Joe (2/5): - Nothing Extremely awkward to get to your unit. There is NO STAFF. Unfinished yard. No swimming pool. Fire place not working. Lost power and there was NO Generator working. If stuck in elevator , no one to contact. Unable to set thermostat. Heated floors not working. Garage NOT available, had to park outside. Guests parking is far and awful to walk when dark.

Julia (8/5): - Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der privatstrand dazu ist ebenfalls prima. Leider ist vor der Wohnung noch eine Baustelle. Wir waren zum Glück über das Wochenende da, sodass es keine Baustellengeräusche gab, jedoch war die Aussicht nicht schön. Wenn erst einmal alles fertig ist, ist es die perfekte Wohnung.
Noemie (5/5): Un appartement Sur côté - L'appartement a une belle vue, et est agréable en famille. A notre arrivée, l'appartement était sale, nous payons plus de 150euros en frais de ménage alors qu'il est clairement mal fait c'est une aberration. Sous le canapé 2cm de poussière et saleté, sous les lits pareil, les tapis je n'imagine même pas comment ils les nettoient... Ils prennent une caution énorme en disant qu'il ne faut rien casser et rien abîmer mais il y a des marques partout sur les murs, des portes de placards qui ne tiennent plus et risquent de tomber sur les enfants... Dans la chambre parentale les rideaux ne cachent pas assez le jour, lorsqu'il fait jour dehors, il fait jour dans la chambre. Je suis très déçue du rapport qualité/prix (nous sommes Français, avec ce genre de prix nous avons vraiment quelque chose de qualitatif, ce qui n'est pas le cas pour ce logement.)

Jean (6/5): - Let me start with the condo itself is very nice and cozy. The exterior is a 2/10. It is an unfinished construction zone and it will remain this way until they complete the builders lawsuit. There is no pool nor spa area, you will be looking at mountains of rocks and dirt. The view of the mountain is covered by trees for this unit in particular. It is important for anyone reading this to not get fooled by the renderings of the images. The blinds are closed for a reason. If you're looking for a nice place to sleep in and be out and about during the day, then it's ok for you. If you're looking to relax and enjoy a view, this isn't the right place for you. From the entrance to your unit, there is a good 10 minutes of carrying your bags to get there.

Nirmal (10/5): - We love the stat at Lago by Tramblant Platinum. If we have Transportation service shuttle then it will be great for specially Senior Citizens. Other then that We will definitely come again and share with our friends and Family.
Taghi (8/5): - The bed were a little stiff and small compared to normal hotel beds. Only negative feedback is the high cost of cleaning fee and the inconvenience when finding entrance to the room as it is like a maze. Underground parking is also not available.
Verified traveler (10/5): - True to the pictures. Great location and view. Parking is a fair walk away from the main entrance and you need to take 2 elevators to get to the unit. Keep in mind when transporting luggage. Very quiet and peaceful. Construction still underway at property, however no workers were present during the days we were there = no noise.
Claudia (10/5): Presque parfait - Nos vacances ont été fantastiques. Le condo était super propre et beau. La vue du condo sur le lac et les montagnes était splendide. Cependant, l’annonce disait qu’il y avait de la construction dans les immeubles autour mais la construction était directement sur notre immeuble et une fois sur notre propre balcon. Le bruit débutait vers 8h00 am.

Lareira na sala, internet rápida, 2 tvs com todos aplicativos de streaming, churrasqueira na varanda, Lava-louças grande, geladeira grande, garagem coberta, pequena academia e sala de jogos, faltou uma Spa pra poder relaxar com as crianças depois de um dia na montanha.

derek (10/5): - This is a brand new condo residence with very close proximity to the ski area. The primary bedroom and living room offer a great view of mont tremblant and the lake. The condo unit 301 is very well appointed with high end appliances...a comfy sectional and 55in flat screen tv. Gas fireplace and radiant floor heating make it exceptional. We spent 4 nights feb 18 to 21. There is construction ongoing, but it didnt cause any issues during our stay. Several of these units have exterior entrances under the cover of a well lit walkway. Not an issue, but worth mentioning. Other units have direct access from the interior hallways...so depending which unit you stay at, you may need to go inside, then back outside briefly...totally ok and safe. Our unit had every conceivable appliance, and i think the owner is a soccer fan...so you better like Manchester, lol. The condo has 24 hour concierge service, we had no issues reaching someone when we had questions. The balcony has a gas grill , and a table with chairs. Too cold for us to use it, but great feature imho. a small fitness center, and a pool table in the common area. Parking garage was under construction, but we did use the one that was for other units to offload our vehicle, the garage area is heated and easy access to elevator...but it depends on the unit, so it may not be available for your unit. We parked directly outside the main entrance on the road, no issues.

Mont Tremblant is very beautiful with many activities but will stay with another host next time. supposed sea view obstructed by construction.Unit was on its own with uncompleted unoccupied units. Host debited my account for additional $500 dollars and never apologized. No instructions on surrounding area and how to access amenities. Customer service when you call was abrupt and not friendly. Email regarding preexisting damage was not responded to so that was concerning. Electricity went out for a few minutes one evening and nobody picked up the phone when I called.luckily it came back on.
Sinhoi (9/5): Superb - Wonderful place. Lovely luxurious apartment. Spacious, great amenities, sparkling clean. Very stingy about dish washer pods, trash bags and laundry detergent. They gave me 4 pieces of washer pods and 3 trash bags for 5 nights of stay. Called the receptionist a few times for additional supplies. The lady told me I had to buy my own, since they only provided us for a couple of days. I called again, they agreed to bring us trash bags, and dish washer pods. They never did. Just like they are afraid the guest will take the trash bags and washer pods home.

Debra (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful, new condo with a stunning view of the Lake and mountains. Fully stocked kitchen with blender, toaster, kettle, coffee bar, all the pots and pans you need. Only complaint were those bar stools with the splayed out legs that everybody kept bumping into!

Patricia (9/5): Perfect view - The view was fantastic. Well-appointed kitchen with everything needed. Modern and very clean. Excellent family accommodations. Once all the construction is completed, it will be fantastic. You can only enter the Lago 55 through the parking garage and not the main entrance. When you park in unit 55 parking spot, it is confusing to realize where the ramp entrance into the building is located. The arrival instructions need further details. Couch is not comfortable as you feel the hidden bed frame while sitting.
Yoko (10/5): Exceptional - The place was so spacious and has a big window with a nice lake and village view. The kitchen is well equipped and everything was really clean. I didn't know which parking space was available for us first but it was 55 and also it was the room number... maybe it was just me didin't know. A little away from the village but there were lots of benefits away from the centre. It was 5 minute drive to the village and the free parking was always available. A small grocery store is 10-15 minute drive away, it is a little pricy but has good stuff. You should bring your own laundry soap if you are planning to do laundry. It's not what I didn't like but good to know. Everything else was there.
Shahla (10/5): Scenic condo - Condo had excellent view, which made my trip way more memorable. It was very clean and all supplies were there. Kitchen had all necessary utensils and appliances. Everything was above the mark. I will love to book this place again for my future trip. Definetely recommend it. Only issue I had was that not proper instruction was given to enter the building. As we reached late, customer service person at that time had not enough information, but we managed to enter the building through garage.
