- alice (10/5): - Comfortable, and well located. Everything we needed for a great stay
- Caroline (9/5): Great whistler apartment - The apartment was perfect for our needs, well maintained, very clean, good position The check in procedure wasn't clear, I received an e mail asking me to check in on line but at no point did it say this was mandatory to receive check in information and that there was no option to check in on site. All that is needed to put this right is a sentence or 2 on the e mail I received regarding online check in. We didn't see or speak to any staff at all during our stay
- Christina (8/5): Overall, I would recommend this place for a large group of people. It was away from business of people but close enough - We had a dance competition at Fairmont Chateau and the location was a nice walk through the trail. Close enough to walk and enjoy the beauty of Whistler. The rooms were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. There was no aircon in the rooms but the room provided enough fans to keep you cool. Also, it seemed a bit outdated but still did its purpose.
- Milena (2/5): It sucked! Never again! - We have rented many apartments in different buildings in Whistler over years. This one was by far the very most basic, very plain, no coziness to it and not even properly cleaned. Dusty baseboards, inside door of washroom is so dirty, hair on the ground and no parking for vehicles over 6 feet. It says 6’10 clearance which is far from accurate! Unless you come with the right car, you have to leave your car in the village and pay for parking. And 3 bedroom has no window so it should not be advertised as 3 bedrooms.
- Jody (2/5): Mountain and Snow were great, property was severely overpriced for its condition and impediments. - Property location was mediocre at best. The property was very dated. The carpet was not in good condition. The bathrooms need updating. Beds were horrifically uncomfortable. Access to the hot tub is ridiculous causing arguments between guests and making it very difficult to utilize. There is ample room to install a free standing hot tub adjacent to existing one. This could aid in not requiring the sign in sign out process. The ski storage area needs a digital lock so as to make it easy for multiple people to have access rather than one key for the entire unit. The freezer door would not shut and when I showed it to the check in guy he said nothing, and nobody came to repair it. The linoleum in the baths had holes in it. The grill would not work properly. There were no check out instructions......
- Robert (4/5): Family had fun, but disappointed with my selection of Powderhorn and Whistler Premier. - The design of the unit was acceptable. Room two with door not able to open more than 30" is a remarkable flaw. Nothing about the experience Whistler Premier or Powderhorn was exceptional. Any issue was met with we don't own the unit, only manage. Whistler Premier was a HUGE LET DOWN. The people seemed ok, but the system they operate in and the script they have to follow is appalling. Keys did not work,.. oh we don't use keys, it is combo. Combo didn't work. Took an hour at the door to the unit, with multiple calls to get into the unit. (when employee finally came over to assist, he realized he gave us the wrong combo to the door) They only provide 1 key to building which limited ability to explore independently or be locked out. (absurd to only get one key to access building) No luggage carts, place was heavily used with stains and patchy paint coverings. Missing basic necessities like decent cookware or simply a salt and pepper shaker. We love Whistler, but this was not a normal Whistler experience.
- Philip (8/5): Visiting Whistler was on out to do list form many years and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. - The location was excellent, Close to the villages and all of the amenities and ideal for day excursions to surrounding areas of interest The property was very warm and despite having fans to improve air circulation we found it suffered from not having proper air conditioning. One of the bedrooms had no window and it was very warm and impossible to cool so it was a little uncomfortable.
- Cecile (9/5): Superb -
- Chimik (6/5): Didn’t have bed sheet - The sofa bed didn’t have a bed sheet and wasn't clean. The customer service promised us they would send it the next day, but they didn’t show up.
- Rod (10/5): Exceptional - The Powderhorn accommodation was everything we expected and needed. It has a bus stop just outside and takes 4mins to Village centre this made it exceptionally easy considering we didn’t have a car. Rooms were comfy and clean. Easy access. Would highly recommend this to any family’s looking for a bit more room. N/A
- Wenjing (9/5): We had a nice stay. - Living room and kitchen are very spacious, fire place is great. There was only one set of keys in the lock box for 6 people.
- Lucy (8/5): Good value for money and a great base for a skiing holiday. - Very spacious and comfortable, although 3rd bedroom is a little small and also windowless. Very good, well equipped kitchen and staff and check in were excellent despite us arriving very late due to a cancelled flight. Car park was useful and very easy access via foot, car or bus to lifts and village. Decor a little tired. Everything else is excellent.
- Chloe (10/5): Great condo in Blackcomb - Spacious and close to everything. Beds were comfortable and Katie from the management company was extremely helpful and let us check in early which was greatly appreciated
- Katie (9/5): Will come back again - 10 min walk to lift, Big living room, Decent sized kitchen, own balcony. Other than the master bedroom the other 2 bedroom are very small
- Michael (4/5): Disappointing -
- Bettina (4/5): Location is great but the place lacks cleanliness and attention to detail - The apartment was nicely furnished and Blackcomb Base was a 7-minute walk away. There were several cleaning issues upon arrival that were rectified once reported to the management company. Pots and pans were in unusable condition and need replacement. We booked the place for 8 people and were quite unhappy to only find 5 dining chairs and not even a towel for every guest. The patio floor was sticky and the BBQ not clean!
- Jaymar (10/5): Seamless stay and was worth the price. - We like it that there were basics needs that’s were readily available like coffee, rice, oil and other things as we arrived late and we did not know that the fresh n market closes at 8PM. This is just a minor detail but the receptionist could have explained where to open the parking garage as we were first timers in the property though we were able to figure it out but it would have been nice if it was thoroughly explained.
- Anonymous (10/5): For the price, we were not expecting anything special, however we arrived to an apartment much more spacious than expect - Lots of spare. Had everything we needed N/A
- Amit (5/5): The people involved at the front desk were all very good. The property itself needs some key maint - The people involved at the front desk were all very good. The property itself needs some key maintenance. The Refrigerator made huge noise (abnormally loud) and that was a nuisance. The kitchen sink was leaking and water flowed down the drain on to the kitchen floor after washing .. That was very very bad. The people involved at the front desk were all very good. - Emma (8/5): Very good -
- Lai-wah (8/5): Family trip with little kids. - Location is good and easily to access to all, like lost lake and village. My son loves it due to easily to go to the mountain and a lot of trails for biking. Need air conditioning to be installed immediately for the hot weather. Fans are not enough for comfort to sleep or stay in day time. The hot tube on the roof floor is too small.
