• Ashish (10/5): - great host, had an issue with the door lock code not working but they worked on it immediately and did not hesitate to help at all which really gave me peace of mind knowing that they are helping out
• Ryann (6/5): - The communication for this property was wonderful. They always get right back to you and answer any questions that you might have. There is a key pad with a specific code for acess into the apartment and it makes it easy to enter. The apartment is in a cute neighborhood and we felt very safe. Once entering the apartment it was very cute inside. We did find old food that was left in the oven wrapped in foil. There was also a coffee machine there but it is a Nespresso Machine and this takes specific pods to only that machine. You cannot buy those pods in a normal grocery store and we had to go to the mall to get them. Would have been nice to have a normal coffee machine. There is a coffee spot a few blocks away but I like to wake up and have a fresh cup of coffee right when I wake up. The bedrooms are cute but the beds are basically on the floor. The pillows were either very flat or so big your neck was uncomfortable. In the bathroom the towel rack was ripped off the wall, the bathtub stopper was missing and the shower/bathtub hardware was very loose. This place overall was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. There were just a few things that could use a little attention

• Christal (8/5): - Very nice place to stay that’s affordable (somewhat) near Vancouver. Convenience stores and bus stops are walking distance but the transit time to the city would be around a hour or so. There were also just some ants in the suite occasionally which would be my only downside but otherwise really nice and clean basement suite.
• Muhammad (10/5): - This is new renovated property with excellent space and all facilities but for 6 persons one wash room in not enough.
• ARELI (2/5): - No pude hacer check in en la propiedad mande mensaje para avisar que iba a llegar al día siguiente de mi reserva, estaba conciente que iba a perder un día de la reserva ya que había reservado para 2 días pero quería avisar que iba a llegar 1 día después de lo previsto en razón de que me cambiaron mi vuelo y nunca me contestaron , en el teléfono que ponen es una contestadora dejas mensaje y nunca te marcan y también intenté verlo atraves de los agentes de Expedia y solo me dijeron que ya habían enviado correo y que no les contestaban y que no se podía hacer más

• HSIN HUI (2/5): - I had a terrible stay in this property. I tried to contact with property manager to fix my problem. But he did not show up. I was waiting for him to fix the temperature panel and shower head which are broken when I arrived. We were wearing heavy coats to sleep and no water came out while showering for entire 2 nights. Wrote a number of times email but didn’t get any help. STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED TO STAY. Feel not respected and wasted money.
• Julian (8/5): - It was very clean. No A/C or fans gets a little stuffy. Parking not the best. Upstairs neighbors were a little noisy at times. It's a very nice clean location plenty of space.
• Tanya (6/5): - The basement suite was updated and exceptionally clean. You are in a basement and owners of home had children that you could hear running around and crying. Lesson learned on basement accommodations.. Unfortunately there was nothing in the area to do for recreation or sightseeing, we had to drive 45 minutes to Vancouver and any other areas of interest were the same distance.
• Alex (10/5): Excellent Space in Quiet Area - This unit was everything I was looking for in my stay. It was very spacious, clean, and had all the amenities of an actual apartment. Everything was clean and set up for guests nicely. I would highly recommend and definitely chose this spot again for any stays when I come over the border.

• Jea (10/5): - Sandwiched between Surrey and Burnaby, transportation is a must as a tourist. Closest skytrain station is Scotts Road, which is about 10 min drive. The suite is nicely updated with all necessities. We were a group of 5 vacationing and it was a comfortable stay. Double check the house number before entering premise. Strangely, Google maps will navigate users to a different house a block away that looks similar...
