Melanie (1/5): Le plus mauvais rapport qualité prix de mon voyage - Le concept et la décoration. Il n'y a pas de réception, les chambres sont très très mal insonorisées, je n'ai pas dormi de la nuit, cela a été la pire nuit de mon séjour en sachant qu'il n'y avait que 4 voitures sur le parking. On entendait les personnes parler dans leur chambre à 5 h du matin et les clients joué au billard le soir. Et je ne parle même pas de l'odeur dans la salle de bain.

Julie (8/5): - The shared kitchen was very well equipped. The room was comfortable and practical. The only observation is that the room we had (room 1) due to its location adjacent to the front door and common room, was very noisy. Our sleep was disrupted every time other patrons entered or left.

Carol (8/5): Désormais mon pied-à-terre dans le secteur du Mont Sainte-Anne - Apprécié les cuisines communautaires bien équipées et propres. Les coins pour relaxer sont nombreux et bien pourvus en mobilier, tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. Les consignes d'arrivée et de séjour sont claires et très utiles. La chambre, quoique petite était d'un excellent rapport qualité-prix, et très propre. Le spa est un plus très apprécié à la fin d'une journée de visites et activités. Les panneaux qui servent à couvrir le spa devraient être refaits, ou rafraichis, car dans leur état actuel de décrépitude ils donnent l'impression que le bassin est hors d'usage alors qu'il est au contraire en parfaite condition et très agréable. Le mécanisme de la fenêtre de la chambre #4 est cassé et celle-ci ne s'ouvre donc pas. Sinon, tout était parfait.
Annie (10/5): Séjour douillet dans un endroit calme et très bien équipé - Le décor moderne, les nombreuses commodités disponibles dans la chambre et dans l’établissement, la proximité avec la nature, le calme, les grands espaces communs et bien sûr le spa en fin de journée! Nous aurions apprécié qu’il y ait une lampe de chevet près du lit, mais c’est un détail!
Verified traveler (10/5): Très bien - Surprenant au départ, car aucun personnel dans l’établissement, mais cela n’est en rien problématique car j’étais parfait autrement les explications reçues par message et étaient très clair. La chambre était très confortable avec une hygiène parfaite. Grande cuisine et buanderie est disponible. Jacuzzi très chaud et bel extérieur. Conclusion : Excellent rapport/qualité prix
Michel (10/5): Loved my stay for a 2nd time - Ownership and name changed since my last stay but it still is as comfy and clean. I love the location. There was one drawback when I arrived, the main road was closed for construction and it was not very clearly identified. The detour was via a veeeeerrry asteep route through the mountain. Noth anyone's fault but it was a drawback for me. I would return for sure.

Monique (8/5): - Bonjour, malheureusement, cet hebergement est situé dans un milieu résidentiel et n'offre pas de service. Il n'y a pas de personnel pour nous accueillir. Par contre, la chambre était correcte. L'isolation est inexistante. Je ne pense pas y retourner; l'eau chaude est tout à fait absente. On doit aimer prendre une douche froide. J'ai quand même réussi à dormir lorsque le salon voisin de ma chambre est devenu silencieux. Merci!

On a passé un excellent weekend, la place calme et paisible L’endroit était très propre et agréable. Nous avons cru être chez nous. Il ya eu une coupure d’électricité dans le secteur, et ça a pris des heures avant de revenir mais heureusement la gérante nous a donné la possibilité de rester un peu plus , prendre notre temps avant de quitter l’auberge même après 11h. Rien à dire , mais excellent moment passé pour nous. À refaire

Carolann (10/5): Nice little family run hotel space with hot tub, campfire space, and pet friendly - I loved that it was on a quiet street right at the edge of the village. This was good for both quietness of the room and for walking my dogs. The shared kitchen was very well appointed, and I was able to make meals in it. I liked that each room had fridge space. Bed was comfortable enough. Bathroom was perfect. I wish there was a freezer. There might have been in the second kitchen, but I didn't check.

Owen (8/5): Very good - Great location in a picturesque country village near Monte Sainte-Anne. We had a very spacious, comfortable suite with bathroom, kitchenette, dining area and living room, plus a separate room for the older teenaged boys. We used the communal kitchen and recreation areas...pool table, foosball table and hot tub. We used the big communal kitchens and dining areas. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was very nice. Kitchen areas were quite well equipped, spacious and well designed. Bedding was nice, and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. Small things...the coffee makers all broke down a few times, and there could have been better instructions for their use. As things got busy on Saturday and Sunday, some guests did not clean up after themselves well in the communal kitchen, and some of our food went missing from the fridge...again, this points to a few disrespectful guests rather than the fault of the place itself. Some of the dining chairs were wobbly. The pool table needs to be leveled. The lock on our suite door was a bit fussy. It was great to be able to do laundry, but the clothes drier needs servicing...it didn't work well on jeans. All of these things could be easily fixed, which would make a great stay truly exceptional.
Alex (7/5): Very clean, modern and a close drive to Mt St Anne. But no hot tub, only luke warm. - The hot tub was not hot, only warm. This was one of the main reasons for choosing a location, to have a hot tub to relax in after a day of skiing.
EMILIAN REJANE (10/5): Excelente - O hotel é maravilhoso. Tem uma estrutura ótima com cozinha completa. Dá para perceber que tudo foi feito com capricho para que as pessoas fiquem bem acomodadas. O ideal é esrar de carro para se deslocar. A estação Le Massif fica razoavelmente próxima.

J (10/5): Superb. - Our room was comfortable and clean. The kitchen and hot tubs were great additions! There were lots of other amenities as well. The kitchen is very well appointed. There was a lot of thought and care that went into designing the spaces. I appreciated so much about the place! If you are sensitive to smells, the soap they provide (hand soap and bath products) are very floral smelling. It was the first thing I smelled upon entering the room. I got use to it, but from what I understand it would be a deal breaker for some.
Massimo (10/5): Wonderful stay! - The location, the ease of parking, the house which is wonderful, the fully equipped kitchen and the living room with board games and billiards available to guests, the room which has a comfortable ben and bathroom, Halloween decorations, the kindness of the staff. Nothing!

Victoria (2/5): - We had room one and the noise levels were just awful, the room shook as people entered and excited the property. People using the living space were really disrespectful about noise even after being asked twice to keep it down at 7am they were letting kids run around screaming and there was no soundproofing at all. The hotel hot tub wasn’t warm so we were unable to use it.
Jiatian (6/5): - I wish I could love this hotel as it looks very chic from the pictures but I was traveling with children and the bunk bed was very squeaky and mattress so uncomfortable, you literally sink into the mattress as it had poor support. Facilities wise, there’s no fridge, microwave or coffee maker in the room, and the closest coffee shop is ten minutes by car. I guess it could work for travellers who just want to spend the night, but definitely do not recommend for family with children.
Christie (10/5): Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. - Really clean! Nice country feel with great scenery!! Great if you’re staying with friends or on your own. I encourage you to have a fire and take in the mountain. It isn’t a dislike but the closest town with food is about 15 minutes away so prepare for that or bring your own food, it’s a fully functioning kitchen with lots of fridge space.

The room I had was on the smaller side with very large common areas. I prefer slightly bigger room with a desk to work with smaller common areas but that's not a deal breaker at all.

Did not use the kitchen area as others were already using it. Out of the way in a small village. Wifi and TV were on par and easy to use. The room was a tad small. Not much happening in the village. I don't think I saw a restaurant open in the evening.

Gregreg (9/5): Pleasant stay in gorgeus natural environment. - Very nice location in the middle of nature. Beautiful big backyard where you can hang, eat, drink or even make a camp fire. A lot of common areas, where you can hang, play pool or baby foot, or any board game you brought (but they have some too) or even watch TV (if you're into it). The kitchen fully equipped with a big well organized fridge where you can store your food and a coffee machine that makes great coffee. You can only use the laundry in the afternoon. The room is a bit small and the spa is not easy to access (but it's there if you're ready to make a small effort)
