- Anna (1/5): - I wish I knew I never made it there. They gave me the runaround with ID that I didn't even get to stay in the room I paid for. So I lost yes $500 so I give zero starts to this company. They took my money global stay and bookings.com to back me up. So I gave them zero stars and they did the scammers so I didn't like anything. Especially when I was staying here. My father passed away. So terrible experience. Absolutely still fighting for my money to this day That it provided all the information for you and I didn't even get to stay at the residence and you still charged me and I explained the situation that you guys made a mistake. The lady took hours to get back to me and she had everything even my ID but I still didn't get it the apartment. The time it was 8:00 I realized it was a waste of time. The night was over for one night. I need to stay here from my father's passing and you guys still charged me and I'm still fighting for my money. Terrible, terrible and went through too many people that just didn't care. It sounds like a scam to me. Do not use this company please. People do not use global stay. Let alone they wouldn't even give me a partial refund like the other airbnbs that I had issues with. They gave me nothing. Just sorry couldn't help you so I couldn't help me even to high or above. So I'm sorry to me that was a scam that shouldn't have happened and think of all the people like me that didn't fight and they done it to them. I don't think so. Do not stay with globalstay, I personally would want to leave with the service I got which is nothing. Didn't get a room to stay in

- kelly (1/5): BEWARE This is a total money grab -Hidden fees not disclosed until after payment .kitchen a disaster - The Location was good. BEWARE. DO NOT RENT THIS HOME.....money grab, hidden fees, they charged us an additional cleaning fee/ dog fee after the fees were already paid. it was too late to cancel at this point.
things were broken, damaged prior to us being there. we took pictures. they tried to blame us. our deposit of 1000.00 they kept half of it.. they said we didnt clean up left it dirty. due to a scrap of food inside garbage area. we actually vacuumed cleaned everything. no shovel at the home. it snowed. safety issue. we called them. they didnt provide us with a shovel either. no salt either. stairs our back a death trap. total SCAM.......
they didnt care i had proof of those damages not us but they refused to give us our deposit back. kept trying to contact them after and i had no responce from them. I WILL NEVER BOOK THROUGH GLOBAL STAY EVER AGAIN.

Now they are not returning my deposit even ive sent them the picture damages that was already there
They are still charging me for the same damages it clearly a scam Because of the management there half of the house have small damages which as customer in sometime you think they already know
But that’s what they are doing to make extra money from you
I just need help to get all my money back i have all the pictures of the check in with date and which i can prove the damages was there already and also have the pictures and video of check out which will how clean the house was when we left

- Shawna (6/5): - Overall the property was good and looked like the photos. The cleaning staff had not been there when we arrived at check in and it wasn't communicated to us so it was dirty when we got there but the cleaners came right after that and did a good job so fine in the end.
There were no baking pans or pizza pans. Really basic dishes so if you plan on cooking bring some disposable cookware. The frying pans were all scratched. There was no cutting board or scissors. Lots of cleaning supplies in the cupboard so it was easy to keep everything tidy.
The house is in need of a little TLC. The stove burner light was always on, the fridge water and ice dispenser were broken, a couple of the window levers were broken, outside light didn't work and one of the shower bars was installed incorrectly. Also, the carpet in the basement carpet was really dirty and badly needed to be vacuumed but we didn't really go in the basement so we didn't care.

- Taverio (3/5): Nice place just poor service - Nice place I ended up spending thousands of dollars only for them to steal my deposit which was 1k. About a food spill. And cleaning lady… if you hire a cleaning lady why still charge me extra for her and the spill if it’s easily cleanable.
- Bibi (10/5): Exceptional - Home was clean. I liked that they had body wash, shampoo, toothbrushes, toothpaste (even though we brought our own) and extra pillows.
It was close to everything. Loved the park across the street.
Great location. The lack of parking. The garage should be available for parking.
The folks renting the house after us showed up between 10 AM - 10:30 AM the day of their rental period which was our last morning there. We were eating breakfast when the door opened and they came in. Thankfully we were all dressed and ready to go but what if????
I told them their check in time was at 4 PM and they left. My car was on the driveway and they still came in, didn't knock or ring the bell.

Washer machine had mold. We didnt use it, had to do laundry outside.
Beware.....
1. The company asks you to place all of the towels in the wash before you check out.
2. You have to throw out your own garbage, otherwise they charge you a fee per bag.
I wouldnt put my family through this again.

Spacious On our arrival, shower curtain and rod on the floor, broken toilet seat, broken window fixture and broken wall switch. Blinds at sliding back door had pieces missing and could not open and close. Pictures were taken and sent to relevant persons at Global Stay.
Microwave was not working. Informed relevant persons via phone and emails. Sent requested video to persons at Global Stay.
Multiple calls were made relative to our inconvenience and concerns but there were no follow up and nothing was rectified on any of the above. We also told, “… it is not a hotel, and so there is no staff at hand.”
To add “to our inconvenience” money from our deposit were deducted to replaced a window handle.
Bathroom structures were not study, namely shower rod in the next bathroom and towel racks.
Very poor customer service.
- Zaneta (2/5): BEWARE! This is a money grab - not worth the money or the hassle! - Internet. Quiet neighbourhood. Decor. Hidden fees were not disclosed until payment and security deposit were paid and it was too late to cancel the reservation (dispose of your garbage at on offsite location for which an address was provided or you will be charged $15 per bag even though you are required to pay $250 in cleaning fees as part of your reservation; told to pay a fee for bringing a dog on top of the mandatory cleaning fee AFTER security deposit was paid and canceling would carry a cost - post says "charges may be applicable" for bringing a pet, when it should say "fee for bringing a pet is $20/night"; portion of security deposit was withheld for damage not caused by us - proper evidence linking our stay to the damage was not provided (random, non-dated video with a man speaking in a foreign language was provided). We challenged them asking for proper proof, but they charged us anyways. In over 30 years of traveling all over the world, I have never had an experience like this. It is a complete money grab! Not to mention, the microwave didn't work, utensils were cheap/non-functional (no spoons), electrical outlets in the kitchen did not work, there was no salt or shovel on the property to remove snow with and no snow removal company came to clear the snow which covered the entire driveway, walkway and entrance (there was a big snow storm during our stay); this was a safety risk. Lastly, the policies of GLOBALSTAY don't seem to be standardized even for the same property. I booked 2 reservations for this property. For the first, I was told my security deposit would be $500 after disclosing that we would be bringing our dog. For the second, I was informed that my security deposit would be $1000 if I brought my dog. These notifications were sent by GLOBALSTAY within hours of each other. GLOBALSTAY seemed unphased when I brought this to their attention.
- Jatoya (7/5): The house was good to sleep and relaxing would recommend fixing the outlets on the wall and providing some amenities for - The space was great location was all right beds were comfortable, so was the couch I didn’t like the fact that some of the outlets in the kitchen weren’t working, didn’t like how the dining room chairs were very easily able to bend forward and backwards didn’t like that the broom that they had was broken and made it difficult to handle so to sweep there were no amenities to cook with no seasoning, no oil and just one frying pan
