- Pascale (8/5): - Facile à trouver, près des commodités. Bel hôtel, personnel très accueillant et gentil. 4/5 pour la propreté. Endroit tranquille, bien pour les familles. Malgré quelques petits points négatif la je recommande l'endroit. Le personnel étant très gentil mais oubli d'indiquer ou comment fonctionne certaine commodités. Trouvé que le ménage était un peu légèrement a désirer dans la salle de bain. Les serviettes propres mais sentaient le renfermées. Manque un peu de lumières dans la chambre lorsquon cherche quelques choses il fait plutôt noir.
- Fe (5/5): Convenient location but poor bathroom experience - The hotel was kn a very convenient location and easily accessible to shop which made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, The staff were nice and supportive. The toilet in our room was clogged and overflowed so we had to use the toilet in another room during our stay. We were also three people sfaykng in the room but fhere were missing towels provided for us.

- Kyle (1/5): It was very unpleasant, I will not be returning at any point for any reason. - Unfortunately, there was nothing that I liked. Biggest issue was value for money - we paid almost $400 and were in a penthouse suite, and we had problems finding and setting up the second bed, no pillows for second bed, pillows for first bed were so flat we all had back and neck pain in the morning, the beds themselves were incredibly uncomfortable, the air conditioning unit kept switching to heat so the temperature was inconsistent and uncomfortable, had to pay a large amount extra if we wanted breakfast/parking/bottled water even though the booking information stated free continental breakfast, the shower knob kept falling off every time we tried to turn the shower on, shower pressure and temperature were inconsistent (water flow would almost disappear every few minutes and would turn scalding hot or freezing cold), the floors in general were slippery, paint on the ceiling was peeling off, etc. If I'm going to pay $400 for a penthouse suite, I do expect $400 worth of services, amenities, and overall functionality. The least I could have had was a comfortable bed, working shower, and a basic breakfast included for the amount I paid. This was a very unpleasant experience, absolutely not worth the money at all.

À corriger absolument, car cette odeur reste imprégnée dans ma mémoire et je me demande si je vais y retourner à cause de ça!

Despite of this, they tried to convince us that we should stay in the room with 16-17C degree. Third room was ok but all of this took more than two hours. Unprofessional.
