I had to find an alternative place to stay due to lack of power I got to the building after a long day of travelling, and the security guard had told me that there was a power shortage over the four days due to a substation problem. None of this was communicated to me, and so I had to make a plan to find another place to stay. Very disappointing and unfortunate.
