• Sandy (4/5): - When we Finally received our check in information a few hours before check in I didn’t realize the address was different than what was listed on the booking. The location was absolutely amazing right across the street from the Rogers Centre, as we had Bluejays tickets but it wasn’t close to what I booked!!! I booked a 2 bedroom there was one for 2 couples, a pull out couch and a single bed in the kitchen/living room. I was livid and text them right away the said die to the flood at the original site they moved us, no message to me or my husband to let us know this was happening! Not happy would never book with this company again we were extremely uncomfortable when in our living quarters all all weekend long!!!

• Marilyn (4/5): STAY AWAY, Bait and Switch, Promises, promises - STAY AWAY! This Owner does BAIT & SWITCH! I booked this 2-Bedroom for myself (female) and my nephew age 37 for his 1st trip to Toronto. We needed 2 Bedrooms for 2 Nights. I paid over $600US. On check-in day Owner texted there was water issue and we could stay at another of his condos but only 1-Bedrm with Sofabed and he would refund $100. Available time 4pm we arrived 4:40pm. We had to wait in lobby for a female to finish cleaning and give us keys. A red pickup truck was in the parking spot. (I read this happened to previous customer but this can't happen again? wrong!). Back to lobby but Front Desk could not help. I tried texting Owner and finally I had Front Desk call him. FINALLY Owner gave alternate parking spot. I was upset with Sofabed for nephew. Thin, crinkly plastic mattress which made audible noises as you touched it, so I put 3 sheets to try to muffle crinkly sound. We tried the REC key the cleaning woman gave us to to access the Pool but key did not work. I texted Owner but no reply so we went back to Front Desk. They said to contact Owner. He was upset I asked them to call. My nephew did not sleep well on horrible sofabed. Owner requested rating of 10 - REALLY?! I asked for $100 Refund. Owner said he would Zelle, Then said his sister in USA could do Venmo. I provided all necessary info. I thought I would wait 2 months later to give him benefit of the doubt but ZERO payment. Don't trust this Owner. PROMISES but NO DELIVERY. The room was clean, location convenient.

Juste parfait pour 2 adultes et 2 jeunes enfants, cependant les lits et oreillers pas très confortables, et la chambre principale est très lumineuse, donc difficile si on désire dormir un peu plus longtemps, mais l’immeuble était tranquille et semblait sécuritaire. Il ne manquait de rien!

• Rob (6/5): - Great location. You’re paying for location here. Toilet seat was broken. Pictures were staged very well, it’s nice but again, location is paramount. We were supposed to get checking instructions 48 hours before and that didn’t happen. 2 unanswered messages and a few unanswered calls later a text came through. There was a pool listed as an amenity which never happened. Fob didn’t work for that and after a message on day one, host said they’d be there in the morning to help. Never showed. Never happened. Don’t expect a pool and don’t expect space. But again, location is worth it. Bathroom had a lot of hair that didn’t belong to our family. Not just in the tub. On the floor, in the sinks, everywhere. It’s too bad because the broken toilet seat and most of these issues are simply effort from the host. Don’t tell a guest you’ll do something like send check in instructions ahead, or drop off instructions for the pool, or send them a text at checkout saying please don’t review our family business bad online, just private message us the bad but give a good review. I imagine that’s why it’s rated as high as it is, that along with the fact that the location is great. But just a little effort from the host would change this place immensely.

The parking/fob was a bit intimidating at first glance (we're not city folk lol), but the directions were perfect. Host was incredibly responsive to all questions, and gave us some great info regarding the area as well. Would absolutely stay again.

• Verified traveler (4/5): False Advertising and Poor Conditions - False Advertising and Poor Conditions This was a deeply disappointing experience due to the host's misleading promotion of the property. Firstly, the pictures shown were not of the actual apartment we stayed in. We paid for a "luxury" 2-bedroom apartment, but the space was completely different. One "bedroom" was a cramped, windowless space near the entrance, barely large enough for the small bed inside. The other "bedroom" had no windows or views, separated only by a glass door—nothing like the listing photos. Secondly, the listing claimed the apartment could accommodate six people, which was why we booked it. However, the couch intended to sleep two could only fit one. Our parents had to go stay with friends because there was no place for them to sleep. The apartment was not worth the money, and we feel deceived. As experienced travelers who appreciate good hosts and are always understanding of minor issues, we cannot recommend this property and advise others to avoid it.

• Dylan (8/5): - A room for the 4 of us was very nice to stay in, coffee was provided, just a nice room to get for when you plan on needing somewhere to stay even with a couple friends. A staff member was nice enough to give us some water as the building was doing water maintenance which only lasted for 3 hours or so. Price was good especially split among 4 people. I would personally return again.
• Barry (10/5): - This unit is perfectly placed, close to the waterfront, Rogers Centre, Hockey Hall of Fame, etc. Grocery store right across from the unit.
• Kyle (2/5): - Out of 8 adults (spanning through 3 rooms total for our stay) not a single one of us was happy or impressed with our stay. Firstly, there is NO water view. Which is disappointing when your actual name is LAKEVIEW...wheres the view?! Secondly, we found multiple issues with cleanliness and with the condition of things. The terraces are not anywhere near the way theyre advertised, the shower curtain rod held up with yellow old toilet paper, cupboard doors broken, barhrubs unable to hold water due to busted plugs, broken glasses with chips out of them that cut my childs lip before we realized the crack was there. The property advertises a pool, when in fact the pool is ONLY for the residents who LIVE in the building, not for ypu who rents the location under the false advertisement of having a pool to enjoy. Communication with whoever runs the place, is so terribly staggered or non existant. We spent ALOT of money and chose your location simply because of the pool just to find out we arent allowed near it. Cleaning supplies are advertised as in the units and there was only windex. Sercurity was absolutely ignorant. And the communication was basically non existant ESPECIALLY with any complaints or questions we had. And still on day of check out, we have received no communication other than manager begging for a 10/10 review and "no bad complaints"... ridiculous and HORRIBLE service and an advertisement full of nothing but lies. I would not reccomend this property at all.

• Hunter (4/5): - The area was perfect to walk to CN tower and Rogers Center. However, the pictures shown are not the actual property we stayed in. The parking was a disaster and took hours to be straightened out which took a lot of time away from our time in Toronto. I’d say it sleeps 4 comfortably. We were given 3 towels for 6 guests. Very deceiving listing.
• Ani (8/5): - The property was nice and clean, and while a bit small for 6 of us, it was still roomier than a hotel room! Our only real issue was with the key fob and parking. There's only one key for the apartment and you need it to get in and out everywhere so it makes it difficult to separate from the group. Also parking the car when we first got there took half an hour. I had to run up to get the key from the apartment while my husband stayed with the car (since you need the key to get through the garage). Navigating through the maze of a garage to your exact parking space takes time so just keep that in mind. It's not an issue with the apartment, just quirkiness of parking (though java second key would have been helpful). Also, a side note, there are amenities in the building such as a pool and gym but are only accessible to long-term residents so unfortunately we couldn't use them. The apartment itself worked pretty well though and the staff at the front was super helpful!
• Marianne (2/5): - Nothing luxurious about this property. Advertised as a 2 bedroom but the 2nd bedroom is more like a den no door just a curtain, the bed is essentially a roll away cot. Had difficulty with the sofa bed but managed to get made into a bed. The door on the kitchen cabinet fell off, advised the host by text and got no response. One key fob for 3 guests is just not acceptable. 1 hand towel for the entire stay. 3 elevators and 1 was not working made for long waits and over crowding. Recommend researching what a luxury property is, there is potential here as the location is excellent just felt like false advertising. Not sure but does Expedia even vet these places? Our checkout time was extended to noon which was nice but check out instructions shouldn’t come in at 12:45 am.

We tried to keep reaching the host for access but ghosted us. 3 hours before getting to Toronto with no accomodation in sight was stressful as heck. Thank God for the service team who helped find us a place to stay relatively close to where we needed to be. Id give them a 10 stars out of 5.

• Olusegun (10/5): Satisfactory - This was the perfect place to stay to go see the Bluejay’s game. The building is located within walking distance to the CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium and the Rogers Centre. The Suite balcony has a great view of the City and the Lake. We stayed in an Suite with 2 big bedrooms with comfortable Queen size beds. We appreciate the full privacy provided by our Suite. The Suite was very clean, stocked with all supplies including sufficient towels, toiletries and Keurig coffee pods and hair dryer. The Kitchen was well equipped for simple cooking. Nice gym/rec area and friendly staff and detailed Parking instructions. Very safe building. We are a group of 6 guests and we were satisfied, surely we will come back to stay here on our next visit to Downtown Toronto.

• Susan (6/5): - Description: Luxury 2 bedroom Lakeview. Pet friendly hotel connected to the convention centre in Downtown Toronto with 4 indoor swimming pools Reality: Expedia, do you even vet these properties before you allow them on your site? I'll start by saying that it's not the worst place I've ever stayed, far from it, but there are definitely some inaccuracies in the description. "Luxury" - no. The dryer doesn't work, the kitchen sink handle fell off in my daughters hand when she turned on the tap, the place smells of burnt plastic, the furniture is worn and sagging, we found someone's used false fingernails by the tv. "Four indoor pools". There aren't four pools. There is one. And short term guests aren't allowed to use it for "insurance reasons". "Connected to the Convention Center" - no it's not. It's a 15 minute outdoor walk. I don't want to be all negative so I'll end with this: the view is gorgeous, there's a great brunch place right next door (The Morning After) and it was reasonably priced for downtown Toronto.

• Sophia (8/5): Toronto - Front Street, Rogers, CN Tower - Our stay was pleasant, great location for our activities. Walking distance to Rogers, CN Tower, restaurants, parks... The photos shown were not of the unit we stayed in - this felt just a bit wrong to not show the actual unit. It's a beautiful building. The unit itself has a fantastic view but needs more upkeep and wasn't as clean as I would expect for the cleaning fees that are charged. The bathmats looked like they aren't changed between guests. Kitchen & bathroom surfaces didn't feel or look like they were cleaned well when we arrived. There was a pillow in the closet that had a pillowcase that hadn't been changed. All those little details make such a difference.
• Laura Lee (8/5): - We had an unusual experience with this booking - we didn't actually get to use the accommodations as the property had a flooding issue the day before we were arriving. A 5 PM phone call less than a day before our planned arrival telling us the accommodations were not available put us into panic mode! What I want to stress is the property owners went above and beyond to secure us accommodations nearby that worked for us - two mature couples traveling together - even though it wasn't exactly what we had booked. These folks get an A for doing everything they could to prevent our trip from being ruined.

• William (6/5): - The location is close to the entertainment areas and sporting events. The 151 Dan Leckey Way, #556, was not comparable to the advertisement. Reserved for 6 persons and only could properly sleep 5 since the layout bed was for a small person. Other things wrong: vents for air circulation very dusty; rug in living room a dirty shag rug; the verticle blinds were inoperable in living room; the small balcony was filthy and not finished with dirty concrete, therefore could not be used; no detergent for washing when ad stated it was included; many list ammenities were not present; Only 2 forks, many knives, 4 plates for 6 people; found the towels and sheets still in dryer. The list continues. The point is that I did not get close to what was agreed upon. I contacted Sam, the Property Manager and he stated he was too busy to see me in person so he could see the place as it was in person. He told me he had never inspected the place that he was controlling for the owner. Also it was stressful and arrangements on arrival was confusing due to process getting info. Not impressed. I woud not recommend this due to poor quality and no help dealing with issues.

There were a few issues with it and were not really happy with it. -No sheets for the girls bed -Dishwasher didn’t work -It’s had dirty dishes in it when we got there -No privacy for main bedroom, glass door -2nd bedroom did not have a door- the bed in this room was caved in -Curtain on the floor -Sink clogged up every time we used it.
• Osunkoya (10/5): - Our stay was perfect. We stayed in an Apartment with 2 bedrooms with 2 comfortable Queen size beds. The balcony has a beautiful view of the Lake and City buildings. The Suite was very clean, stocked with all supplies including sufficient towels, toiletries and Keurig coffee pods. We also enjoyed the swimming pool and entertainment room. Close walking distance to everything, CNTower, Rogers Centre, Ripley’s aquarium and St. Lawrence market. We are a group of 5 guests and we were satisfied, surely we will come back to stay here on our next visit to Downtown Toronto.
