stay, the room was quiet and the cost was reasonable for our stay. Staff at the frond desk was kind and easy to talk to!
