• Nello (8/5): 4 jours à Playa Blanca a ne rien faire. - Petit hôtel tout simple directement sur la plage . Très propre et personnel très sympathique. La patronne Luz est sympa elle a même offert une rose à ma femme pour la journée de la femme, très belle attention et Ronald toujours très serviable et très attentionné une très bonne personne que je vais pas oublier . Si vous cherchez un hôtel à Playa Blanca je recommande vraiment le Solarium. 👍🏻 Rien

• Slaven (10/5): - I have been in many places and i have to say that this one will always gonna be one of my favorites! The rooms might not look fancy but once you arrive there you realize that you're not really going to spend much time inside except for when you go to sleep. Most of the time we spent there we were laying on the sunbeds drinking amazing piña coladas prepared by the lady the runs everything, Luz. She will help you out with everything that you might need! She runs the place honestly and carefully with attention to every single detail and she will go on and beyond to satisfy every request that you might have. On the beach there's a lot of vendors that will try to sell you things and sometimes thay can be pushy and when that happens there will be Pacho ready to send them away so that you can enjoy your stay as comfortably as possible. There's food options as well, nothing fancy considering that you're on a desolated beach where options are limited but one thing is sure, there's always drinks available! Overall this place is amazing and instead of 2 days we ended up spending more than a week. When we come back to Cartagena again this place is gonna be first on our bucket list! Thank you for everything and see you soon!

• Marcela (7/5): Una experiencia - Las vistas, la comodidad de las camas. El ver un atardecer precioso, la terraza estupenda. El desayuno muy completo, un poco sin sal, pero se soluciona y la cantidad buena. La limpieza no era muy buena en las habitaciones, la atención no es muy entusiasta aunque fueron amables, consumir en el mismo establecimiento costoso y no había casi nada de la carta y no te dejan llevar tus bebidas. Las escaleras de madera un peligro no tiene cinta de seguridad y mi sobrina tuvo una caída. La llegada es obligatoria en lancha desde el puerto de playa blanca a playa tranquila porque si lo haces caminando realmente son entre 30 a 40 minutos caminando, así que súmalo son 5000 pesos p/p para moverte en lancha zona, solo hay como dos restaurantes buenos y son costosos y los otros son comida rápida sin existencia y no buenos. La playa no es muy limpia porque llegan todas las lanchas y es un peligro no hay límites para los turistas.

Podría haber una estrategia solidaria entre los administradores de hoteles y hospedajes para mantener las playas más limpias, así mismo, esterilizar los perros locales, no son para nada molestos pero se ven bastante desatendidos.

Las instalaciones son cómodas y el ambiente muy agradable, lo que hizo nuestra estancia aún mejor. Sin duda, un lugar que recomendamos y al que nos encantaría volver.

• Sascha (9/5): Great stay in Baru - We booked this hotel last minute and did not know what to expect, but our stay was relaxing and we enjoyed it a lot. The hosts were super welcoming, they helped us with everything; from small questions to arranging transport for us to the national bird park when we did not know how to get there. The location is great, it is located in the more quiet area of Baru, with good restaurants only minutes walking away. The roof terrace has great views, especially during the sunset. There were no mosquito nets on all windows in the room. There is no AC, but we knew this in advance and it was doable.
• Patti (10/5): Solarium is the vibe.💕 - I loved the whole experience. The attention from the owners and staff was outstanding. The rooms, the food, especially the food it was always served hot and delicious, they're lemonade was always on point cold and refreshing the valet there he was so attentive and always aware of what was needed. Solarium Beach Club is all operated by solar energy that was awesome. If you're interested in a camping experience on the beach, this is the place. We went as a couple, but it is very family oriented. My husband and I are planning to return next year. All we need to remember is to bring snacks in a small cooler. This was truly a camping on the beach experience. Thank you, Solarium Beach, for an awesome stay😍 I didn't like the mosquitoes, but that comes with Beach life and camping next time I'll be ready.
• Bridget (9/5): Delightful spot of paradise. - The staff are absolutely delightful and do everything they possibly can for you! The service was great and the room was exactly as pictured online. It can be really hot on the island, but the fan in the room was super powerful and meant you stayed quite cool and very comfortable, particularly with the cross breeze from the big window. Rooms were a decent size, clean, and comfortable. There was no blaring reggaeton music from this place or any surrounding, which was quite a nice change from Cartagena! We automatically had a tab, which was so nice, as it meant we didn’t have to worry about cards and paying until we checked out. The pina coladas were also incredible!! We loved sitting on the chairs all day, popping in and out of the water to cool down. There are a fair few rocks and coral out the front, but just be aware of it and don’t kick your toe! The bathrooms could smell damp, although seemed to dry out with the door left open. Otherwise they were everything you needed. The kitchen often didn’t have all the menu items, with only eggs available for breakfast all three mornings we were there and half the snacks menu unavailable. This is was quite understandable, as they would never know how many guests they’ll end up having, they can only store so much produce for so long, and they are quite remote. But just something to be aware of.
• Lindsay (4/5): Not recommended - Most of the staff were friendly, beach area was quieter and the other end, communal terrace is nice. The beach lounge area was not very clean and a lot of stray animals resting and pooping there, the food was below average for the price paid, one pillow was covered with dead ants, fan constantly stopped working overnight but staff on duty unwilling to help. The room was boiling, we couldn't sleep and resorted to having a cold shower in the middle of the night.
