Emilio (8/5): Very good - Great location, very nice neighbourhood. Lots of potential in the place with nice rooms, a big living room and kitchen. The aircon in one room didnt work (during heat wave). The kitchen had two cups, two bowls and a lot of wine glasses - a fill up of the kitchen would be great to be able to have breakfast etc.
Renee (8/5): Our stay was brief and was perfect for our party of 6 - The location was great. Close to subway station as well as restaurants and shops. The Atwater market is about 1 block away. Plenty of space for our group. Perfect for the amount of time spent we spent in Montreal. A little outdated but wasn’t looking for high end space. It was exactly what we needed for our stay.
Irene (4/5): Great location but really bad customer service. - Great apartment and great location. Spacious living room with kitchen. It was very easy to get to the metro and Atwater market Sofa was dirty and aircon was as not cooling in one of the rooms. Sink was blocked in one of the bathrooms. Lots of crockery missing (3 mugs, 1 bowl and 3 teaspoons for 6 !) We stayed there for 5 days. Customer service promised everyday they would send their team but nothing ever happened. They kept sending always the same messages !
Bader (9/5): Loved the stay! Would recommend. - Great location! And very spacious. The air conditioning was extremely helpful during the summer heat. Minor issues such as main bathroom sink not draining properly and small tears on the sofa. Otherwise no issues!
Noelle (7/5): Lovely apartment spoilt a bit by lack of communication from owners. Difficult when you are arriving from abroad! - Very spacious and good facilites There was not enough crockery etc. eg only one wine glass and 3 water glasses!!! We asked for a child’s cot and they said they couldn’t provide one, so we tried to hire one only to find when we arrived there was a cot!! No-one had told us!!

Ellen (5/5): Disappointing for the amount we paid, with fees and taxes all in. - location was good. lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and market nearby. The blind on terrace window was torn off. No coffee or filters provided, (if only for first day) No laundry detergent provided. minimal toilet paper. Had to buy. no blanket or duvet on master bed. Living room sofa was very low and uncomfortable. I have bad knees/arthritis so impossible to get up and down. Limited glasses in kitchen.
Joni (8/5): Comfortable, clean in a nice neighbourhood - The location is excellent for our needs. The flat was clean and spacious. WiFi was good. A few added kitchen items would be useful. A microwave would be good to have. The window blind is in need of repair. There a several steps - 40 up to the flat.
Deathe (9/5): A comfortable stay in a terrific Montreal neighbourhood. - I loved the space and the location. The apartment was spacious and the bedrooms and two bathrooms were great. The view to the park and the ice rink was classic Montreal. It was quiet despite being on a busy street. We loved the cafes and restaurants and market. Such a special place to explore. There seemed to be a hum from a motor below the living room floor- a fridge perhaps? But it did not interfere with our visit. Parking was a challenge but once I found a street closer to the canal it was easy- it was winter so the snow made it even harder to find parking.
James (9/5): Comfortable, spacious, warm, very well located. - The location is excellent, close to a Metro station and very close to excellent restaurants, supermarkets, traditional markets etc It might be normal in Canada, but we found the complete lack of basic supplies like salt, dishwasher tablets, laundry liquid etc meant we had to stock up on big boxes of everything and left many such items behind.

Location 10/10 The only thing was it was a bit dusty etc. under the beds but if that does not bother you to much then this place is amazing. Definitely under rated.
Boye (6/5): Nice - Close to many businesses and places to spend the day. The position was great. The room itself was modern and good looking. We also had a very nice view on the city. There is the AC in every room which is convenient in the hot summer. Despite the house being pleasant, we arrived to find 2 garbage bags in the living room, and the beds were not done either. That’s unfortunate
Olivier (6/5): - The location is great. Close to a metro station so it is easy to het downtown. There are great dinning options. There is also the canal right by and marche Atwater. Love the neighborhood. We were there on a weekend and it was a little noisy. Not quite as nice as in the pictures, and does not feel very homy.

Christine (5/5): Passable - No breakfast available. The property was located close to our son's place but everything was on the cheap in the apartment. There was an unrepaired leak in one of the bedrooms with plaster from the ceiling on the floor .
