- Dana (9/5): - Nice room with good applicances etc Location was ok from train station but nothing else
- Kathy-Ann (7/5): Modern design incmudes breakfast - The hotel and room decor Upon arrival, there were many people smoking outside. Inside there were very unsavory looking individuals lingering around the lobby area. I asked if the hotel was housing the less fortunate. And was told that they were in collaboration with the government, for a government program.

- Kim (8/5): Enjoyed my stay. Like ordering a meal for pickup to take back to my room from The Cannery. - Breakfast was great. Lots of hot options. The entry has a nice layout and lots of chairs and tables to allow for a variety of options for dining alone or with family. The staff are very helpful and the building is very clean as well as the units. The lighting in the parking lot is terrible. Especially for women travelling alone and walking through a largely poorly lit area in front of the building entrance. There are building issues that I guess are endemic throughout the units. The walk in shower door kept sliding open as soon as you try to close the door. The shower head is nice but only sticks out six inches off the wall which means you have to stand almost touching the shower controls below the shower head. Good thing I'm not overweight because it would be difficult to get under the shower head with your entire body. Also the roller blinds are stiff and difficult to operate (also typical throughout different rooms i have stayed in the last couple years.

- Ankit (6/5): Not coming back again - I stayed at this property when it opened a few years ago, and the service has noticeably declined. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for our toddler-friendly travels. The service was terrible. The staff was unkempt, and the rooms were only cleaned every two days, which felt like a big favour. We even requested linen changes, but they weren’t done, sofa bedding is just repacked and not cleaned. The hotel also had a very limited number of trolleys. To make matters worse, they allowed pets, and dogs were urinating in the elevators. It was honestly unpleasant. The water pressure was poor, and the breakfast had only one waffle maker, which was occupied most of the time. They also closed the entire breakfast setup at 10 a.m., not even 10:01 or 10:02. Coffee wasn’t refilled after 9:30 a.m., so we had to keep asking the staff, who were mostly international students and seemed disinterested in their duties.
- Igor (7/5): - New and clean Location.

- Carol (9/5): very nice - Breakfast had a wide variety of things to chosse and was very good had lots of hot and cold selecyions

- Edward (9/5): A most enjoyable two days here. - The breakfast was just so-so, a lot to choose from but too much salted items and calories. However, we recognize we were not at a first-class hotel. The breakfast could have included more fresh fruits.

- Sreejith (10/5): It was comfortable and overall it was a good experience - Customer service The breakfast time was before 9 am
Which I found was a bit rushed as we didn’t receive breakfast as we ran late
- Donna (10/5): I must go and stay hotel - Clean room, beautiful set up. Newly renovated pool was warm and inviting. The restaurant was beautiful, great food, and friendly stuff Nothing
- MARC (6/5): - Reservation non honorée, changement d'hôtels
- Lise (10/5): Will come back. - Many items to choose from for breakfast. It is rare to see bacon. Also available were very healthy choices. The coffee was excellent. Great parking spaces to chose from. Convenient location to go to downtown by car. The pool was heated and not busy. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We asked for a quiet room and it was quiet. Slept very well. The security staff. It made me think that there was an issue. There were many security staff because of an event taking place during our stay. The security staff was very friendly and helpful.
- Ludmila (9/5): Loved our stay at Home 2 Suites -
- Caroline (7/5): - Clean and no noise Breakfast ending at 9:00 a.m. feels quite early. I wasn’t informed about the breakfast hours, so I missed the opportunity to eat. Unfortunately, I was not refunded for the breakfast either.
- Jean-Pierre (9/5): - Le petit déjeuner était minable. Bacon pas assez unit , œufs désèchés, saucisses sec, jus d’orange médiocre.
Café ok. Le petit déjeuner.
- Melissa (6/5): - A lot of noise in the hallway.

- Genevieve (2/5): Water slide ad is a lie - kids extremely disappointed - Me and my 3 kids went on a 2-day road trip and needed a place to sleep and enjoy ourselves, since it did not go as planned. I saw a water slide on this hotel's advertisement. I made sure to call the hotel front desk to see if the water slide operated during the same hours as the pool, or if there were limited hours for it being open during regular pool times. I was told it was "the same hours". When I arrived at the hotel, all 3 kids were excited to go to this water slide right away, but the receptionist told me it is no longer there "since construction." My kids were devastated from the road trip already having gone unexpectedly wrong, and now I had told them about this exciting water slide (and even CALLED AHEAD to make sure it was available!) just for them to be disappointed yet again!
- Fanny (10/5): Parfait - Le personnel était tellement gentil! Nôtre chambre était vraiment confortable! Nous avons adoré notre séjour.
- Milos (10/5): Great for an overnight stay when you’re traveling. - Cleanliness, comfort, breakfast.

- Timothy (10/5): Just what we expected~~ a great place away from home!!! - Breakfast was good! I was grateful to see some bananas! The breakfast was a very busy area! We found out some young hockey players and more were using your motel also. The waffle maker was in great demand and a line formed as they waited for their turn to make some waffles! We could have used a second waffle machine!!
- Li (8/5): -
- Roy (10/5): -
- Weng (10/5): Excellent - The size is of the room , and the washroom seem new to me … and the reusable hair and body wahser . Quiet, I love the blanket and the bed feel very comfortable I think the hot water can not hotter and that would be better . No others issue
- Mirella (10/5): -
- Magdalena (9/5): - Amenities, cleanliness, proactive and welcoming staff
- Chepurna (10/5): -
- Kemi (10/5): - Everything. The pool was warm and helped us to keep the kids in activities. The staff are gentle and impeccable. 100% happy with our stay.
- Ruben (10/5): -
- Ann (8/5): A usefully positioned and reasonable place to stay in a snowstorm. - Huge room. Excellent breakfast. Clean. Friendly and polite reception. Good bathroom. Convenient location near Kingston Train Station. We were stranded overnight because of terrible weather, so understand the challenges of a very last minute booking and late arrival. But the room seemed very cold overnight and the duvet and sheet on the bed extremely thin. Only in the morning did I discover an extra blanket in a drawer.
The tea and coffee making box was only partly filled (only one tea), with only two little milks, and one of these was out of date and disgusting. (Crusted over).
The bathroom doorknob showed signs of very hasty and shoddy installation, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence.
Otherwise for a very brief stay it was fine.
- Marina (10/5): Amazing hotel. - Amazing. Had everything that you need. The pool was amazing the service was 5-star the staff were polite.I recomend this hotel to anybody visiting Kingston.
- Heriberto (9/5): -
- Heriberto (9/5): - La atención La piscina sucio los baldosas
- Stasia (8/5): Great value, nice pool - Great value; convenient location (if driving); clean newly appointed rooms Breakfast was free, but relatively uninspired
- Dave Berry (8/5): Nice clean facility, great staff but breakfast needs a lot of improvement. - Great front desk staff and clean room. The breakfast food needs some help. The hot items are not served in a warming environment and as a result were cold. The oatmeal was like cement and needed more water added to it.
The breakfast staff need to be more attentive during breakfast. They ran out of coffee and cheese slices and it took a while for it to be refilled.
The juice that came out of the machine was way too diluted.
All of these points are an easy fix but are desperately needed to be looked after.
Thanks.
- Rody (9/5): - Everything The breakfast could be better

- Ya (6/5): Bad! - The AC is leaking the cold air into the room. The blanket is so thin and bad quality. The kitchen staff are disorganized and rude. The storage is designed so poor to fetch the food.
- Samantha (9/5): -
- Onauma (7/5): - Location and the beds were comfy. Pool was filthy and stagnate. It was in unusable.
- Stokes (10/5): Great family friendly hotel - Very clean, wonderful staff great rooms! Kids loved the pool Only thing I didn’t overly like was the egg at breakfast it was very spongy and questionable haha

- Stephanie (8/5): - Breakfast, kitchen, big tv, location, friendly staff Noisy heater
Bed was not comfortable
- susanhP4457SB (4/5): Won't stay again. - I don’t often write negative hotel reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience from this past weekend at Home2 Suites by Hilton in Kingston.
I booked my stay through Agoda and received a receipt confirming payment. However, when I checked in, the front desk staff attempted to charge me again for the room. I explained that the stay had already been paid for through the booking site, which was frustrating to deal with right at check-in.
The next morning, I noticed the bed sheets were dirty. I didn’t see it the night before, as I simply pulled the comforter down and got into bed, but seeing the condition of the sheets in the morning was genuinely upsetting.
Breakfast was another disappointment. The food was only lukewarm, and unfortunately one of the staff members had a very noticeable body odour, to the point where I could no longer continue eating.
When I returned to my room, I went to make a coffee using the in-room machine and discovered old, soggy coffee pods left inside from previous guests. It really made me question how thoroughly the rooms are cleaned between stays.
Based on this experience, I will not be staying at this location again. Very disappointed.
- Christopher (9/5): -
- Chen (4/5): So so - The breakfast is fine. The air conditioning is too noisy.
- Sary (10/5): -

- Lubiere (10/5): excellent new choice in Kingston - Booked via Hilton for 149$ a night for 2 nights.
This is a brand new hotel in Kingston (as well as the Doubletree next door) so this place is pristine. Friendly check in at around 4PM.
Got a nice suite with queen bed, sofa, small kitchen with microwave, full fridge, dishwasher, good batroom with shower, sofa, Smart TV, very nice view of a vacant field preserve.
Breakfast was excellent, with scrambled eggs, bacon, bagels and breads, fruits, yogurts, waffle station, the usual.
Decent sized pool as well as gym...these are shared with the Doubletree,
Location is a bit out of the way but decent for driving into town, and cycling .

- lynn-ann (10/5): enjoyable hotel not far from major attractions - Comfortable beds/pillows, kitchenette, size of room, amenities including pool. Great morning breakfast offerings The pool area could have been cleaner.
- suresh (8/5): -

- Jason (10/5): -
- Mirella (10/5): - Everything was very good Nothing
- Brenda (7/5): Kingston Review - The hotel was convenient to train station and 401. Appreciated the bathroom night light, and the shower and toiletries were terrific. The bed was too soft for our liking. The bathroom taps are always too far away from the edge of the sink, causing water to be always present on the back of the counter. The blackout blind did not close and was reported to reception staff the next morning.
