- Pilar Patricia Hurtado (2/5): - I stayed at the hotel for one day, but there was no WiFi service available. Since I couldn't stay without WiFi, I checked out after just one day. The hotel emailed me, stating that they would refund me for the two days I booked through the travel agency, but I haven’t received anything yet. Anything yet.
- Ana Isabel (8/5): - Habitación limpia, el personal muy amable, la ubicación estratégica y delicioso el desayuno. Lo único mal es que el interruptor de la luz es muy lejos de la cama y no hay conectores de energía cerca a la cama, solo en la nevera, TV y baño

The room is relatively small, but the staff service is excellent, there are a lot of food options for breakfast, transportation and shopping centers are very close. I enjoyed my stay, but some touches on the walls could be improved. Everything else was great.

- Martin (10/5): - I stayed for a week. The hotel is in a very safe part of the city. The staff look after you and are welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The only slight issue is in my room the WiFi was a bit on and off.

El baño estaba impecable. Su ubicación esta súper buena porque está frente al Ágora y a lado tiene un Oxxo; además de estar en una zona donde puedes encontrar todo lo que puede necesitar un viajero para tener un buen viaje. (Casa de cambio, lugares para comer, Oxxo, Éxito, Farmacias, etc)
