Guest Reviews
- Wayne (8/5): - Was close too everything dinning events
- James (8/5): - Can't argue the location for the price. Older condo, needs refurbishment but clean. Comms could be better especially as we received our checkout reminder after we left the property that had conflicting information on where to leave the keys and had extra details that I didn't see online.
- Natalie (10/5): - Place was clean, conference was close and stores nearby. Affordable for a 4 night stay. Definitely will come back
- Carlee (6/5): - The location was excellent, the check in was seamless and the property manager was mostly responsive the property is tired and worn out, it could use some paint and attention to maintenance. The bathtub drain is clogged and we had to shower in a pool of our own filthy water. The manager acknowledged our concern but nothing was done. Minor details really impacted our stay, the property could use a refresh.
- Sarah (10/5): - Very good location, very good host, very good stay.
- Stephanie (10/5): - It’s very convenient and within walking distance to Union Sation, CN Tower and the aquarium. It has kitchenette that we love for cooking light meals before heading out for the day. Would have been perfect if the toiletries were completed with a travel sized toothpaste. Overall, it was a great experience, and very convenient to all our itineraries.
- Karen (8/5): - This property is all about the location! 1 block to Scotia arena, 2 blocks to Roger’s Center, CN tower and aquarium. Union station a block away, so quick access to all transportation options. To fit four, they had 1 bed and 2 kinda sofas that folded flat. These were not very comfortable compared to the bed. Just an FYI on those. Not enough towels provided - only 2 for 4 people. We travel with microfibre towels so we were fine. We have no issue cleaning, but they did not provide much in terms of cleaning supplies. We had a canceled flight and delays and they accommodated a late check in (we had paid for early check in). Yeah air Canada Lol! But location just cannot be beat. Would stay here again
- Mulugeta (10/5): - Overall is perfect.
- Deyra (10/5): - Great experience! Thank you
- Vijay (4/5): - Room floor was dirty and the room was noisy. Also the window blinds did not cover fully so you get woken up when the sun comes up, but the most annoying thing was the AC was not working and in-spite of notifying nothing was done for 2 day. So we had to stay in a warm apartment in hot summer.
- bieremeister (10/5): - It had a balcony a decent kitchen and it was clean and the staff were friendly
- Melinda (10/5): - Everything Blue Jays, Maple Leafs, food and shopping, even transportation are all at a walking distance. Awesome location for sporting events!
- Simran Kaur (2/5): - Broken furniture and doors
- Genevieve (8/5): - Bien situé, sécuritaire.
- Luis Javier (10/5): - All very well during the stay
- Amber (10/5): - Great place to stay! Communication was amazing! Awesome location!
- Dale (10/5): - Has everything needed and was close to entertainment and dining. Enjoyed our stay there.
- Christina (10/5): - Would recommend and would stay again!
- Rishi (10/5): - Great location
- AnnMarie (4/5): - This property was about a 2 star. Very run down and dirty. Walls are dirty, and floors not even vacuumed. 3 hangers for clothes for 4 days. Very uncared for. When we met the person to check in tried to make us pay for parking. In the ad it says parking included. The only good thing about it is the location. Otherwise I would never come back. The description is far from the truth. Not luxury at all or plush.
- ahmed (4/5): - Property is fine.
The experience was just not so smooth.
It started with the arrival. We discussed arrival around 9. We got there around 9:30 - 9:40 which is still within the listed check-in time. Couldn't get a hold of anybody. They finally said someone will come. After waiting for almost 2hrs, someone other than who they said would come came.
Got the keys and went up. And then parking was an issue..
The agency listed the place "parking included" later they said its included but you have to pay for it. WHAT‽ In what world does that make sense? After calling them back and forth, they decided to give a parking transponder for the next day. So I paid for 1 night, and then it was ok.
Overall, not too bad, but just a nightmare in the beginning that nobody wants to deal with after long travel..
- Nolan (10/5): - The view was amazing, everything is in walking distance. The highlight for me personally was communication. I highly recommend anyone coming to Toronto to stay here!
- Frederick (10/5): Awesome - Loved it
- Steven (6/5): - Pros- Fantastic location, super clean and comfortable.
Cons- meeting at a different location to check in and getting to the floor of the apartment was a hassle, having to use a separate online condo portal for information and payment was a hassle, and the free / included parking was falsely advertised. We had to pay $84 CAD upon checkout.
- Joanna (6/5): Too many little problems - The view from the property was the best part. On arrival there were no (UP) Union station exit instructions on the best route to the location, which is very simple if you are informed of the right exit. Many of their procedures assume visitors will have data and be able to call and text. I informed the property we had no ability to text (most international plans didn’t cover Canada) I informed them of the arrival time but they didn’t think to check flight info so didn’t know our flight had been delayed twice. It was summer yet sadly the bedroom was ice cold and the lamp and TV didn’t work in there. These issues were fixed on the last day even though I mentioned them on the 1st night, the temperature was never on or fixed even though it had been moved up 1 degree while we were out (24hr messaging was false). Wifi was ok but they wanted picture confirmation when leaving yet the messaging on hotels .com doesn’t have an image upload feature or allow email addresses to be shared. They also had my email address yet didn’t email me the check out procedure directly so I couldn’t reply with the requested image. I’m surprised none of this had been thought about. The blinds had missing panels but we were high up so privacy was ok. It was a good location but there were too many simple things that shouldn’t have been an issue… and the $350 deposit nope would not stay there again. Though it has potential to be great if they think about future customers and fix the issues raised.
- Todd (10/5): - Unbeatable location in downtown Toronto. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
- Richard (8/5): - The suite was clean and in good repair, except for the vertical blinds lol. EVERY single unit I get (and I've had several) in both Ice Towers has missing/ damaged/ malfunctioning vertical blinds. Other than that, everything was good.
- Travis (10/5): - This property can't be beat when it comes to location. We enjoyed a Bluejays weekend and it was faboulous. The property managers made themselves available 24/7. Outstanding! I highly recommend this property.
- Taylor (10/5): - Amazing location. Friendly staff. Great overall experience
- Percy (10/5): - Beautiful condo, great view from balcony, lots of space for what we needed, clean, close to union station, rogers centre and CN tower. Places to eat nearby.
- MELANIE (4/5): - Great location. Upon checkin we were advised that our vehicle would not have in and out privileges, because there was an issue with the garage fob. We had to adjust our plans. The condo itself was nice, however housekeeping could do a much better job. There was a pair of dirty socks on the floor in the closet and the floor throughout had dust and dirt.
- Grant (6/5): - The towels and sheets were all jammed into a closet. Nothing folded. We moved the throw carpet in living room to use the sofa bed and floor was so dirty under carpet. Needs paint job. Lots of dings and marked walls. Kitchen was great. Bathrooms were clean.
- Maria (4/5): - Air conditioner was not working! They tried to fix it, but it never works. We ask for some towels, answer was look at the drier. Left over of pizza in the oven that smell very bad. Location is amazing, but I was not able to sleep well
- Marie-Kim (10/5): - Excellent communication with the residence team. The property is also very well located in Toronto, walking distance of almost everything. It's a super nice condo, I would definitely recommend this property!
