Une mention particulière pour le personnel accueillant et bienveillant. La ventilation dans la chambre que nous n’avons pas réussi à régler et qui est un peu bruyante.

While getting the parking pass we were told we were given a free room upgrade to a two room suite, which was very nice! We were told they would text us when the room was ready and they did so 90 minutes before check in time and we were able to get the room at that time! Staff was very courteous and nice!! All was great

line (9/5): Super beau séjour, je recommande cet établissement - Propreté, bel emplacement, très bien situé, pas besoin d’utiliser la voiture , tout se faisait à pied. Le personnel était très gentil et courtois. des crochets au mur dans l’entrée seraient pratique. Un porte savon ou petite tablette pour la douche serait pratique aussi. Plus petites oreillers et malheureusement l’insonorisation n’est pas très bonne , on entend les voisins ++

Julien (9/5): Une ancienne usine magnifiquement rénovée en de jolis lofts - L'établissement est très propre, dans un état neuf. L'équipement mis à disposition est de qualité et en quantité, les chambres sont modernes et bien agencées. L'insonorisation perfectible au niveau de la porte communicante entre notre chambre et celle d'à côté avec des voisins qui ne connaissaient visiblement pas la signification du mot silence et respect des autres avec des nuisances sonores en pleine nuit ( même si pour ça l'établissement n'y est pour rien). Parking payant à 20 CAD / jour (mais annoncé dès la réservation)

Tiara (10/5): - The girls at the front desk were extremely helpful and accommodating. My air-conditioning was not working upon arrival in the room was extremely warm. They sent maintenance to reset it and have a look at it. They also provided me with a fan and within the first hour of us being there in the room, not cooling down they moved us to another room.
Kwanji (3/5): Location was not the greatest, room was great, staff was okay - Room was beautiful and spacious Glass shower broke while I was coming out of the shower, Nothing was offered to us except for bandaids which I had to ask for. Luckily my children were not the ones in the shower. I could have gotten seriously hurt. Feet had multiple superficial cuts.

The staff was consistently pleasant and welcoming. The only real downside was the air conditioning, which was limited to 68°F. I was extremely hot at night.

gupte (9/5): Pleasant stay - The property is at a good location near to the falls but if you dont want to be near the buzz its the best combination. The rooms are clean and feels similar to air bnb where you have a small kitchen to make your own food if need be. The only thing would be that since its a low rise building-3 floors, there is no view.

Kelly (10/5): Lovely with one consideration. - Everything was clean and the WiFi worked reliably. There is no gym, but given how much walking you'll do exploring Niagara Falls, it's hardly missed. I also appreciated how quiet it was at night — it seemed everyone respected the quiet hours, which made for a restful stay. Worth noting for those with mobility limitations: while the area is walkable, most surrounding destinations are at least a 15-minute walk, so a rideshare may be a more practical option." One downside worth noting is that hallway noise is audible from the room during the day as if I have the door is wide open. So if I can hear people I'm sure they can hear you right outside the door. This likely won't be an issue if you're out exploring, but may bother guests who plan to spend time in the room during the day. It would be great if the hotel could add better door sealing to reduce hallway sound to near zero. Otherwise, an excellent stay overall. Stay! A+++

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Lucy at the front desk, who made our check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was excellent—very spacious, clean, and comfortable. It’s an ideal place to stay with family or friends, as there’s plenty of room to relax together. We also really appreciated the convenient parking and the great location, which made getting around very easy. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back again! manon (10/5): Super - Très joli hôtel ! Bien placé juste à côté de Clifton Hill et a une vingtaine de minutes des chutes. La literie est incroyable, nous avons jamais dormi sur un matelas aussi confortable. Très grande suite avec plein d’équipement et très propre. Grande salle de bain avec des produits fournis. Une caution de 250 CAD est prélevé le premier jour, mais on vous la rend 1 à 2 jour après votre départ pas d’inquiétude. Je recommande cet hôtel si vous êtes de passage à Niagara !!!
