• Илиев (5/5): - The place is really nice for the price you pay and the staff are very polite. They gave us a room at the basement floor. The problem is that you here all the subways that are passing and the ceiling squeaks from the people upstairs. If you go just insist not to be at the basement floor.
• Lorraine (4/5): Stay was just okay, location was the saving grace. - Nothing went really well as there was nothing at the hotel i.e. breakfast room serviced etc. It was just okay. To have the room serviced, refreshments were not replaced cups not cleaned we were informed that there is a four night minimum stay in order to qualify for room service, good job we only stayed two nights would not have liked to see how the room faired after four nights. I have never experienced this before. Reception unable to call for a taxi we were advised to walk up to the main street.

• Charlotte (1/5): Do not stay here. - It was a good location and close to Victoria. This was the only good thing about our stay. We stayed here for two nights for my boyfriends 30th birthday and unfortunately the experience was really disappointing, especially considering the price. The only real positive was the location. It’s very close to Victoria Station, which made getting around London really easy. However, everything else fell well below expectations. Before our stay, I emailed the hotel three separate times asking whether they could do something special in the room for James’ birthday (which I made clear I was happy to pay for). I received no response at all. I also tried calling and couldn’t get through, so in the end I had to bring decorations and do it myself. The staff throughout our stay were also quite unfriendly and uninterested. Check-in felt very cold and transactional, and check-out was even worse — we handed over the key card and were barely acknowledged. There was no “how was your stay?” or even basic friendliness. The room itself was extremely small and the photos online are very misleading. We expected compact because it’s London, but this was far beyond that. The walls were also paper thin and there were strange marks all over the walls. We could clearly hear the person in the next room snoring both nights, which meant we barely slept during our stay. To make matters worse, the fire alarm went off at around 5am on the second night. We panicked, got dressed and prepared to evacuate, only for it to suddenly stop with no explanation or apoligy and no evacuation at all. Overall, the stay felt overpriced, uncomfortable and very underwhelming. It was especially upsetting as this was meant to be a special birthday trip. We would have been much better off staying at a premier inn down the road, it would have cost less and we would have at least got breakfast included in our stay.

• Jean (8/5): The smoke alarms went off at 5/5.30am and several of us were right at the top upstairs. No one explained anything. I - Cleanliness and comfortable. I was on the top floor with no warning and there were lots of stairs for a 78 year old.
• Emma (5/5): - Fairly quiet, central location Room very small, cold and damp. Carpet had definitely seen better days. Not set up for business travel e.g. you can't pay with a company credit card (they'll cancel your room!) and no iron in the room.

• Margaret (1/5): Do not recommend - N/a They cancelled all the bookings I made for my colleagues because the name on the card didn’t match the name on the bookings, as is often the case when booking for businesses. They never told me this was the case when I booked, I was left scrambling on the morning of as they sent me an email to inform me of this 24 hours before and it was a Saturday so I didn’t see it. Do not recommend. The staff were not helpful at all and had a bad attitude.

They rejected my card over and over again even when I tried with different cards creating so much stress as it was 4 days before my trip and I was travelling whit a small kid. Once there they put impediments for the cards as well, it is was clear they wanted us to pay by cash as they asked several times. Finally I had to change my booking on my husband name and then pay whit his card. Even when they know we travel with a pushchair and a 2 years old baby, they sent us on the basement where there were not space, natural light or even lift. Quite upset. No breakfast options at all and you will get charge if you plan to leave your bags there. Cleaning under bed is an urgent matter plus the bed clothing needs a wash, all dirty except the bedsheets. Good we have only been 1 night.

• Naime (2/5): - Nothing. This hotel is absolutely not a 4 star hotel, it was tops a 3 star. Our room was in the basement, the room was extremely cold and then extremely hot, there were questionable marks of dirt on the walls. Absolutely do not recommend

• Karim (1/5): I wouldn’t stay there again - The location. I didn’t like the stuff when I checked in that he was very unpleasant and not helpful. He was very grumpy and then when I went to the room was too small and me regret that I booked this place.

• Tim (6/5): Der Aufenthalt war ausreichend. - Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut, die Gegend drum herum war schön aufgrund der naheliegenden Victoria Station. Bei der Sauberkeit kann noch einiges verbessert werden. Die Ablagen waren sehr staubig, der Teppichboden hatte Flecken und Haare, welche nicht von uns waren.

• Lesley (7/5): Good location and comfy room for short stay in city. - The hotel location was good for our two night stay in London. A short walk to Victoria underground provided easy access to places to visit. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. Blackout curtains and the ability to open the window meant we slept well. Great shower. Only thing was the small size of the bedroom. It was ok for 2 days but if we had had a suitcase and had to stay longer we would have found the room size difficult.

There arre power sockets with USB and Usb-c I was be given a room in the basement, it was cold and sound isolation is not ideal. The wardrobe was very dusty. There is nowhere to place towels in the bathroom Good for traveling alone

• Lauren (7/5): Good location and value for money - The location was great, very close to Victoria station. The price was also great for the location. The room was small but we knew this in advance and for the price we were happy to save money and have a smaller room. The reception staff weren’t very friendly but did answer any questions we had. I didn’t realise our room didn’t have a fridge which would have been helpful for a 4 day stay but we worked around this.

• Tanja Bigum (3/5): Mørkt, klaustrofobisk småt, og kælderværelser og gange minder mest af alt om en fangekælder. Ucharmerende og decideret u - Det lå tæt på stationen. Der var rent, da vi kom, men ingen yderligere rengøring under opholdet. Blev ved ankomst mødt af den mest ucharmerende receptionist, og fik allokeret el værelse i kælderen, der var så lille, at vi næsten ikke kunne komme ind. På vej til værelset var vi ved at falde over bunker med vasketøj, som bare var smidt for enden af trappen. Værelset havde det mindste vindue, som kiggede ind i en væg. Det hele var mørkt, klaustrofobisk og mildest talt bekymrende ift brandforhold. Da vi bad om et andet værelse, blev der nærmest vendt øjne af os. Efter megen diskuteren og nærmest tryglen fra vores side, fik vi et værelse, som var en my større, men stadig i kælderen. Han nægtede pure at flytte os op i dagslyset, selvom der var et skilt med “vacancies” da vi ankom. Interiør var ok, men bla intet sted at hænge håndklæder eller knager til overtøj. Vinduet kiggede ud i en skakt, hvor der dog kom en smule dagslys. Vi kunne ikke gå gorbi hinanden inde i værelset, men måtte skiftes til at bevæge os omkring. Der var utrolig larmende. Hele bygningen vibrerede pga togene, og den sidste nat var der så meget larm fra gæsten ovenpå, som tilsyneladende bare vandrede hvileløst rundt på et yderst knagende gulv, at vi ikke fik sovet. Levede på ingen måder op til sine 4 stjerner og gode anmeldelser, som ellers var hele grunden til, at vi havde booket der.

• Reuben (5/5): Decent spot for the price. - Good location for what we needed to do. The rooms were nicely decorated and fairly modern. The fact that the room isn’t cleaned every day is a bit gross. A small room with two adults and a baby gets messy very quickly.

• susan (9/5): good location, clean and all facilities you would except at price level, polite and friendly staff - location , good comfortable and clean room, staff, We have never experienced not having a chair in the room , there was a desk but no chair but to the hotels credit they found a fold up chair so we could do some work. Just a note, not the hotels fault or anything they can change, but steep stairs and if you are on 3rd floor as we were there is a lot of steep stairs to climb.

• Michelle (9/5): Comfy and lovely. - The shower was the best ever. My son loved it so much he had one before bed and then when he got up. The beds were also nice and comfy. Not so much didn't like but my son's toy went under the bed and when we got it out there was also some food wrappers from the guests before us under there. We put them in the bin.
• Alexandros (7/5): Overall, it was a very good choice for London - The location is excellent, very close to Victoria station. The room seemed to be recently renovated and it was very clean. After our third night, the sheets and towels were also replaced. The double bed was reasonably sized What made things a bit difficult was that the room space was quite limited, so moving around was not very easy. There was also a lack of hooks to hang the towels

• David Mark (9/5): We were very satisfied, and I would recommend it to others. - Great location, comfortable room, reasonable price, comfortable bed. The hair dryer was great—really useful. The online customer service during the booking process was very friendly, quick and helpful. It was great that we could leave our luggage at the front desk until check-in. We were completely satisfied. There were only a few minor inconveniences. The staff is polite but a bit distant. The rooms could use a small fridge. The air conditioning didn't seem to work in our room (or maybe we just couldn't figure out how to use it), but luckily we didn't need it. The shampoo, soap, and hair shampoo weren't very good quality.

Camera molto piccola e un pò di polvere in giro per la camera! - Molto vicino alla stazione di Victoria, dove si possono prendere 3 linee di metro: Victoria Line, Circle Line e District Line. Zona molto tranquilla di sera, vicino a Buckingham palace circa 15 minuti di camminata. Staff alla reception non sempre gentilissimo! la camera viene fatta ogni 2 giorni!!!! Se volete lasciare i bagagli il giorno del check-in è gratis, il giorno del check-out costa 5£ se pagate in contanti 6.50£ se pagate con la carta. Direi molto strano, in quanto ho lavorato in hotel e in bed & breakfast e non chiediamo dei dei soldi per tenere i bagagli.
