- neil (8/5): Don’t count on the elevator for this 4th floor. - The unit was as advertised EXCEPT the elevator did not function on our first day. The unit managers response was less than sympathetic (we thought it was fixed, we will call the condo management). They would not find us another unit nor did they offer to send someone over to assist carrying ski and snowboard gear for a 9 day trip up 5 flights of stairs nor did they offer a credit. Otherwise, the unit was as advertised. The elevator was functioning the next day.
