• Amy (10/5): Wonderful stay, very comfortable! Staff was amazing!! Went above and beyond - I was checking in late and they called me to make sure and stayed open extra late for me.

Would have liked to be on the first floor - as seniors, dragging luggage upstairs is difficult. The lovely young women who checked us in offered to help, but pride wouldn't let us accept her offer.

I stayed in a back room, where the noise from behind the property was relatively loud and disturbing. There was a large refrigerator in the room, which seemed unnecessary and made the room feel smaller and more cramped.

• Seraphine (10/5): One night in Wawa! - We loved the decor from the headboard, lamps and chairs. One of our children forget their iPad and management set it aside until we came back for it. Beautiful place and beautiful atmosphere. One night in Wawa......wonderful!

Bed headboard was a little uncomfortable to sit against as we were in the room most of the day due to the blizzard. They need more pillows maybe.

• Wayne (9/5): Definitely would return to this property if back in Wawa. - Very clean and comfortable property located in central Wawa. Room was a good size with a rustic northern cabin feel. Full size fridge was a nice touch. Check in was easy and the fellow checking us in was very friendly and helpful. Choice of a couple of restaurants within walking distance. The cookies in the morning and the chairs outside the door were nice touches. Ash buckets beside the chairs took away a little from the relax setting with the old cigarette smell.

• Joshua (10/5): 10/10 would stay again - Honestly didn't expect much since it was in Wawa but the Outdoorsman far exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in expensive hotels in New York City that were no where near as good.

The small touches like bbq's (even in winter!) and morning cookies make guests feel at home..Brewed coffee available in the office is so much better than the yucky in-room disk coffee machines most places offer. Nice to park within a few feet of room door when it's -15C. Thank you! "Queen room" actually has a comfy double bed so for two of us we'd book a larger room next time. A black out blind on window would be great. Night lights outside are great for security but really light up the room during sleep hours. Not sure our room had a smoke detector???

I couldn’t have asked for a better place to wait out a monster storm. Will definitely return here when in the area. Highly recommended. Everything was perfect.

• Guimond (8/5): First Stay - The room and everything about the place was great. Clean shining and very new and updated looking. But the room smelled like "farm" not unhealthy but mildly uncomfortable. I have a brother in law that is a dairy farmer and his home has a farm smell. I Iove the farm, helping with hay and other chores but I'm happy to go home. Would I stay at this Inn again... Most definitely ! I can't say I disliked anything. Odors come and go. I did fail quite hard on ice, outside of the office. We are in Canada, ice happens. The gent on duty salted the area as I left for my room. It takes a man my age a longer time to recuperate. But recuperating I am.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful 10/10 I wish there was an extra deadbolt on the doors for safety, it was windy and rainy and I would have felt better with one more lock on the door.

Everything was great...theres alot of business workers staying there, like ,well I dont know exactly what they do but like outdoor stuff, pipelines. Electrical construction etc...anyways up in the TRUE north most everyone drives a truck. So ,early in the morning,6am,alot of diesel.trucks started and id wake up....but that was ok. Great alarm.clocks ,haha.
