• Victoria (10/5): Highly recommended as a very clean and friendly hotel!! - Very helpful and friendly staff! Our Room was a lovely spotlessly clean and well equipped suite. Having self-serve hot drinks including hot chocolate was a very sweet and well used treat! I will absolutely stay at this hotel again! The only thing that was disappointing was not having a pool but it was cold outside anyway! Since I enjoy a hot cup of tea, a kettle in our room would have added convenience. I suppose boiling water in the pot that was included was an option though. Everything else was above and beyond our expectations!

• Vicky (10/5): Home away from home - The small suite was extremely comfortable. The kitchenette really makes it feel homey. I could easily spend an extended period of time there. Very clean, very modern, well stocked and well maintained. The reclining armchair was a nice touch.

• Zhang (5/5): - we booked a one-bedroom suite, that has a king size bed and a sofa bed and Ive specified that there will be 4 people ( 2 adults+ 2 kids).when I booked the room. However, the hotel didn't get a comforter for the sofa bed, and when we asked for it, the front desk said they don't have access to it… so we had to turn the room temperature up and my kids had to sleep without a comforter for 2 nights.

• Susanne Reuss (9/5): Super central place to visit the Blue Mountains and Wasaga Beach, which is just a 15 min. drive away - We had a small, but very cozy room. It was well decorated and had a great large TV with streaming services and a super comfortable bed. We loved all of the amenities the room offered - the large fridge and kitchen, with lots of equipment and storage space which was so convenient! We loved to be able to prepare our food instead of having to eat out. There were some cooking smells in the late evenings, which lasted for at least 2h each night. We had no idea where they were coming from and there was no way to air the room. So this was a little annoying. We spoke to the lady at the front desk, but she just said that others had complained about this too; she thought it was a default in the ventilation installations.
