• Mehr (2/5): - Property advertised as breakfast included. I booked specifically for that convenience as I was traveling with family and elderly parents. But the staff did not honor that. We tried to clarify at check-in but the staff joked and did not give a clear answer. Next morning we were told they changed policy few months ago but didn't update on expedia. Another guest who had stayed earlier that same week were provided free breakfast (based on review they posted). So the staff clearly pick and choose and discriminate against some customers. Staff was also very disrespectful and brushed it off as "too bad so sad". They clearly lack integrity. Also cost me more than expected as I had to make alternative arrangements for breakfast.

• Cat (8/5): Great place but rooms can be noisy - Lovely place, spacious, well maintained - suite has queen and 2 x twin beds so great for families. However, depending which side of the hotel your room is traffic noise could be an issue as it is adjacent to the highway. Didn't get much sleep.

• BALU (2/5): - It's a nightmare I lived with my family in the property, I lived there for More than a week if I ask for more than a towel in 3 days they aren't happy, they come and shout at you, not welcoming and never cleaned out the room even we stayed more than a week and you have to throw the garbage in the outside bin never experienced such a disgraceful treating, even though we lived more than a week. Restaurant staff are so good. They need more education and training to treat people who live there not living free we pay the bills. Our vacation was totally ruined “Never recommend “this place for a stay. BEWARE of the manager and the housekeeping lady they just want your money and no services. They say a hidden fee for the room cleaning $100. We maintain our room neatly so we don't get charged so be careful.

The scotch egg for breakfast was the best breakfast dish i've ever had! i will look forward to staying here again one day and definitely recommend to anyone else especially travels on way east or west looking for a place to stay to break up the journey!

• Julian (10/5): - This was a wonderful spot to spend a few days. The room was clean and really big. We did not plan on cooking but the kitchenette would have made that incredibly easy. The full sized fridge did come in handy though for storing all of our local fruit finds! The Inn is located less than five minutes of the town so shopping is easy and it is less than an hour to Osoyoos, Oliver or Penticton. A particular highlight is the included breakfast. It is delicious and made to order. The chai is exceptional! We also loved to cats who welcomed us back every day. The only things I would suggest to make the room even better would be black-out curtains.

• Barbara (10/5): - We had both dinner and breakfast at the B&B and, although the menu was somewhat limited, the food was excellent and the staff were wonderful as well. Our room was large, well-equipped, had a comfortable bed and the bonus was the outside deck. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again! It's Keremeos's hidden jewel, in my view. The only downside is that there is no elevator so you have to carry everything up stairs to the guest rooms.

Also & unfortunately it was 28 C outside & our room A/C wasn’t working & there was someone else’s underwear left in the closet.

• Kerry (10/5): - Located a short distance from town, adjacent to the road to Penticton, on a quiet side street which is good for walking along. The restaurant is excellent, so no need to go elsewhere for dinner or breakfast.
• Arlene (10/5): - Loved the large fridge, freezer, stove with all the amenities you would need—just like a furnished mini-apartment. It was especially convenient as we have a two-day trip home so we were able to cool down the fruit, refreeze the cooler packs and repack our cooler for our trip home. Staff are hospitable, breakfasts are generous and unique with local organic produce and meats. The stay was above and beyond what we expected and we would not hesitate to come back and stay longer our next trip into the Okanagan. We are so pleased we happened upon this gem!

We particularly enjoyed breakfast. Riley was the only waitress on site and she was friendly, competent and informative in spite of the fact that she was busy. She gave us information regarding how to best use our time while visiting the area. Thank you.
• Stephanie (6/5): - The Tree to Me In is lovely. The room was nice, clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen. Our only complaint is that there is a sun lamp in the ceiling so the room gradually brightens as the sun rises. (It looks like a regular light in the ceiling, but has no switch!) So it’s not great if you’re looking to sleep in past sunrise, say for example, on a rare night away from the responsibilities of parenting! It would have been helpful if we were informed about the light upon check-in, as I spent a long time searching for a switch to turn it off… I would also recommend a cover that could be placed on the ceiling to block the light.

• Lindsay (10/5): - We really liked our two bedroom suite. It had lots of thoughtful touches and was quite comfortable. We didn’t see that there were room darkening roller shades and thought there were just the light curtains provided so we woke up early with the sun. That was our own mistake but I note it here in case someone else misses seeing them too! In the bistro, my husband said that the food was delicious and he rather enjoyed his meal. Unfortunately, while they do offer gluten-free options, they can’t do Celiac-safe level of gluten-free. My daughter and I made do with our own food upstairs in our suite. I do recommend this place — I would have liked to have stayed longer than our one night but we needed to get home.
• Dalbir (2/5): - Property was nice. Staff was rude and not understanding. Waited 2 hours to check in. Called the “after hours” line 10 times texted finally at 1030 we got let into our room. I asked if we could have a late check out the women didn’t hesitate to tell me no that’s not possible. She didn’t apologize. Expedia also didn’t help or understand the situations just continued to ask to be out on hold for 3-5 minutes 5-6 times. Anyways bed was comfy

• Crystal (10/5): Great rooms! - This is my second stay here for a reason! The rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the location is amazing. Looking out at the farm is really nice, and the free breakfast was a surprising and delicious surprise. My only issue was that I arrived after staff left and my key card didn’t work. That said, I called the after hours number and the situation was very quickly rectified.

The rooms have kitchens and we just picked something up from the grocery store and had the best night in. Not to mention that it is super affordable. If you are planning on skiing at Apex, its super easy to get to and from the mountain from here.

• Darren (2/5): - Stayed previously. On regular route to Rossland. Would not switch or move booking to another date after an unexpected change. Would not swap the included 2x$20 breakfast in the AM for lunch the day of… so ended up stranding everything. Instead of getting a customer for the next two ski trips this year and recommendations for our friends, for the “inconvenience” of providing us lunch instead of breakfast, we are now always staying at Klippers.
