• Elisabetta (5/5): Un po’ di cose da rivedere… - Posizione comoda, Liverpool Street Station a 10 minuti a piedi, perfetto per chi viene da Stansted. Personale gentile e disponibile. Pulizia da rivedere: sotto il letto era pieno di polvere e il piumino era macchiato, me ne sono accorta perché un pezzo era fuoriuscito dal sacco scostando la coperta. In camera inoltre mancava il luggege rack.

Easy to find and walkable to Brick Lane , Spitalfields Market and the flower market Needed to have a small comfy bar area and didn’t have much atmosphere or character although it was functional and clean.

• MARJAN (10/5): Splendid hotel with super friendly staff - The views were amazing, we were given a room facing the city and an old church so nice. The bed was super comfortable. There were lots of restaurants and cafes close by. The Liverpool station was walking distance and so nice for shopping too. Special thanks to reception staff ( Mr Omar) for his kind help and support throughout our stay. The room was smaller than what it looked liked in the photo. There was no fridge.
• Dennis (9/5): Verzorgd hotel buiten de drukte van het centrum maar toch vlot bereikbaar. - Zeer verzorgd hotel met erg vriendelijk personeel. Zeer mooi en lekker ontbijtbuffet. Comfortabele kamers zonder geluidslast van buiten. Propere en nette badkamer. Het was ook geen enkel probleem om onze bagage zowel voor het inchecken als na het uitchecken nog in bewaring te geven, zodat we die dagen gerust konden rondlopen zonder bagage. De kamer was wel wat kleiner dan de foto deed vermoeden. We hadden ook een "double" besteld, wat volgens de omschrijving een groot 2-persoonsbed was. Onze kamer had 1 2-persoonsbed dat denk ik eerder een "twijfelaar" was (140 of 150 cm breed) plus 1 extra 1-persoonsbed. We hebben dus apart geslapen want we zijn gewoon om in een bed van 180cm te slapen. Ook was het bed geen 200 cm lang maar slecht 190cm, mijn voeten staken er serieus uit. Maar ik denk dat ze geen groter bed kunnen zetten in die komen ivm de ruimte. Heb uiteindelijk wel goed geslapen.

• Luna (8/5): - Sweet and pleasant hotel, clean, stylish and feels new. You self-check in yourself and the staff helps out, it's fast and easy don't worry about it. The room looked like the picture, and it was quiet at night. You need to walk a couple of minutes to the bus or tube, if you're not a walking person you should take that in count, and see if there's a good transportation to where you're heading to in London. Not a breaking point but the pillows were very high for us ,it would've been nice if there was a high and medium pillow for the small people among us:)

Room was perfectly adequate for the price. The breakfast was horendous. For 20 GBP (25 if you buy it in the morning) this was THE main dissappointment of our trip. Don't go near it - Hop across the street for a nice breakfast and better coffee at a fraction of the cost.

Difficile de trouver une table libre pour petit-déjeuner chaque matin. Produits manquants. Salle très bruyante. Pas de toilettes à proximité, il faut descendre au -1 et elles manquent de propreté. Pas de restaurant pour diner â proximité.

Hotel un peu cher pour des services bien réalisés mais très basiques. Petit déjeuner non testé mais très cher alors qu'il suffit de traverser la rue pour prendre un petit déjeuner très agréable.

• Simone (7/5): Design moderno e ottima posizione, ma pulizia inaccettabile - La location è ottima, situata a soli 15 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Liverpool Street e servita da numerose fermate di bus che collegano comodamente al centro. L'hotel è nuovo, arredato con gusto e molto gradevole sia nella zona reception che nella sala colazioni. La camera offre una vista meravigliosa grazie a una parete interamente vetrata; il materasso e i cuscini sono molto comodi, l'aria condizionata è efficiente e regolabile, e la Smart TV è un ottimo servizio. Anche il bagno presenta una bellissima doccia e un comodo piano d’appoggio. La colazione inglese, seppur essenziale nelle scelte dolci, è complessivamente buona. La nota dolente è la pulizia, decisamente insufficiente per un 4 stelle. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato capelli a terra e su un asciugamano; la risposta della reception, che ha giustificato il fatto come una probabile svista della donna delle pulizie, è stata deludente e poco professionale. Nonostante avessi chiesto esplicitamente di pulire il pavimento del bagno per le due mattine successive, oltre che all'arrivo, in tre giorni non è mai stato fatto. Gli spazi in camera sono ridotti al minimo, con passaggi stretti e un lavandino troppo piccolo e inadeguato. Infine, ho trovato eccessiva la rigidità dello staff a colazione: chiudere le porte del buffet alle 10:01 spaccate, senza alcuna flessibilità per chi arrivava con un solo minuto di ritardo, non è un servizio all'altezza dei costi richiesti.

• Hermann on Tour (8/5): - Wir haben für die ganze Woche ein kostenlises Upgrade. Die Aussicht und die Lage war super. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Tolles Personal an der Rezeption. Es wurden leider täglich (auch unbenützte) Handtücher gewechselt. Kein Kasten für die Kleidung....Leben für eine Woche aus dem Koffer. Wir hatten eine fixe Verglasung und konnten leider kein Fenster öffnen.

Really narrow rooms, making it difficult to maneuver if you’re with more than one person in the room.

• Rees (9/5): Good location and style of hotel. - The location was great and accessible from many tube stations. We walked from Farringdon. The hotel room was lovely and new. Funky check-in process. Designed to be automated yet a nice member of staff talked us through it. Main negative was that we had no windows per se. The one we had looked into a dark concrete square that was the height of the building but no view of outside. Secondly was that we only had two cheap nescafe sachets rather than a coffee machine.

Check in was easy and could be done online ahead of arriving so then you just need a room key on arrival. There are options for extended check out which I took advantage of during my stay. There was also secure luggage storage available. Bed was comfortable. N/A
