Alejandra (5/5): - El servicio, el personal con el que hable por booking fue diferente al que hable por whatsapp y me dieron informacion errónea, por booking me exigieron que debía llegar a las 10am para pagar la reserva o me cancelaban y en las condiciones decía que podía pagar en el alojamiento, llegue finalmente y no me iban a dar habitación, me ubicaron en la que da a la calle pero nunca dijeron que el ruido era impresionante, no pudimos descansar nada. El restaurante es aparte y en la recepción me dieron una información y en el restaurante otra. La verdad tenia mucha expectativa pero fue una mala experiencia. Ruido, paredes con humedad... Muy triste

William Ricardo (5/5): - La piscina no tenia la rejilla de succión, lo que hizo que a mí hija le quedará atrapada la mano , fue una situación muy angustiante, el hotel no se pronunció ante la situación pese que los encargados dieron mediana asistencia al caso , puedo haber perdido la manita y no hubo ningún tipo de acompañamiento por parte de los encargados del hotel realmente muy decepcionado del servicio, por otro lado la piscina estaba lleva de cloro , olía demasiado y tenía grandes pedazos de pastillas de cloro por toda la piscina.

Javier (9/5): Gran lugar para hospedarse en San Gil - La habitacion es muy bonita, el baño es amplio, la zona de la piscina esta muy bien ambientada y tiene parqueadero techado incluido. Las habitaciones sin cocina estan del lado de la carretera y si tiene sueño ligero le va costar mucho dormir.

Jose Luis (4/5): Parece bueno pero deja mucho que pensar - La limpieza muy mal hecha, en la habitación podía verse pelos debajo de las camas, toallas con manchas y hasta deshilachadas, ducha y lavamanos con moho, en la cocina estaba mal lavada la cafetera y cuando fuimos a tomar el desayuno no nos trajeron completo lo que pedimos pero si querían cobrarlo y todo esto sin contar que nos alojamos por una noche y al otro día no tenían agua pero al momento de hacer la reserva y pagar no se nos informó

El hotel no tiene ascensor y para ir al restaurante hay que bajar dos pisos desde la recepcion y tres desde el segundo piso (donde estaba nuestra habitacion) teniendo que bajar y subir muchisimas escalas. Que pasa con los discapacitados o con personas con problemas fisicos???

Darien (8/5): Good new location and facilities, hard to sleep at night with music. - A new construction so the facilites are nice and upgraded. The onsite restaurant is delicious and the staff are helpful and accommodating. Loud music every night from the restaurants downstairs. It’s kinda out of the way of San Gil, you can walk during the day but not at night.

Andres (4/5): Gente grosera - Bonitas instalaciones Hubo que esperar para ingresar 45 minutos y solo había adelante una familia de tres personas y el muchacho de la recepción lastimosamente no atiende bien y contesta sin necesidad de forma agresiva, cuando se le informa a la señora que pareciera ser la jefe (no están carnetizados) no le da importancia a la circunstancia, de hecho la ignora de manera grosera dando a entender que no le importa
