- Dayna (2/5): - This place was so dodgy... its above a grocery store, the staff really only spoke Spanish, there was shared bathroom with no toilet paper, the single doorknob on the room was barely on the door with one key and while the room itself seemed fine, albeit small, it smelt badly of smoke. There were a bunch of people doing laundry in the common area and the common kitchen was a large closet. We left immediately, ate the $100 and went to the Best Western. I couldnt recommend this place less...
- Verified traveler (4/5): Not what was advertised - I would never recommend this hotel to anyone, the toilet didn’t work and someone with a daycare under the room said she was being flooded and not to run any more water. Had to brush our teeth without water. The shower in the room was next to the bed. The mattress was smaller than the bed. A lounge outside the room with someone watching television most of the night. A bar next door with people shouting all hours. The smoke detector beeping all night. You have to check in at the store next door. It was just horrible and couldn’t wait to leave!
- Aby Franck (6/5): - Honnêtement, je ne sais pas où il y a une cuisine mais c’était vraiment pas la cas. Par exemple nous avions un frigidaire et un four micro-ondes. La chambre que nous avions étais pas top. Le plancher étais comme un plancher de béton dans les écoles et n’avais pas l’air très propre. Il y avait également des poils sur la couverture, je ne crois pas qu’il les changes. Le draps contour oui mais pas la couverture. Sinon le reste étais correct. De plus, on sentais comme une vieille odeur écœurante de cigarette… Je n’y retournerais pas mais sa a dépanner. Le plus malaisant étais d’aller faire un Check in dans une fruiterie pendant que les gens attendais pour payer leur article…

The other room had no light in toilet when hallway light was off. I booked for 5 people, the camp bed they provided has a 10cm matress with no fitting sheet

- Verified traveler (6/5): Decent Stay, but Hygiene Issues Made It Uncomforta - For the price, it was a great option. Check-in was super simple, and all the amenities were nice and modern. I had everything I needed in my room, which helped me stay focused on the reason for my trip.
Unfortunately, the sheets were dirty, and I found several bugs throughout the room — including a couple in the bed. I’m chalking it up to bad luck, but it made me very uncomfortable, especially since it was my first night in a new country. Overall, an okay stay, but not the best first impression.

Bâtiment peu invitant,on se demandais où était l’hôtel, doit passer par un épicerie pour faire le Check ✅ Personnel qui ne parlais pas français et courtoisie disons très limité! Le moins beau coin de saint-Jérôme à mon avis, je n’y serait pas sortie prendre une marche car ne semblait pas sécuritaire! Je ne referai pas l’expérience à cet endroit! Surtout prix quand même élevé comparé à d’autres endroit qui offrait plus pour le même prix, café dans la chambre, petit déjeuner inclus, ce genre de choses!

- Loran (4/5): - Reception was argumentative and upset that I had not answered his phone call to confirm booking that was already payed for saying that he wanted to give our room to someone else since we arrived late (6 pm). Our room was good apart from the fridge that let out a horrible fishy smell that lasted about twenty minutes even after it was closed with the window open and being able to hear everything that was going on outside our room including the receptionist arguing with other guests at 1 am. The bathrooms were beautiful but there was a wait to use them as there are three shared bathrooms for the floor

- Rita (10/5): Raad en details na verschillende dagen aanwezighei - Alle mensen die ik hier tegen kwam waren erg behulpzaam als je iets nodig had. Het gaat niet altijd heel snel maar iedereen is van goede Ingesteldheid. Blijkbaar op de sites van verschillende boekingagentschappen Staan verkeerde uren voor Aankomst. Best niet voor 16u30 toekomen. Altijd best telefonisch verwittigen net voor je aankomst om te vermijden dat je er langs staat wachten. De telefoonnummers staan duidelijk binnen. Ik ben eens namiddag toegekomen en er was iemand Aanwezig die onze kamer heeft Toegekend. Er is niet steeds iemand aanwezig 24 uur op 24 maar wel telefoon is altijd. Wij zijn hier verschillende keren een paar nachten geweest en Wij vonden het hier telkens heel aangenaam. Ik vind dat er veel moeite is gedaan om het goed te onderhouden. Maar Iedereen is niet even netjes en denk niet aan het even proper achter te laten als wanneer je binnenkwam.
Wij hadden iets voor gehad en de uitbater zal heeft haar uiterste best gedaan om ons te helpen met ons probleem. De mensen die ik hier tegenkwam hebben een groot hart. Ze maakten allemaal ons onverwacht verblijf aangenaam. Het was hier rustig op de gevraagde uren. De televisie in de kamer was top. De frigo in de kamer en de microgolven werkten perfect. Er was een aangename verlichting en een grote venster met een bureau raam genoeg met kleine opbergruimte in de muur met voldoende om ruim twee koffers in om te bergen En alle kleren ophangen. Is hier ook een grote en goed ingerichte keuken dat iedereen mag gebruiken.

- Jeff (8/5): - New facility. Clean and quieteith shared bathrooms but they were just like you would find in a house. Staff very friendly. Think “university dormitory” instead of hotel. If you just want a place to sleep thats safe, clean and quiet its perfect. Has big kitchen available if you want to cook in but I didn’t use it

- lucie (2/5): - What I didn't like is that a lot of noise, dog barking late at night when no dogs allowed. It was the owner's dog. Handles broken for closing and opening windows. One window had no screen. Didn't feel safe. Expedia charged me an amount for two nights stay, when I got to the place, they charged me $30 more for tax which I had paid to Expedia.

- Antonio (6/5): - Too many kids in the common room. Thin walls and ceilings. Parents were not monitoring the kids and using the room as a babysitter. Not considerate of other guests.
Other than that. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Easy to access and bathrooms were a short step away from the room. The parking lot was tidy and a grocery shop was attached to the property which is highly convenient.

- Dwane (4/5): - They put me in a 'prison cell' Rm 202 (had to store my clothes on the floor - so small). White guys next to me get spacious rooms for 1-night's stay. They promised they'd give me a bigger room for night 2, but I smelled cigar smoke and couldn't stay. Expedia said "their arm was tied" didn't help much (2hrs on phone). After 11PM 2nd night they woke me up and moved me to better room. Was it because I threatened to file a discrimination complaint?

- Émilie (8/5): - Motel simple, propre, mais peu insonorisé. Air climatisé centralisé impossible à ajuster, il faisait vraiment froid. Cuisine et salle de bain communes. Bien correct pour une nuit.

They cancelled my stay 3 days after I paid and got a confirmation of booking first saying they cannot check in after 10 even though it says 24 hrs on the site - I said I will check in around 11 pm they said ok, only to send me a text message, to say they are cancelling because of bad weather!?? Very unprofessional and inconvenient, leaving me with no options in thw middle of the night. This never happened in any of the hotels before
What is worse. It has now been 10 days and I still have not resolved the situation with the refund either. It takes days to reply to any of my messages. The worst customer service/hotel experience ever, unheard of.
Don't book here because your booking confirmation doesn't mean anything and may not even get your money back!

- David (2/5): - Vous m’avez chargé le plein prix sans avoir même entrer dans la chambre qui n’a pas de salle d’eau. Je viens dans un motel pour passer un moment avec ma partenaire. Comment vais-je me nettoyer après notre relation sexuelle? Pour ce fait, j’ai refusé l’accès à la chambre réservée. En plus expédia m’as chargé préalablement et AMR m’a rechargé jusqu’à ce que j’ai montré la facture pour avoir un remboursement. Il y’avait des enfants mineurs qui écoutaient la Tv dans le corridor qui menait a la chambre. Tout cela me rendait mal l alaise. Étant un parent sachant quel genre d activités qui se déroulent dans un motel, des enfants d’âge mineur n’ont pas leur place à cet étage la. En résumé je veux être dédommagé par vous expédia parce que c’est à vous que j’ai payé pour un service médiocre et inapproprié. J’attends un remboursement dans un délai raisonnable
