• Natasha Bonin (9/5): Great stay - Friendly staff from check in to check out. My husband and I had a great time in the pool area, they had a giant slide for children. The room service was excellent, as they freshen up the room as needed, and the beds had me in heaven. Lastly the unique art work was my favourite. Even tho Denny’s haves excellent food, it is the only source for breakfast for the hotel and it can be pricey, especially if you’re staying multiple nights.
• Johnathan (5/5): we had a great time at the pool area just the room that tainted the experience - location was great close to everything we wanted to be around great area we had thought we booked two queen beds but ended up with two doubles and in a handicap room that when using the shower flooded the floor and the sink was very slow to drain so brushing our teeth over a semi clogged sink was not pleasant and the sleep in double beds was very tough with little sleep.

• Paul (9/5): Wonderful stay and we will be back very soon. - The quietness of the room and the convenience of having a restaurant in the hotel. The pleasant staff and easy check in process. That you allow pets is a real plus and will allow us to travel with our dog. The rooms are a bit tighter than I am used to but not unreasonably so. It would be nice if there was a complimentary breakfast but I understand because of having Denny's as part of the hotel.

We were upgraded to a suite and there was a hand written note from the staff and complimentary snacks. We were celebrating our anniversary so this was very thoughtful and appreciated. I wish there was a discount offered for hotel guests if eating at the restaurants in the hotel. The food was pricy for average dining. I also think some sort of continental breakfast would be nice!

• lIAM (4/5): They dont seen to care about there quests comfort - It is a great location and our last visit was great so we decided to book again The room above us started to yell and scream around 130am and it sounded like elephants walking through the room. We called around 2am to front desk to complain as it woke up our son. Nothing changed at 3am we had phoned twice and went down to the front to talk to the desk. It wouldnt have been so bad but it sounded like they were gonna come through the ceiling. At 3am we gave up.... they finally stopped at 4. My son was having surgery that morning so let's just say none of us had any rest. When we returned to hotel after the long day at the hospital we had all passed out. Thankfully the second night was quiet.

All were Very professional, helpful and very pleasant staff who liked what they were Doing . That was so nice to see. The bed and pillows were great. Had luxurious Soft and firm pillows . Decent little fridge for left overs . Bathroom was roomy. Large oversized shower with large rain shower and handheld . Very clean. Lots of room. Lots of parking and restaurants attached to building . All was great. No complaints at all .

Livingroom area spacious, Had small eating area. Bathroom was very modern. Tvs in bedroom and Livingroom. Close to shopping and restaurants. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Lots of outdoor parking. Could hear people walking up above my room.

• Sue (8/5): Overall a comfortable room. - There was no breakfast included at this location. There are a couple of things: While it was March break, that shouldn't mean that people without children staying should have to put up with kids running the hallways after 10:00 pm. I had to call the front desk three different evenings to ask them to deal with the situation. Also, not everyone has kids. I was excited to stay and use the pool, however, was unable to because the noise was deafening. I would suggest that there be "ADULT ONLY" pool time. From 6-8 am, and then from 9-11 pm would be wonderful.

• Crystal (4/5): Could have been a nice stay, but was dashed by incompetence on the hotel's part. - The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly. The hot tub and pool were clean and a nice size. Beds were also comfortable. The fire alarm went off two times in less than an eight hour span, overnight and early in the morning. The room we were in was an accessible access room, and I feel it's important to note that none of the ADA push plates actually worked to open the door. Pool had no one checking on it at any point in time, so there was inappropriate behavior happening from other patrons as well.

The man at the front desk (I forget his name)was so nice and pleasant! Every employee we encountered in the hallway was nice as well. I requested early check-in before a work event and I was able to get into my room very early which was awesome. Great hotel and great staff!
