Laura (10/5): Great location, lots of space, magnificent view from top floor. - Great place! Travelling with husband and 11 year old. Extended stay for a day immediately after arrival as perfect for a ‘chill out’ day amid a lot of travel and great set up for my husband to do an early work call without us all being on top of each other (unit is 2 floors). Spilt Milk across the street for coffee and delicious tacos the next block over and great bookstore. Comfy beds, fabulous view from 2nd floor and a stove for our morning oatmeal :-) My 11 year old says it is the best WiFi he’s had in Canada! Staff was very easy/fast to communicate with when we wanted to book another night. Wish they had a Basecamp in Jasper as we are headed there next. Not an issue for us but there isn’t an elevator so if you can’t carry your luggage up a flight a stairs make sure you are in a ground floor unit.

Rubina (9/5): Immaculately clean, modern, and convenient. - The suite looked like it was brand new, so it was VERY clean and comfortable. It was also beautifully furnished & decorated. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and we loved the premium coffee provided. We also loved the Rocky Mountain toiletries in the bathroom. Parking was very convenient & our ground-floor unit made it easy to move our bags in/out. Location is fantastic: right downtown, but on a quieter street, so we didn't find that noise was a problem at all. We had 3 guests in a 1 BR suite, so it was also well-thought to have a television both in the bedroom as well as in the living room for the 2 parties. Although the site is not staffed, we were able to get what we needed (some towels for our 3rd guest) immediately by calling the phone line. The only thing we felt was missing was somewhere to put our things (like a dresser, closet, etc.).

Heather (10/5): Lovely setting, clean and situation to local food places was great. - Our only problem was that I did not have access to emails once I had left home and as there was no office/reception area was confused as to how to get to our rooms. fortunately a guest had had the same problems the previous night at a different location and was able to phone the number for instructions on our behalf. That the entry code was not issued in the original paperwork when booked.

Caroline (9/5): Parfait pour un séjour au cœur de Revelstoke. - Parfaitement situé à deux pas des commerces et restaurant de la rue principale. Propre, calme confortable et la cuisine du studio très bien équipée. Le hot tub est très appréciable. Nous avons pu facilement prolonger notre séjour de trois semaines d’une nuit supplémentaire sans changer d’appartement. Navette pour rejoindre la station. De ski à deux pas. Le bruit de l’armoire technique située dans notre logement et la ventilation, bruyante également. Pas de lavabo, juste un lave-mains dans la salle d’eau. (ça ne nous a pas gêné, mais ça peut être un problème pour certains). Pas de réception sur place : elle est joignable par téléphone uniquement (nous avons envoyé deux demandes par mail, elles sont restées sans réponse.)

Key in entry - register prior to arrival and you are sent the code to open your door at 4 pm. We arrived at little earlier and texted them. Was able to enter earlier with code. Two hot tubs on second floor. King size bed very comfy. Lots of lighting and electrical outlets. Large closet but only a few hangers. No shelves or drawers to store clothes. Okay for us because we only stayed 1 night, but if you stayed multiple days and wanted to unpack clothes, not sure where you would put them.

Jackwitz (7/5): - Location, cleanliness Check-in procedure. Had to call to receive my email after the check-in time to be able to check-in. Wouldn't stay there again because of this reason.
Heather (8/5): Very enjoyable - Location excellent Only crockery for two & one dishwasher tab for a 2 night stay so not adequate particularly as kitchen otherwise so well equipped with all you needed to cook in.
Christiane (10/5): Idéalement situé sur la tres belle route entre Vancouver et Calgary - Très bien situé à Revelstoke sur la route entre Vancouver et Calgary Studio tout neuf, très bien équipé Nous n’y sommes restés qu’une seule nuit; dommage. Possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner dans un bistrot en face De nombreux restaurants dans la ville RAS
Adrienne (7/5): Comforts of home - Great location, comfortable beds, hot tub was nice, kitchen facilities were great - well stocked, full size coffee maker and fridge . Not accessible, be prepared to carry all of your stuff up stairs, units look good but are cheaply made, lack of sound proofing.

charles (6/5): - no where to sit in suite except for two high top kitchen chairs. Very strange, visually cold
Shane (10/5): - Booked for three days. Only stayed the last day. When I arrived I noticed the safety entrance was broken to get to suites. When arrived I entered the code they sent me and it did not work. Strangely heard people inside my suite. I knocked then housekeeping came out. I asked why they were in there because it hadn’t been used. All they would say is (we do deep clean). OK strange…so they start to leave and I mentioned the code not working for the door. They responded (well it’s broken). Sooo you’re leaving me without access to the suite I say and then they just said (well take this key then. That just told me base camp couldn’t care less if I had access to the suite I rented. And 2 out 3 tv remote’s didn’t work either so my guest that stayed in the second room stared at the wall.
