- Wanda (10/5): Great boutique hotel in Montreal - Staff were extremely helpful. King bed was comfortable. Rain shower head. Very clean. Coffee cafe in the lobby. Free coffee (including barista types) and drinks. Free breakfast. Hand written note from staff welcoming us. A little convenience store directly across from the hotel. Walkable to Basilica Notre Dame Montreal, Chinatown. The only negative is that there is some construction next door. It did not bother us, but might bother some folks.

- susan (10/5): - The very best thing about our visit to Montreal was this charming little hotel and the very best thing about the hotel was the staff. Mathieu, Nicholas, William, Sarah, Sam and JacqueMichel were absolutely wonderful. Mathieu and Nicholas greeted us every morning with coffee and croissants and recommendations of where to go and what to see. The rooms are spacious and the beds large and comfortable. Luxury showers with plenty of hot water. Highly recommended.

The staff are super friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. This is now my go to hotel for Montreal!

The room was spacious, the staff helpful, and the free lattes were a nice bonus. Breakfast was included and it was good continental style fare.

Assisted with luggage thru the construction area. Coffee service and continental breakfast was great. After our airline tickets were canceled during the Air Canada strike, they Assisted in trying to find us a way home. Would go back again!

- Mariam (10/5): - I stayed here with my husband for two nights in early August and wow I loved this hotel. The front desk is attached to a coffee bar where you can grab a drink and a pastry and the entrance has a very cool industrial meets contemporary style. Our room was the perfect size with a view of the main street. It was busy but we never heard any street noise. It was spotless modern and had a luxurious shower with multiple heads. Plenty of bathroom light and counter space and a comfortable bed. Though the pillows were a bit firm for me. I loved that there was a steamer instead of an iron. I'm even buying one for the house. The service was fantastic. Every staff member we met was genuinely warm and thoughtful. They surprised us with a card and a box of macaroons for our anniversary, made us coffee and tea late at night and gave great recommendations for watching formula 1 at a local pub. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Old Montreal within walking distance of major sites, shops and restaurants. The only minor hiccup was with Uber pickups which may have been a driver issue but happened more than once. The only downside was breakfast, the options were limited and not to our taste. However, I would absolutely recommend Le Petit hotel to friends and family and I'd gladly stay again!

It was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Le Petit Hotel met all of our expectations there's literally nothing we would complain about. We would have appreciated a heads up about the neighboring construction as it blocked the entrance from view, and so we completely missed the place! We had to drive around the neighborhood to come back, which was easier said than done with lots of one-way streets and road work in the area. The construction didn’t factor into our stay in any way other than that, but for the ease of arrival a note about impeding construction will help arriving guests! Thank you!

The breakfast has a nice assortment of yummy baked goods, meats, fruits, yogurts, plus great bread and cereal, and the rooms were the perfect mix of modern, clean, vintage, and cozy all at once! The staff were incredibly helpful and always ready to make you a complimentary beverage in the built in café downstairs. And thankfully they had AC for the days it reached +30⁰C. Would 100% stay here again!!

The Le Petit Hotel Vieux-Montreal fit the bill precisely and exceeded our expectations. The staff was super friendly and engaging. Very attentive and above all else, made the best coffee!! While I would acknowledge each of them for their individual contributions and engagements, it would be equally fair to say that EVERY ONE of them were on that excellent service tier. No hesitation to stay there again or recommend to others that need a great location to stay.

Nicholas gave exceptional service in reception, others were friendly and helpful as well. The location in Old Town was close to port activities, restaurants, and Notre Dame. Unfortunately like many cities there is constant construction. So expect some noise at 7am. If you’re an early riser, no worries. Highly recommended.

Only unfortunate part is we were hoping to sleep in a bit but the construction right outside the hotel was loud and started at 7am

Included breakfast and coffee drinks are a nice perk. The bed and furnishings were comfortable, but the shower door design is probably the worst I have ever seen because it swings open too easily and allows water to pour onto the floor during use.

- Sara (10/5): - My daughter and I traveled to Montreal for one overnight. Le Petit was more than what I initially budgeted; however, I'm happy we stayed. It was worth the money, especially when you consider secure parking, along with top-notch customer service, cleanliness and feel of the room, and the location being so close to shopping. We will definintely stay again.

Nice little complementary breakfast spread each morning along with espresso coffees at the front desk. Very comfortable beds and great showers with multiple shower heads. Sarah and Mathieu at the front desk were standouts among standouts with excellent recommendations for food, drink and cultural activities. Highly recommend.
