The place looked like a house...when I entered there were people in the living room area...it looked more like a hostel or shared house with rooms...but then my unit was nice with a private kitchen, bathroom and balcony...

• JoAnne (7/5): Beautiful location for a getaway. Suitable for families and couples looking for accommodation facing waterfront - Very good location for quiet get away. Has a good working stove and fridge. Spa tub was great. Dishwasher was very helpful. It was quite cold and I didn’t anticipate that. The unit on the main floor wasn’t heated as much as the bedroom. There was not a designated work space which was not as convenient. The chairs at the dining table was not comfortable for using as work station. It was quite dusty in some places because of the carpet. I think it was pet friendly so it was not helpful for my allergies. Sound proof of the room is poor. Since my trip was for a quiet time to work, I was awakened by baby and children in the morning. During the day, I could hear conversations from the main hall and also the room next door. It would be fine if I’m not working and on vacation.

• Kathy (2/5): Do not stay at the lower level chalet ! - We stayed in the lower level chalet. It is not at the resort ( 10 minute drive away) and this is not mentioned anywhere in the listing and it’s on a main road across from the water. The chalet is very dilapidated - ceiling with water damage, nails sticking out of door frames etc. It is very dark inside. The TV didn’t work, there was no AC control, the BBQ is barely working, the outside furniture was dirty, the dock is rickety and there were no instructions in the chalet as to where anything was. The pillows and second room bed were uncomfortable. Please see my front door photo for an example of the condition of the place.

But in an old moldy rusty no light underground apartment , behind the bushy greens in the photos NO LIGHT ! Everything it was old and rusty , smelly and in an underground . With old furniture , smelly futon , has not been vacuumed in ages .

I agreed, thinking that this would be a good move. It was not. The beds were extremely uncomfortable. It was not cleaned very well.

• Mario (10/5): Very comfortable, every thing was very accessible, lots of things to do at no extra cost. - Location close to the hill, water front views, outside deck facing water, the fact that they had a hot tub, a fire pit with free wood (even though we didn't get use it this time as there was too much snow) it's a nice free ad on and would definitely come back winter and summer. Would also come back for the free canoe and kayak in the summer. Nothing bad to say.
