- Manuel (2/5): Damage deposit and dirty - Room was decent Damage deposit of $200 which wasn't stated on here, otherwise I would of stayed somewhere else. The bathroom was dirty and can smell the dirty shower drainage, the room towels smelled like rot like it was left in the washer too long. The bedroom was decent tho. I'm not planning on staying there anymore.

- Yuka (10/5): 親身なジェニー！ - ジェニーはとても親切で、深夜の到着・早朝の出発も問題なく対応してくれました。また、オーロラ鑑賞が目的だったのですが、天気をみてツアーに行くべき時の判断をしてくれたり、近くの鑑賞スポットを教えてくれたり、はたまたベランダから見える時は声を片に来てくれたりもしました。もちろんツアー、アクティビティの予約もしてくれました。日中のお出かけスポットも毎朝教えに来てくれて、ジェニーとのコミュニケーションも旅の大事な思い出になりました。旅先としては十分なキッチンがあるので、近くのスーパーで買い出しをして、自炊生活も難なく続けられました。またイエローナイフに行く時は、ジェニーに会いたいのでまた利用したいと思います。 鍵の開け閉めがとても難しい！

Because my flight was delayed, I had to go out before receiving my snow boots, and Jenny lent me one snow boots immediately. The location was excellent; it was a short walk to the supermarket, post office, and souvenir shop, all within about 10 minutes. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the bathroom water temperature and pressure were perfect. 房間是木板隔間，如果聲音太大，隔音效果會不太好。 The room is partitioned with wooden boards, so the soundproofing won't be very good if the noise is too loud.

- Akisa (10/5): - Jennyさんがとてもよい方で安心して滞在できました。2階の部屋でしたがトイレ付きのバスルームとは別にもう１つトイレがありました。熱いお湯も問題なく出ましたしセントラルヒーティングでバスルームも暖かかったです。部屋にはハンガーがたくさんあってレンタル防寒着や小物を干すのに助かりました。またオーロラを見にイエローナイフに来たときは滞在したいです！

She helped me booked the tour last minute with an affordable price and also help me booked a cab. everything is good except only that it is not soundproof so you hear the footsteps and other guests talking in the kitchen but it is just minor issue for me coz after the aurora tour Iam tired and can sleep peacefully

- Michelle (10/5): Excellent comfortable stay for an affordable price in heart of Yellowknife. - Jenny Guest House is centrally located to restaurants and the supermarket. All within 5-7 minute walk. The space we had was a bedroom within a 2 bedroomed apartment. So a lovely shared lounge area with dining table and kitchen. Shared bathroom. It was super cold outside but toasty warm inside. We couldn’t turn on the cold water in the shower but better that…than no hot water right! So the showers were a bit too hot and we dodged around to wash!

I am claustrophobic and the room was closed coz of the snow, she arranged a table fan for me to feel better. The place is very tide and has all basic kitchen amenities. I missed to buy cooking oil, Jenny got that herself for the place. She is too sweet. She also booked me for aurora and city tours which was vey convenient. Location is great, you get everything you need nearby. There’s a coffee shop right opposite at the corner. I also made good friends there. There are two washrooms between 4 rooms but it was manageable for me as only 2 rooms were occupied. Over all very good experience.

- Lynn (6/5): - Jenny herself is great to work with, and went out of her way to accommodate me when I couldn't leave for the airport for hours after checkout. However, the walls are super thin; I could hear everything in the room next door. There's a shortage of towels, not to mention no washcloths, and no good place to hang wet towels to dry and reuse. There was no good place (no folding suitcase stand) to put my suitcase and no drawers to put my clothes away. The kitchen was well-appointed, however, and had everything I needed. In short, a towel rack, a suitcase stand, and insulated walls would make a world of difference.

- Pat (10/5): - The house was very clean and in an excellent location. Most of the attractions were within a 15 minute walk from the house. Full kitchen complete with coffee, teas and condiments. There was some confusion about breakfast. There was a sign on the fridge that said "Breakfast was self serve". Inside the fridge there was a self marked "Private Food". on the next shelf there were muffins and fresh fruit. another guest and I assumed that the fruit and muffins were the "Self Serve" breakfast mentioned on the sign, so we helped ourselves. But it was actually food that belonged to another guest. No breakfast food was actually provided for the guests. I would strongly recommend Genny's. Just bring your own breakfast.
- Piening (9/5): Great value, well located, clean, comfortable little guest house - Spotlessly clean, excellent location right downtown only a few minutes walk to the museum and a minute walk from main street. The host was friendly and helpful. She let me drop my bag off early. There were 2 bathrooms on the 2nd floor for bedrooms. The kitchen was well equipped if you wanted to prepare breakfast or bring something back to eat. The single room was small but adequate and very comfortable. I couldnt get the TV to work but maybe that was me not really knowing how to operate it.
