• Francine (7/5): La base était là. Vieux mais propre. Aucun extra (couverte, tapis de bain) - Personne courtoise à l'accueil Il est impossible d'arriver avant 16h. Personne n"est à l'accueil. J'avais communiqué par courriel le jour avant pour faire des arrangements pour arriver plus tôt (15h) et on m'a répondu qu'ils ferait leur possible pour être là. Rendu là il n'y avait personne et j"ai téléphoné mais personne n'a répondu donc j'ai laissé un message. Plus tard j'ai reçu un courriel disant que le check in est à 16h. Finalement il y avait quelqu'un là à 15h40 mais la communication n'était pas très bonne pour préfoir des arrangements.

• Arta (1/5): Worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying at. - Leaving My room was on the third floor with no elevators available. The staff never offered to help me drag my suitcases either. They just watched me struggle to take it up. They had the audacity to ask me for tips up front before I had even gone up to my room. As for the room itself... completely filthy. Random stains on the blankets and pillowcases. Dust and spider webs in corners. Random paint stains on the ground. No soap in the bathroom. Coat racks were flimsy and poorly installed. The showers didn't work as intended, either. It would ONLY pour scalding hot or freezing cold water. Horrendous establishment in every single way. I can't think of one single good thing about it. Complete waste of money.

• Moss (1/5): very bad experience staff is rude and they inform me that they charge for cleaning fee so before leaving i took 30 mns t - staff was really rude just i didn’t have physical credit card even though he knows that i am able to pay for my stay with my phone
• Helen (10/5): - Newly renovated, close to the bus interchange and walking distance to everything! The staff is always friendly and the place is kept clean. That makes the stay that much more pleasant, of course. The bed is comfortable and I slept so well. No complaints at all.

• Chloe (8/5): - The location was great, the room was spacious enough and had all of the essentials. Overall a good place for the price. The door toward the hallway could have been better soundproofed. Not terrible at all, but you could hear when people passed in the hallway.
