The only thing I didn’t like were the beds and pillows. It sounded that there’s plastic or smt in mattress because every time you move it makes noise and it’s pretty loud.

- Joanna (9/5): Nice stay in a room with mountain view - Location was great for us. It was literally the last hotel on the Banff strip but this allowed us to have our steps in. There are petrol station and co-op across the street. There is Sudden Sally restaurant in the hotel where we ate breakfast. Very tasty and very big portions. Our room with the balcony and Mountain View was on the 6th floor in building B. Absolutely beautiful views, worth every penny. We had two double beds as it was cheaper and they were comfortable. Bathroom was nice with good shower and amazing toiletries. There was a kettle in the room. Parking was free and plenty spaces however we were off season. I very rarely give negative reviews but when I do it is when “the basics” are not provided as I would expect. Two things: you need to order your tea and coffee to the room. It can be ordered through an ordering slip when you leave it by the kettle but only between 9am and 10am. This did not work for us as we were still in bed and I didn’t want the housekeeping at that time. So you had to ring the reception for the coffee and be very specific how much you want. I understand the “no waste” policy and I support it but this did not work for us especially when we were staying there 5 nights. Eventually, I went to the reception and asked them to give me enough coffee and tea until the end of our stay so I didn’t have to ask for it every time. The second thing: we wanted our room to be cleaned after we left for the day after 12pm. We removed the “privacy” sign. We returned around 8pm and the room was not cleaned. This was confusing for me as the day before it was cleaned.

- Sharon (10/5): Excellent family hotel and the food was Amazing as well as the cocktails! - The Hotel was amazing, staff very friendly, food was to notch, lunch, breakfast and dinner! My only recommendation is a heavier blanket for sleeping, the very think topper was not enough. Perhaps keeping heavier blanket on the bed or in the drawer is recommended, kids used robes for extra warmth, as did I! Coverlet on bed too thin, need more substantial blanket rather than cranking the heat.

- KIMINORI (10/5): 素晴らしい体験をさせていただきました。今回は2泊でしたが、もっと滞在していたかった。機会があれば次のバンフ滞在もここで！ - スーペリアルーム マウンテンビューを利用しました。まず良かった点は、部屋からの眺望。バンフの山々を目前に感じることができるロケーションは素晴らしい。広いバルコニーもついており、開放感抜群。 次に良かった点はコーヒーや紅茶のサービス。フロントで数種類のフレーバーの紅茶とコーヒーから、好みのものを選ばせてもらいました。併設のカフェ“sadden sally”のバッグに入れて渡して頂いたのでカフェと同じ味？かどうかはわかりませんが、部屋での生活をより快適にしてくれるアイテムであったことは間違いありません。 3つ目にルーフトップの温水プール。そこから見える景色と合わせて、癒されました。 すべての施設は新しく、快適で、良かった点を挙げればキリがないくらい素晴らしい施設だったと思います。 良くなかった点はあまり見当たらないのですが、無理に挙げれば少し市街地から離れていることぐらい。無料の循環バスが1時間に2回、ホテルの前から出ているし、歩けない距離じゃない。

It looked like no one was taking care of it. The water in the pool was too warm to the point that it was not just relaxing to sit in the pool.

The location was excellent—just a convenient 15-minute walk to the main Banff village—and the complimentary bus passes for the local shuttle made getting around even easier. One of the highlights was the heated outdoor jacuzzi pools and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a day out. The on-site coffee shop, bakery, and restaurant were also fantastic and added to the overall experience. We appreciated the free parking and the fact that the property felt fresh and modern after its recent renovation. Thoughtful touches like customized beverages and a variety of milk options were a nice bonus. Most importantly, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a big differenc The only minor downside was that the hotel is quite large and spread across three buildings, so getting to our room in Building C felt a bit convoluted at times. That said, it didn’t detract from our overall experience—we had a wonderful stay and only wished we could have stayed longer than two nights.

The fireplace, the steam room, and the waterfall? Breathtaking. We also liked the fresh ground coffee and the other drink options for those who do not drink coffee. The free bus pass was a huge bonus!!! The bed sheets were suuuuper loud and rough. Not soft at all so the sleep was a tad uncomfortable compared to other hotels (even those that are much cheaper) ] The robes/housecoats were in extremely rough shape. We had a room booked for 4 of us and was only provided with two robes, both of which had massive, and I mean stick your leg through, massive holes. For over $350 a night, I would expect a much nicer robe. When robes were replaced after use, the new ones also had holes. I think higher quality sheets and robes could go a very, very long ways when paying that much for a room.

- Sarah (10/5): Fabulous hotel, lovely staff. Fresh coffee every morning. We would 100% return - Gorgeous lobby area with fire and integrated coffee shop. Just perfect. Food from the restaurant was excellent. Rooms were gorgeous and the views were breathtaking

- Kathryn (9/5): The BEST part is the atmosphere especially the lobby bar which has the best drinks and staff ! - Wish they had a fullsize swimming but the spa pools are beautiful.

- Todd (8/5): Great staff and like new facilities but I didn’t sleep much due to the bed pads. Since all I use a room for is to sleep - Nice rooms and general hotel atmosphere. Location and of Banff Ave but still not far to walk or bus. The beds have a padded layer that squeaks and is very disruptive. I presume it’s a protective layer but it’s not comfortable and when anyone moves it resonates through the room.
- Orla (10/5): Wonderful stay and would definitely recommend! - Newly renovated beautiful hotel. Rooms were massive and staff were great. Loved Sudden Sally and the outdoor hot tubs. Bit further out but free buses to town and first on and off the ski bus which was great. Pillows are a bit hard.

- Lucy (9/5): A fantastic spot to explore the Rockies - The hot pools were just fantastic on a cold winters day. We upgraded our room to one with a fireplace which was such a bonus. Sudden Sally was a great place to eat and everyone was so friendly. It would have helped if they provided “slippers” to get back and forth to the hot pools.

- Katja (9/5): - Rooms were nice with a good view. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms. Also great was the separate kitchen sink. Restaurant/café downstairs offers a good selection of food & drinks, for a nice meal it’s easy to use the „good folks“ in the adjoining otter hotel. Hot tub outside was really hot and made it fun to relax in winter.
