• Robert (10/5): - Beautiful apartment and fantastic location. We were competing at the Royal Winter Fair and it was very handy to be close to Union station, which is just 1 stop away from Exhibition Place. Beds were comfortable and it was nice to have the laundry facilities.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - I booked this property as per description. The night before i receive the check in instructions, right at the bottom it stated "No Television " when I questioned why, she stated I booked one without A TV, It specifically stated there was a TV. So my husband was pretty upset with that. I was ready to go to bed for I had a very early flight. I reached out to hotels.com (no luck to communication by phone) . So eventually the next morning I received an email that they put a tv there. Yes they did but , husband couldn't get it working, don't believe there was any cable. Reached out (no reply) Lovely view/location, could use a little maintenance. Curtain rods ready to fall, fridge door Hedges, light bulbs over vanity . Stains on couch very noticeable .
• Galit (8/5): - We had a great stay during the Toronto Marathon weekend. Location is excellent and walkable if you’re exploring the downtown core. Also very close to Union Station. Our host was very helpful, and super available! Some things that could be improved or would make the stay better: - Cleanliness: our unit was not very clean when we arrived and we had to ask for a quick clean-up after check-in. Host very was helpful with this! - Only one key for the unit: we were a group of four with different schedules, so it was difficult to coordinate comings and goings as a group. Host was advised as well

• Jerry (8/5): - Finding the parking was difficult at night on the first night. One elevator of three didn’t work so they were slow and crowded. Nice room with view and balcony, kitchen, two TVs and comfortable beds. No control over heat and it was too warm. It was clean. Carpet and blinds looked worn. Overall OK but not great. Area had easy walking to many events and interesting places.

• Donna Z. Darlene (10/5): - Perfect location for seeing the attractions. Ripley’s aquarium, CN Tower and Roger’s Centre are across the street! Excellent restaurants and shopping within easy walking distance. Extremely busy week with a Jays game every night and a fan expo across the street, area still felt safe and inviting. 5 adults shared the space for 7 days, space was well laid out. Good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Host was very accommodating with the small issues we had.
• Bethany (10/5): - We really enjoyed the convenience of the location. It is literally across the street from Rogers Centre. Having our own kitchen and washer/dryer was a game changer as far as staying in Downtown Toronto to keep the expenses down. If I had to be picky; the suite could use a fresh coat of paint, more than just two pillows for the bed and better frying pans as they are at the end of their life. Other than that it was perfect.
• Michael (8/5): - We ended up staying at a different property than the one we booked due to what the owner indicated was wifi issues and the door locking mechanism. The substitute property was in the same neighborhood and met our needs to be close to a concert venue. The location was excellent. The property was clean and had a good bed. The couch was uncomfortable, but that was not important to us. The only issue we had was getting checked in as we did not have the correct code to get the key and it took about 45 minutes to get ahold of the property owner to rectify it. We are not sure how the substitute property compared to the original, but this one met our needs for the 2 night trip.
• Darlene (10/5): - Lack of charging ports is a simple cheap fix , a few dual purpose receptacles would fix. For entertainment purposes a few local television channels without having to pay for extra would not be a problem to supply. Having said these small issues the property is excellent would definitely be using again. Loved it

• Ahmad (10/5): - We loved this apartment, the photos on the add are not the same but the apartment was even better than the photos. Spacious, quiet, clean. Washer and dryer, coffe brewing machine, toaster. Easy accsess, close to everything. Uber was $10 at max to everything. The hist was amazing at communication. Highly recommend.
• NATHAN (4/5): - The property was fine. Clean and great location. The host contacted me on check in date and provided me with check in instructions which were simple. After checkout , the security deposit remained on my credit card. I contacted the host, who said she had manually released the deposit but after more than a month, it was not returned. I asked her to provide me with confirmation it has been released and she stopped communicating at that point. Im dealing with the deposit with my credit card company now but with the amount of options in the city, I wouldn’t stay here again.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Doesn’t get worse - beware of short term rentals - Worst experience ever. Provided a filthy apartment, Offered terrible service, refusing to acknowledge or take responsibility for their horrible products. Filthy floor, unhygienic bedding, smelly and ‘Too’ cheaply furnished etc. Offered compensation then had the nerve to revoke it the next day, instead offering a useless credit that they themselves could not explain properly (issuance issue??). Had to sleep without bedding as host removed it. Moved to different inferior location (illegally so, as this was a long term rental). A neglected large street side townhouse which was scary - claimed luxurious. Had no choice to escape the filth in this non refundable horror show. This place had a loud irritating buzzing sound 24 hours per day which was well known to prior as other guests have complained. This apartment with a broken dishwasher was egged (yes egged) creating a mess on window and entry. Then a leak came into the apartment. No communication or help from - at one point said they said they would offer reimbursement / compensation and then never got back to me. I was stuck staying in these awful places for two very stressful weeks ruining my entire trip. What kind of standard is this in Toronto? Is this really Canada? How can such brands like Expedia and Hotels be involved with this level of dodgy business?
• Lucinda (10/5): Would stay again! - We stayed from Monday to Friday and it was so convenient to be within walking distance of everything we really wanted to do. We had tix to Jays games and it was literally right across the street. The rooms in the apartment were clean and well air conditioned in the heat. It was also nice to have a balcony and access to the recreation area and rooftop pool. Stephanie was easy to get a hold of and was also very helpful with any questions we had the building.

• Verified traveler (2/5): - Ahead of arrival received a call advising the unit we had booked (Family Unit) was not available. An alternative unit was offered with parking costs being offered as a compensation. We then went to check in to the hnit and it had not been cleaned. Upon reporting this I was assured it had been cleaned and could I send photos which I did. We were then asked if we could leave for 2 to 3 hours whilst they cleaned the unit. I was travelling with children so this was a hard no. The company then offered an alternative unit that bore no resembalence to the unit we originally booked. There were hairs in the shower, broken blinds, tatty cushions and a sofa which was falling apart. Due to not being offered a refund we had no choice but to stay. There was no follow up phone call the following day to move us to the unit we booked. I reported this to Expedia and it took significant effort for the property to issue a partial refund. Would not recommend.Thank you to expedia for the support it is appreciated.
• Richard (10/5): - Beautiful and modern condo apartment locate right in the middle of all of the sports action, and more, in downtown area. Right next door to Rogers Centre and easy access to all transportation modes. I highly recommend this property to anyone who wants to be in the heart of the action while still having a quiet, safe, modern, clean 2 bedroom condo apartment.

• RAZIEH (10/5): - Great location in central toronto with easy walk eagle distance to anywhere we wanted to go. There’s also lots of great food options and coffee choices nearby. Our host was very gracious and accommodating, the condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. We especially loved the rooftop deck and spent many evenings sitting there and taking in the fresh air as well as the pretty city lights. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a block from the convention center, with plenty of downtown restaurant options, everything I needed was within a ten minute walk. Stephanie was incredibly responsive and provided very clear instructions on check-in, making the process seamless and easy.

• Dean (10/5): Perfect spot with an amazing view - This was a last minute booking when another reservation cancelled on day of check it. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise as this place was absolutely beautiful. The wrap around balcony gives a gorgeous view of the Toronto sky line. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and incredibly quick to respond to all communication. You will not be disappointed. We will definitely book again.

• Katie-Anne (2/5): - Do not stay here! It's a scam! BEWARE OF HDDEN FEES! You will pay way too much for an apartment that is dirty, mouldy and falling apart. It is unkept and the owner owns a bunch of different units where she just pumps people through them and doesn't upkeep anything. Slumlord. It's impossible to get in contact with a human if you have any issues. The washing machine in my unit didn't work and after alerting the landlord, she ghosted us and didn't get it fixed. My colleagues were so unhappy with their unit that they left and paid for a hotel. This place is gross, over priced, the building is crowed, elevators take forever, and the parking garage is a crazy maze. The owner is not a nice person who you won't be able to get a hold of.
• Jamie (10/5): - Checking into the apartment was super easy and we received the detailed instructions by the host. The building was secure with concierge at the front. The overall cleanliness was spectacular. The building also had a swimming pool and gym facilities on a recreation floor which was nice to have these amenities that we don’t have in our home at this time. The apartment is itself is beautiful and spacious three separate bedrooms one of which had a master bathroom with the shower and the tub. The second bathroom also had a shower which was nice beautiful views from the balcony !! Overall it was one of the best stays we have had. We are right in the heart of downtown Toronto and metro station. We totally recommend this appointment to anyone wishing to stay in the heart of Toronto. Good value for the money … Thank you to host a for a pleasant stay…
• Nadine Abd (10/5): - We stayed there on our business trip and the condo was well prepared and had everything we needed. The location and the view were Class A !
• james (2/5): - Never book this property and it shoudl not be on Expedia. Check in and check out was a horrible process. I took a taxi to the address I originally booked and was told I had to go to another apartment. Apparently they texted me while I was on my international flight. After booking on Expedia, i was beseiged by a myriad of emails asking me to register and fill out verious forms. Then they sent more emails asking for payment and deposits. .... even though I paid through Expedia. In the end, I was double charged - which they are in the process of fixing. Worst stay I have had in years.
