- Ditas (10/5): - No parking, we have to park about 2 or 3 blocks away.
- Hadley (10/5): - This was the best place i have ever stayed. When we struggled to get into the building with our key card security desk staff helped us out. It had a full kitchen stocked with everything you need and walkable to grocery stores to help you save money instead if eating out all the time. Though we did not use it, it had a washer and dryer. The bed was very confortable as well. When we had a problem, which was only once, i called the rivet stays service, they answered quickly, and were able to help us. When heading out it was close to a tram that would come every 10 minutes which made getting around toronto amazing. My only complaint is that the specific room we were staying in was on the 16th floor and sometimes it would take 10 minutes when busy just to get to the ground floor. After the first time this happened, we left 10 minutes early everytime, so if yiu stay here just remember that. Also, this would not stop me from staying here again though! 10/10 would recommend!

- Lincoln (6/5): - Security at desk when we arrived was not helpful. It was ok. It was clean and modern. There were missing blinds and being on the ground floor was uncomfortable, and a missing lampshade in bedroom. 7.5/10. Rivet Stays Jarvis was much better.

- Matthew (8/5): - The property was nice and close to everything downtown. Spacious and convenient for a family of 5. The outdoor patio was a nice bonus and parking was easy to access. Overall it was ok. Our major complaint was that they consider the sofabed an extra spot to sleep for a 5th and 6th person but the extendable part of the sofa was torn and the bedding in the sofa smelled horrendous. Luckily there was a lot of extra bedding in the dryer when we arrived so we used that but we had to give pillows from the beds as the one in the sofa was not useable. My son said that the sofa was very lumpy and uncomfortable. Also the windows have vertical blinds which many are missing, some from the living room were used in the bedroom which didn’t match and there were still many openings.

- Robert (10/5): - Not so great: Ground floor, quite loud outside, very loud water pump/valve behind the bathroom audible throughout the night. Also very little silverware in the kitchen, specifically spoons. But other than that well equipped.
- Andrea (8/5): - This was the perfect location for us and our planned activities. When we entered the building there was a funky smell in the hallway that I didn’t like, but fortunately this was not present in the unit. We were on ground level, so the outside patio area was wonderful! There was a heatwave while we were there and we discovered this unit did not have air conditioning. We set both the thermostats as low as we could (45), but that only made the furnace fan run. Otherwise, a nice unit. Comfortable beds. The pullout couch is rather warm out and I don’t think it was folded back in properly so it took some work to get it pulled out and back on its rails. Not the most comfortable, but it is a pullout couch. The air mattress was also excellent!

- Susy (8/5): - This is a condo share, so the condition of the property was well maintained. Just a few patches that need some spackle to fix up holes in the wall. The location was perfect. Very walkable. There is no cable, so you so you'll need a streaming service available for yourself in order to watch tv.

- Valerie (8/5): - Très bel endroit! Avec une belle vue sur le Lac Ontario et la tour du CN. Le sofa-lit n’est pas très confortable mais on s’y attendait. Un petit problème à l’arrivée du fait que la chambre n’était pas prête comme elle aurait dû et nous avons dû attendre 30 minutes. Dans l’ensemble un très bon sejour!

- Dianne (4/5): - A couple of things you might want to check are *the blinds -the cheap plastic lines will keep breaking. It might be a good idea to install room darkening curtains, which are inexpensive, like everything in the condo. *in the lighting in the bathroom for people who want to do their make-up or get ready *the toilet seat needs to be tightened The accommodations were not what I expected, for $775 plus a security deposit. I am disappointed. I had a very important event to attend, and I needed a good night's sleep.

- Saeeda (10/5): Beautiful views - Loved our stay here, such a relaxing space with amazing views. We were close to all the locations we needed and we had a great time at the end of our day. The condo is well appointed and spacious, very clean and the host is amazingly responsive.

- Kristin (8/5): - The apartment was clean and relatively well equipped. It was easy to walk to the Rogers Center and Scotiabank Arena. The apartment would benefit from a deep clean to rid it of cobwebs, scuff marks, dirt on the patio. It also would have been nice to have extra pillows/blanket for the couch/inflatable bed. The inflatable bed needs to be replaced as it doesn’t hold air. The hairdryer is horrible, unless you would like your hair hot and wet.

- Julie (10/5): - This was the perfect location to attend a Jays game and an event at the Convention centre. Lots of room for two couples, and a fifth wheel. The walk is easy but gets you out of the downtown noise for a good sleep. Would highly recommend, and will likely stay here again.

So to climb 33 stories would have been impossible for me. That’s just unacceptable!! But the apartment I am in is clean and in good shape for an older high rise apartment building.
