• Raif Derin (7/5): Everything great, but beware if your back, like mine, can't deal with a soft and sagging mattress! - At this day and age; at this price level, it is not acceptable to be offering soft and sagging coil mattresses, when a decent IKEA mattress costs less than the daily room price. That's a real downer for this property.
• Damir (9/5): Great Stay - Thank you for a pleasant stay at your apartment. Overall, we had a very good experience — the bedroom was comfortable, the bed and sheets were excellent, and the apartment was well stocked with everything we needed. The facilities were great with us enjoying the pool, games room and gym. Close proximity to the Battersea Station, Battersea Mall, supermarkets and the Thames is an added advantage. Pretty much loved everything about it

• Mary (6/5): Disappointing service and safety concern - Location, easy check-in process, facilities, cleanliness of the apartment building Disappointing service and safety concern. The property is in a convenient area, and on paper it has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, the service and issue resolution were very poor. Upon checking in, there was an unpleasant odor in the apartment, which I reported. I was advised to purchase air fresheners myself and seek reimbursement. On the second night of my stay, a persistent and loud mechanical noise began coming from the electrical room, occurring every few seconds. The noise made it extremely difficult to sleep. I reported this issue early the next morning. Beyond the disturbance, I was genuinely concerned about my safety, as the cause of the noise was unclear and appeared to be coming from an electrical area. Despite this, there was no sense of urgency in the response, and the issue remained “under investigation” for hours with no clear reassurance, resolution, or alternative accommodation offered. I was forced to check out as early as 6am to an alternative accommodation with no resolution.

• Deane (5/5): The swimming pool, Jacuzzi, lounge & dining room on the top floor were not clean. - This was our second stay at Urban Rest apartments Nine Elms . We decided to return based on our previous experience. Our stay before & after Xmas was affected by issues directly caused by Urban Rest’s inefficiency, to ensure that everything in the apartment was working correctly before our checkin. The TV was not working. The dishwasher machine was loose, dangerous to use. The issues were reported immediately to Urban Rest. We requested assistance & a representative to visit us at the apartment. No one ever turned up. Obviously we will not recommend or return to Urban Rest properties again
• Taufiq (9/5): The accommodation is located in a very good environment and neighborhood, it’s just the owners of the place are too stri - The location of the property is superb. Access to public transport is just a few blocks away. There are supermarkets close by. They refused to allow us check in until check in time though I asked asked for a little bit early check in since we come with children, I later realised that the room is ready but they don’t want to grant us access until that check in time. I advise that sometimes you bend your rule especially when small kids are involved.

• Nabgha (9/5): Bon Séjour - Je pense qu'il faut mettre a disposition des machines a café standard, type Nespresso Classique, la mise a disposition du Café en Rez de chaussé a volonté est une bonne chose, mais j'aurais apprécié acheter aussi mes propres capsules sans descendre le matin le récupérer. c'est mon avis en plus de la mise a disposition du Café.

• muntal (9/5): Un total acierto. - Limpieza amplitud y comodidad y cerca del metro y bus. Supermercados cerca y muchos detalles en el apartamento. No faltaba de nada. También los espacios comunes eran muy cómodos. Ideal para ir con niños. Quieras el colchón un poco blando pero eso son gustos muy personales. El resto perfecto.

• David (9/5): Great apartment, and facilities - Standard was very good, some extra touches made it very comfortable- milk, (different types )in the fridge , salt and pepper etc. Urban Rest although responded quickly to messages, they were not very forthcoming with information i.e. it would have been good to know it was possible hire large kitchen dinning room when I booked it . Not 18 hours before check in, the online check was also a bit OTT

• Linda (1/5): Area not safe- would highly reccommend not to stay here - Do NOT stay here. The area is NOT safe. My daughter and I arrived around 6 pm and struggled to find the building, as it is poorly marked and requires being buzzed in. While we were on our phones trying to locate it, a masked man on a bike jumped onto the sidewalk and attempted to grab my phone. We ran toward the building and noticed three more bikes approaching. Once inside, reception was already calling the police because another guest had just had their phone stolen. We contacted Booking.com for assistance and were told to we had to speak with reception for them to ok cancellation of reservation, but the receptionist refused to call us back or discuss the situation. Booking.com ultimately made this right, and we were able to cancel the remainder of our reservation without the receptionist’s help. We were extremely shaken, felt unsafe leaving that night, and checked out the next day. I would strongly advise others not to stay here.

• Fai (10/5): لا أكرر التجربة - الشقة نظيفة ومريحة وممتازه وتنفع لعوائل ومتوفر فيها كل شي من ادوات تنظيف وغسالة ومكوى ومطبخ متكامل للطبخ اول عيب فيها ان موظفين الاستقبال لايخدمونك بشكل مُرضي، طلبت منهم مفتاح آخر لأننا عائله.. اعتذروا مني انهم لايستطيعون لأن لايوجد لديهم تصريح لإعطاء المفاتيح ، قامو بالرد علي يرجى مراسله مكان الاقامة وهم سوف يبلغونا ! ما اعرف يعني هم بصفتهم ايش يأجرون الشقة اذا ماراح يعطونا مفتاح ثاني! ايضاً خدمة الواي فاي سيئة جداً لايوجد شبكة ولايوجد خدمة تنظيف الغرف الا بالطلب وليس عن طريق الاستقبال بل عن طريق مراسلة مكان اقامتك وليس مجاني بل بقيمة اخرى ! تعامل سيء ولايمكنك الحصول على طلباتك عن طريق الاستقبال بل عن طريقة مراسلة مكان اقامتك عن طريق بوكينق
• Guest (9/5): Super super appart mais wifi à améliorer - Nous avons apprecié la disposition de l'appartement L'emplacement est top pour les familles car les stations de metro sont family friendly. le silence lorsqu'on dort est impréssionant compte tenu du fait d'etre au centre de Londres. La connexion Wifi est repoussante avec de multiples étapes pour se connecter. Ma compagne n'a pas réussi a se connecter sur le wifi. Ce fut dommage.

Quick Northern line tube into West End - 25 minutes from the door to Leicester Square. Walked the Thames path to London Bridge. Also walked over Battersea Bridge to Belgravia area. Good views from roof terrace. Roof terrace bar not open. People had left rubbish in the games room.

• Sondos (10/5): Perfect stay- will be coming back later this year. - The facilities location and cleanliness and price point was incredibly convenient. I think the apartment should be stocked with extra blankets, towels, trash bags and cleaning supplies.

• Raif Derin (8/5): Could be excellent with only a few simple tweaks. Very good as is. - The kitchen was perfectly equipped and well laid out. The living area was spacious, tidy, and clean. The bedroom was a tad small but that's OK. 1) The bathtub surface is quite slippery, and since its height from the ground is tallish, there's a definite falling hazard at play. Urban Rest MUST place non-slip pads into the tub! That's a catastrophe waiting to happen! 2) The bed was too soft and quite saggy in the middle. I think it's time for a new bed here.

• Potentier (9/5): … - L’hôtel est très bien situé à 2km du centre, une station de métro et un supermarché à 5 minutes à pied. Le centre commercial de Battersea à 10 minutes est incroyable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et l’hôtel était super bien équipé que ça soit l’établissement en lui même avec la piscine, le jacuzzi, la salle de sport, une salle de travail……ainsi que la chambre avec le chauffage au sol, le lave vaisselle, la machine à laver, sèche linge…. C’était parfait. Encore merci au réceptionniste qui à nôtre arrivée à 9h du matin nous a permis de laisser notre valise dans un endroit sécurisé jusqu’à l’heure de notre Check in à 15h. Nous avons eu un problème avec la wifi, nous avons suivi les étapes cependant quand on rentrait le mot de passe on nous disait que ce dernier était déjà utilisé nous sommes donc allé voir l’accueil et la réceptionniste nous a dit qu’il fallait appeler le numéro en bas. Elle voyait bien qu’on avait déjà un peu de mal à communiquer avec elle et elle voulait nous faire appeler un numéro anglais. Nous avons donc laissé tombé et nous avons utilisé nos données mobiles alors qu’on ne capte pas vraiment. Internet était une vraie galère, dommage que la femme de l’accueil ne se soit pas foulé. Il pourrait aussi y avoir des peignoirs ou deux serviettes de plus pour se rendre au jacuzzi car rien n’est prévu pour cette effet. À par ces deux petits points qui ne nous ont pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour tout était parfait.

• Diana (9/5): - The location is great, and you can reach most attractions in ~30 minutes using the tube or a bus. There are also a lot of great restaurants around the accommodation, so you will have everything you need within an easy reach. The apartment was really spacious, and had everything that we needed. At the end of our stay, they told us to make sure we return both access keys, or we will be taxed for a missing key, but they provided only one key on our first day. We reached out to them to tell them this, but never got a reply

• José (10/5): Comfort and modernity in a vibrant neighborhood close to centar - Very modern flat in a new building with very good facility as a roof lounge bar, swimming pool, places for sitting to read and take coffee in the ground floor... Furniture design in the room were ver nice. Neighborhood was very modern, clean, close to shops and restaurants, metro and only a 30 minutes walk away from Big Ben. Maybe more recipient for storing food in the kitchen.

Pool, Gym, Rooftop Terrasse kann man kostenlos mitnutzen. Sehr gute Gegend. Grundaustattung (Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Milch, Sojamilch, Snacks, Putzmittel, Duschgel, Shampoo etc.) vorhanden. Es gab überall USB-Stecker. Nichts.

• Susan (9/5): Comfortable, well located and rooftop pool a bonus! - Great location, half way between Nine Elms and Battersea Power Station tube stations. Clean, well furnished and equipped. Good to have detergent and dishwasher tabs provided and starter pack of milk too. A king size or super king bed in one room would have made this 10/10 accommodation.
