• CLAIRE (5/5): Promised refund money has been processed but still not received any money back on my card. - Near the airport I am still waiting for my refund of the initial deposit taken at check in on my credit card. It was supposed to be refunded on check out. I have been told twice it's been done but I have never received the money back on my credit card.
• Susan (9/5): Enjoyable. - Bedxwas super comfortable and room was very quiet...couldn't hear hall noise. Liked staying close to the Theatre. I phoned the resort several days ahead to check the airport shuttle. Told last one is at noon. Iwas at the shuttle stop at Pearson Airport at 11.35 am. Waited over 45 minutes and no shuttle. Was not at all happy with this ... had to spend almost $40 on a taxi.

• Pascal (9/5): Excellent séjour! - La propreté, les installations et les chambres. J'aurais aimé une offre alimentaire plus grande pour les enfants afin que ceux-ci soient plus autonomes dans le complexe. Ils pouvaient commander à la chambre, mais ce n'est pas l'idéal.

• Maggie (8/5): It was clean and they had options to eat but the stuff at the front desk could have been a little more nicer and gave in - It was comfortable and I didn’t have to pay for parking. You have to pay $15 a day to use a microwave. Every hotel I have stayed at I never paid to use a microwave. That’s ridiculous, after paying to stay there already. The front desk didn’t tell us anything about the resort. Just gave us our room key and send us on our way. We would have liked to know a little about the resort seeing that it’s also connected to the race track.

• Dymond (10/5): Love it here. Stayed for a second time. Will be back again. - Room was clean and very comfortable. The view from the window was amazing. Watching the horses as the sun came up was amazing. Will book that view again. Restaurant was excellent. All was great.

Lot of charge ports and easy access to plug in my streaming device. Mostly quiet. Selection of late night snacks could have been better at the sandwich bar.

• Rhayne (4/5): It will never happen again. - About the only thing I liked was the bed. It was comfortable. Good pillow options. The shuttle from the airport in unreachable. Sit there and wait up to an hour, or take an Uber. The amenities amount to a casino. Everything is focused on the casino. There is not even cable TV in the rooms. The toilet in my room had pee on the seat. I cleaned it myself. The bars in the casino look like a Denny's All in all it was a pretty poor experience. I would not go back.

• corey (9/5): - Parking was easy, had options for different lots and different entrances. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Place was very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Great views from our room. Almost an overwhelming amount of slots/games. Wish the drive to downtown was a little closer, traffic in and out of the city wasn't very fun. Wish they provided 2 robes in the room instead of one, yeah I could have asked for another, but I feel like I shouldn't have had to. The casual restaurant wasn't even open for breakfast when we tried to go on Monday morning, disappointing.

• Sara (8/5): Perfect as on-site hotel option for the Great Canadian Theater - Cleanliness and style is great. Calm atmosphere and peaceful for sleep. The café next to the elevators is a nice option without needing to pass through the casino floor any time we need food or beverages. The resort is still under construction and walking around the exterior grounds feels isolating with empty buildings and unfinished landscaping.

• John (9/5): Great location, excellent room facilities, with free undercover parking - Convenient to Toronto airport Shame breakfast wasn’t included with our Premium King Room. We went to the lobby for some breakfast & enjoyable although service rather slow Due to our airline not loading our luggage on our plane it then arrived later 1am. I asked for delivery to our room before 9am & we were refused as the porters were not available until 11am later in the day Not too happy about that, we collected ourselves & stuggled with it to our room even though I am partly disabled.

• jason (7/5): Great staff and location - Great location, very clean Tried to order room service till I was told the price, our should have come to roughly $48 with tax but was told a price of roughly $68. I asked for a price break down and was told the extra $20 is service fees, I asked multiple times what the fees were but the lady would not tell me. I understand there is usually a room service fee but $20 thats high and they dont seem very transparent about what those fees are. Only other problem is they told me to park underground for easier access but good luck with finding a spot with so many parking spaces taken up by trailers and cars that have obviously been sitting there for months covered in dust.

• Niasha (9/5): Everything about the facility was amazing, but the bed was not comfortable - The property was very modern and upgraded. I liked everything about the facility, except the bed was terrible. It felt like laying down on spring.
• Corey (8/5): Great comfortable stay! - Very clean and comfortable place to stay. Staff take great care of the hotel and it shows. Offer complimentary parking which is very rare around the Toronto area and the parking garage is top notch. View of the race track was pretty neat and Nothing really. If I’m being picky, we tried to go to the Steakhouse but trying to get a table at 9pm seemed impossible (place was empty) no one around while we waited over 5 mins at the door.
