- Veronica (1/5): I recommended this place to multiple family members but that will come to a stop, we found mouse traps in the bathroom a - Nothing The room we got had a stench to it, we found mouse traps in the bathroom and at the head of the bed.
- McKenzie (10/5): Good - The clean rooms and pool

- Ballantyne (10/5): -
- Jasmine (1/5): Will not stay again. - It was dirty, had to change rooms three times and finally got placed in a more clean room.
They charged me a $200 damage deposit fee on my credit card, and it says $100? If there was a change, they need to make their customers aware. I didn’t like that the room attendants do not change out filthy bedding, even after requesting for clean bedding, they did not even try to come and change them for us.

- Evangeline (10/5): - Not during this stay but nov 27, 2025 I stayed there and was upgraded to a king suite. The workers Dishant and Vicky were amazing and very helpful to me and my buddies. The room was excellent and honestly that was one of my most pleasant stays at Days inn thus far. The other guests were pretty loud banging on the doors by the stairway.

- Glenn (2/5): Don’t stay here - Proximity next to the casino The elevator smells like urine in the hallway, smell like homeless people which makes sense because the hotel is constantly booked with homeless people, a charity puts them up here
- Mel (2/5): - Besides the whole place needs up dating it is very dirty. Hallways, lights and the elevator where disgusting, The jacuzzi in our room was noisy, took forever to fill as well as all the jets were corroded. The parking lot was another thing, came out to a vodka bottle at the front of our vehicle along with clothing. I would not recommend or stay there again.
- Laura (4/5): - Bathroom, elevator and hallway dirty. Double-billed for rooms, although that was quickly rectified. Noisy.
- Bear (7/5): Hi think he stay there - Staff were funny Homeless people
- Bear (8/5): -
- Bryan (6/5): - Area around the floor and bathroom was not clean.
- Jean (10/5): -
- larry (10/5): - Awesome Staff
- Bertha (10/5): - All was great.
- James (7/5): - Room was great, staff was wonderful. People running in the hallway all night and fighting in the parking lot was not ideal. Truck had a new dent in the morning, at least no broken windows. Overall the hotel was okay, staff great but area was not great.
- earl (10/5): - Excellent
- Matt (10/5): - Pool door did not work 2 days, but the staff was great and was able to get us in and fix the issue asap. Rooms were clean prior stay and smelt fresh and clean! Enjoyed our 3 night stay
- chan (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Building is old, towel is dirty and have stains
- Hunter (8/5): - Bed very comfort They removed towels & didn't replace all of them.
In their defense they were swamped with regular guests & added evacuation people
- Garrick (10/5): It was a great stay overall. - I liked that the casino was built in, which made it safer to access. The pool was good, but needs a lifeguard. The restaurant was excellent. The rooms were good. The beds were comfy. The elevator needs a good wash.
- Ratt (10/5): -
- Oliver (4/5): - Elevator was dirty and stinky. Carpets in room felt dirty n sticky.
- Jenna (6/5): - hotel staff was absolutely amazing, everyone was so kind & very helpful. Bed was not comfortable
- Claire (6/5): Pleasant -
- Melissa (8/5): - The room was comfortable and everything that we needed. The hotel itself did not have much sound proofing as every person walking in the hall way, every child running to and from the pool, every yell, every laugh, every conversati could be heard.
- Crystal (2/5): - Every surface was sticky, the floors, the doors, the counters. And there was hair in the tub. The elevator reeks like old wet clothes and everyone that was riding it while we were complained. Our room smelled when we first opened the door. It was a musty/mildewy smell. We assumed it was because the windows don't open. But it got worse as we stayed. When we came back from our day out I almost threw up it was so bad. We decided to pack up and drive the 8 hours home rather than stay our final night. As we were leaving other guests were asking for air freshener because their rooms smelled so bad. On the way home we realized the smell was embedded in all our belongings. My car now smells, all our clothing, our luggage. There is something deeply wrong at this hotel. A leak or something that has gotten into the structure and rotting behind the walls causing a mold/mildew smell. It ruined our vacation and was the worst experience I have ever had staying somewhere. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
- Joseph (2/5): - We did not stay. The property had a lot of rough looking individuals hanging around the outside parking area. We did not want to leave our vehicle parked out there all night.
We did not feel safe there.
- Fred (8/5): - Good breakfast and prices.
- Solomon (10/5): Exceptional - The room was excellent
- Tyrone (9/5): Superb -
- Ray (4/5): - Room was beside elevator and constant beeping and intoxicated ppl talking loud in hallway and also fighting in hallways . Very miserable sleep and stay . I will
Never stay there again s
- Roberts (8/5): Very good -
- Roberts (10/5): Exceptional -
- Torresan (6/5): Pleasant -
- miketJ2050PC (2/5): Dirty and unsafe. - Myself and the people I was traveling with for business were so concerned for our safety that we only stayed one night.
The parking lot and the lobby looked like the outside of a supervised injection site in Vancouver or Toronto.
The hallway smelled like cigarette smoke and and piss. The room smell like wet dog.
There was people in out of there all night with fights in the parking lot and in the hallways. Apparently this is where people stay that are coming to visit their relatives in jail.
- Clara (8/5): - All good just for my neighbors up all night being loud
- Mike (2/5): - Do not stay here! It's very obvious that somebody is putting up a bunch of fake ratings because the whole place smelled like cigarette smoke and urine. We had three rooms and they all smelled like wet dog.
Families come to visit their friends in the jail and cram a bunch of people into the rooms and party all night long. The outside looks like the front of a supervised injection site in Toronto or Vancouver.
I'm truly not exaggerating about this. My coworker actually pushed a table over to barricade the door at night.
I was willing to eat the $2000 if I didn't get my refund and not stay there because I truly was worried for my safety.
- Ballantyne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ballantyne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Navjot (2/5): - When we first got there, the outside in the lobby looked like a supervisor injection site on Queen Street in Toronto.
The hallway smell like urine and cigarettes and both of the rooms that we had smelled like wet dog.
The other party of my trip that was in the other room, actually barricaded his door any of the people in the hallway and the fights that were happening outside.
Beast the manager there granted a refund, but I would've walked away losing $2000 before staying a second night.
- Jamie (1/5): Bad - Casino was next door The room had a bug and I couldn’t get my money back
- Benjamin (10/5): Was okay I would go again - Was good I would go again People hanging around outside
- Geoffrey (5/5): Passable -
- Frank (6/5): - This hotel had nice enough staff but the cleanliness and noise had something to be desired
- Diane (4/5): - I wouldn't stay again, I didn't know what condition ythe property was in.
- Mary (8/5): - There was no microwave in the room
- George (9/5): Superb - Restaurant, lounge and easy access to casino Not enough security
- Curtis (10/5): - affordable
- Andrea (7/5): Good -
- Darnelle (4/5): - Out dated, gross hotel. The room smelt like there was a tuna fish in the heating and cooling unit. The bathroom floor had long black hairs on it when we checked in. Carpets were stained, in the rooms and the hallways. Beds werent comfortable. No microwave in the room. Drunk people passed out in the lobby. I dont think I'd stay here again, even if it was free.
- Ann-Marie (6/5): Do not recommend - The hotel is very dated. And while there I saw the police in the parking lot several times, and witnessed IV drug users, using in the vehicle next to me one evening.
- Jillian (2/5): - After people pan handling as soon as I approached the front door, the condition of the hotel, amount of noise and smell, I opted to drive the 4 hours back home rather than stay here. Never again. The hotel is WAY overpriced for what it is.
- Kendra (4/5): - I rarely leave reviews, but our experience at this hotel was poor enough to warrant a warning to others. From the moment we stepped into the hallway, we were hit with the overpowering stench of what can only be described as rotting beer cans. It was incredibly unpleasant and did not improve throughout our stay.
Our room was no better. Despite being a non-smoking room, it reeked of stale smoke—clearly not cleaned or ventilated properly. It made it hard to relax, and even our clothes picked up the smell.
To top it off, the pool attendant was rude and unhelpful.
All in all, this hotel did not meet basic expectations for cleanliness or hospitality. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not stay here again.
- Glenn (6/5): I love the location because I frequent the casino. Would like to book for one month if possible someone can contact me a - Location to casino Windows and vehicles have been smashed in the glass is laying in the parking lot. Lots of litter in the parking lot from the people hanging around. Sometimes vomit. There was one guy passed out in between the inter-and outer doors for a while. Small puddle of blood outside the ladies restroom behind the front desk. I’m assuming isolated incidents.
- Blake (2/5): Terrible place to stay - Stayed one night because I had to leave for an emergency, that night was the worst stay I’ve ever had. Homeless by the front door passing out, stains and mold all over the floor and base boards, shower hardly worked and to top it off the fire alarm went off for no reason at 11:30PM. Do not stay here
- Megan (8/5): - Good stay
- Kateri (10/5): - Good
- Emile (7/5): Good -
- Joel (10/5): Exceptional - Location was awesome. Close to casino and the art hauser arena. None.
- Baron (3/5): Poor -
- lana (10/5): - Everything was well, we enjoyed our stay
- Elizabeth Anne (6/5): - The hotel shows signs of hard use. Linens were clean and beds were comfortable but bathroom needed a good deep clean. The elevators were filthy. Staff was lovely and accommodating. The restaurant was fabulous.
- Jennifer (4/5): - Pet policy was changed upon arrival. Advertises charge per stay online and the form you sign upon arrival says per stay, but they will charge per night. Pointed out where it says it online and on the form they wanted signed but manager said the policy changed. Manager is extremely ignorant and threatened to cancel our non refundable room for disputing the pet policy. Hot tub was very dirty and the worker scrubbed the crud off the sides while people were in it. Housekeeping did not make up the room or replenish supplies, had to request towels etc. Did not feel safe walking dog in parking lot. Security is needed. Overall disappointing experience. First ever bad experience at a Days inn. One positive, our child loved the slide. But when staying for several days it was very disappointing that the slide isnt on until 4pm.
- Lyle (10/5): - Nothing really stood out from most other hotels. Was a decent hotel and a decent price. Rooms where clean and comfortable Food at the restaurant was good.
- Derek (10/5): - Very nice hotel, excellent room and great in house restaurant
- Kerry (10/5): - Great place friendly staff.
- Megan (10/5): - Good stay
- Linda (4/5): Never again - Very dirty and lots of intoxicated people. Didn’t even bother taking our children swimming. Loud partying.
- Charfaye (8/5): Very good - Quiet Refund on damage deposit takes long to be refunded.
- Ross (9/5): Superb - The restaurant and the kids liked the pool area was alright I guess Didn't like how the check in Clark was talking to me I didn't get his name Ethier trying to give me a hard time checking in. The last time I was here it went smoothly but this guy was something else but was a stay ..
- Jennifer (4/5): - Wouldn’t stay again
- clara (10/5): - It was all good people are so welcoming when you walk in there i mean the workers
- Bella (10/5): Exceptional - Skywalker Not enough coffee, clogged sink
- Jeff (1/5): The door to the stairs was next to my room ( the wall with the bed actually ) and shuts with a bang - did not have A lot could have been better. The door to the stairs shuts with a very loud bang and my room was next to that stairway and it was used constantly because the elevator is so poor . No control on noise after 11 pm . Kids / people constantly all night running in the hallway or making noise
Worst hotel experience I have ever had and I travel a lot.
- Charlie (10/5): - Everything was good. The lounge area was awesome.
- Miguel (10/5): Exceptional -
- BILLYJOHN (8/5): - Its alway good to stay there, the only thing i did like is they didn't have a microwave
- Cristal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Roberts (9/5): Superb -
- Roberts (9/5): Superb - Food clean rooms
- Ross (5/5): Passable - When I booked that stay they said we were getting queen sized beds but was only double beds
