• Umut E. (7/5): This hotel offers good value for money in terms of location. It's comfortable and clean. - The hotel was in a fantastic location. The exterior and the neighborhood had beautiful English architecture. The hygiene, comfort, and electronic assistance system in the rooms were good. It was a 5-6 minute walk from transportation hubs like the Circle Line, District Line, and Piccadilly Line. It was also very close to Victoria Albert, the National History Museum, Hyde Park, and the Royal Albert Hall. Various supermarkets, fast food chains, nice restaurants and cafes are located very close to the property. The lack of a refrigerator, the fact that the window opens completely, the narrow bathroom, and the non-adjustable shower head are negative features.

• Bahar (10/5): Konum-temizlik-güvenlik olarak çok iyi - Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerdeydi, 2 metro istasyonuna çok yakındı ve güvenliydi. Oda Lower ground olmasına rağmen aydınlıktı ve havasız değildi. Yatak başında type A ve type C şarj girişleri vardı, dönüştürücü almadan telefon şarjı imkanı sağladı. Duş/tuvalet suyla ilgili hiçbir sorun yaşamadık. Odada ütü ve ütü masası da bulunuyordu. Odada nespresso makine ve kapsül kahve olması güzeldi. Vantilatör ve ısıtıcı bulunması da değişken hava şartlarına karşın iyi düşünülmüştü. Beğenmediğimiz bir konu olmadı.

• Susan (9/5): This Hotel always works for me! - Clean, quiet location, rooms well appointed beds are comfortable. Lots of electrical outlets. It’s a great place. I’ve stayed many times now. No actual person on site. I do think one person should be there in case of an emergency. I guess I’m old school. I like the personal touch but they are accessible in a timely manner by WhatsApp so maybe it just takes getting used to.

• Emre (8/5): Eksikleri vardı ama güzeldi. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim - Otelin yatağı ve odası gerçekten çok konforluydu. Konumu oldukça iyiydi ve ulaşım açısından büyük avantaj sağlıyordu. Duş alanı temiz ve kullanışlıydı. Odadaki dolapta çamaşır askısı, ütü ve ütü masası bulunması çok düşünceli bir detaydı. Isıtıcının olması da konforu artırıyordu. Ayrıca kahve makinesi ve paketli içeceklerin bulunması hoş bir ayrıcalıktı. Personel ile fiziksel olarak iletişim kurmaya gerek kalmadan her şeyin şifre sistemiyle halledilmesi büyük kolaylık sağladı. Bunun yanında ortam oldukça sessizdi; rahatsız edici hiçbir ses yoktu. Oda temizliği konusunu tam anlayamadım; sanırım bu hizmet ekstra ücretliydi. Ben, ekstra ücret kısmının yalnızca temizlik için saat seçildiğinde geçerli olduğunu düşünmüştüm fakat sanırım yanılmışım. Çünkü odamız hiç temizlenmedi. Bunun dışında odadaki kahve miktarı biraz azdı; bittiğinde yeniden odaya eklenmesi çok daha iyi olurdu. Ayrıca duş ve lavabo giderlerinde suyun oldukça yavaş akması da dikkatimi çekti. Bu noktalara biraz daha özen gösterilirse, bence bölgedeki en iyi otellerden biri olabilir. • CHARMAINE (8/5): Excellent location - Location was fantastic. Rooms were clean and large main bed very comfortable however the smaller bed was like a rock. Fairly quiet area which is a plus. There is a lift in the building. Small bed very uncomfortable. Everything is done via app and if your phone doesn't work you will be stuck with no access and no information.

Ci tornerei! - Vicinissima alla fermata di Gloucester Road, situata in una zona residenziale molto tranquilla (ero sola e sono tornata spesso anche di sera tardi senza problemi), camera micro ma onestamente dotata del necessario, bagno con doccia, phon, letto comodo. Per chi viaggia e sa che passerà pochissimo tempo in camera, secondo me è perfetta. Lo staff è sempre pronto ad intervenire in caso di necessità pur non essendo fisicamente presenti in struttura: appena arrivata in camera la sera ho notato che il lavabo drenava molto piano l’acqua e il giorno dopo hanno risolto. Molto comoda, inoltre, la luggage room dove ho lasciato il mio bagaglio fino a tardo pomeriggio prima di ripartire. Forse la moquette.

• Clothilde (4/5): Hôtel bien situé mais services moyens - L’hôtel est très bien situé. Bien desservi. Facile d’accès via un code unique. Le manque de rangement notamment dans la salle de bain et la douche qui n’est pas pratique à utiliser. Le dernier jour impossible d’utiliser les casiers pour laisser ma valise car ils étaient tous occupés. Le fait que le petit-déjeuner ne soit pas disponible dans l’hôtel n’est pas pratique du tout.
• Sara (1/5): Richiesta di soldi ingiustificata e mutande non nostre sotto il letto - La struttura aveva un ottima posizione e delle stanze ampie Abbiamo ricevuto dalla struttura un messaggio dove mi chiedevano di pagare 150 sterline per aver fumato in stanza. Noi non abbiamo mai fumato in stanza, abbiamo buttato nel cestino le cicche della sigaretta elettronica che avevamo conservato in borsa per evitare di buttarle in giro per la città. Non è carino essere accusati di una cosa che non abbiamo fatto. Inoltre abbiamo trovato sotto il letto un paio di mutande che non erano nostre, quindi è evidente che non avevano pulito bene. È stata una cosa molto sgradevole. A parte questi due inconvenienti la stuttura poteva essere perfetta, se non fosse per lo staff.

• Helen (8/5): - Lovely property. TV was difficult to get working as it was disconnected from the internet. Luckily my boyfriend is tech savvy and sorted it out, I wouldn’t have been able to do it on my own. The sink was semi blocked and very slow to empty - we told the staff member on check out.

La posizione è top, vicinissima alla metro e con molti servizi nelle vicinanze. Buona la colazione presso un bar a 10 minuti a piedi. Ottima la possibilità di poter lasciare i propri bagagli custoditi in appositi armadi con serratura il giorno della partenza. Ci tornerei Volentieri La pulizia della camera non viene effettuata a meno che non si paghi un supplemento di 45£. Dopo un paio di giorni, data la dimensione del bagno e il posizionamento del letto, penso sia una cosa non proprio corretta. Mi auguro cambieranno questa politica.

• Russell (3/5): I guess you get what you pay for… - It was fairly clean and in a great location. The weather wasn’t even that hot in London but the room was boiling. Opening the windows eventually helped but I would not consider staying here in the summer. I booked a compact room, but the small shower was almost unusable. The window coverings were also an issue…extremely thin and cheap roller blinds that let the light in at the crack of dawn.

There were shops, cafés and restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The shower was tiny but so am I so not a problem for me. For a small person the bed was rather high. With no breakfast facilities on site a fridge in the room would be good and a microwave in the common area.

• serra (8/5): Generally it was a good experience - Location was great. Close to the train station. Quiet and safe area in a beautiful street. Room was clean. Easy to check in and out. Luggage room system was perfect Since the room is small, additional wall hooks could be installed. The power outlets could be upgraded to include USB and Type-C ports. A detachable shower head could be added. There is also no shaver socket in the bathroom. It would be a nice touch to provide complimentary water in the room on the first day.

• Giulia (7/5): Buona posizione e pulizia, ma il bagno è troppo stretto e mancano dotazioni di base come acqua e frigorifero.​​​​​​​​​​​ - La posizione è ottima e la camera era pulita Il bagno è estremamente piccolo e poco funzionale: il lavandino in particolare è così stretto e mal posizionato che è impossibile avvicinarsi correttamente, con il risultato che l’acqua finisce inevitabilmente fuori. Siamo arrivati di notte e non abbiamo trovato nemmeno una piccola bottiglia d’acqua in camera — questo ha reso inutili anche gli elettrodomestici presenti (bollitore ecc.), poiché non era possibile preparare né caffè, né tè, né tisane. Manca inoltre un frigorifero, che sarebbe utile non solo per le bevande ma anche per chi ha necessità di conservare farmaci a basse temperature.

• Jill (9/5): Lovely stay in Kensington - Location was great! Beautiful part of the city. Apartment was comfortable and clean. Beds were very nice. No problem with accessing codes to enter building and room. Had a little trouble finishing the pre-check in process two weeks prior to my stay, but I was able to get online help to sort it out. The little Nespresso maker wasn't working in my room, but I had tea instead! Make sure to bring some bottled water. Quite warm in the room. We had to open the window and use the floor fan. Warning..the shower is tiny.

Reported a drip on the shower after the first night in the accomodation-nothing was done and room door was left unlocked by staff (assume).Next day the shower (which had no instructions on how to use) would not switch off and it was obvious a piece/screww was missing.Despite phoning the 24 hour line, no one came to sort the problem out before we left leaving a full note on the reception desk.We had difficulty obtaining code to get into accommodation first night as did other guests.The whole system needs a thorough review.

• Ginny (6/5): Nice location, nice big room, no staff anywhere on site - Good location close to Gloucester Road tube. Lovely buildings on the street. Relatively quiet at night. No staff on reception, or anywhere in the building at any point during our stay. This did not feel safe. The rooms are not cleaned for the duration of your stay, towels not replaced, no clean cups etc, no bins emptied. If you book for a week they will only clean mid week. This was not made clear at the time of booking.
