There were nany thin⁶thyr5ttt5t55tt55vgs missing. 1. No dryer 2. Kitchen had no salt, pepper, paper towels. 3. No tongs, no scissors. 4. No skillet except a tiny one. 5. No hand soap 6. Lacks electric outlets by beds snd desk. Zero. Safety: 1. Balcony door self locks, locking an unsuspecting person out with no.alternative but to yell at anyone in the street for help. Balcony backs onto common area window. Not large enough to put chair on. 2. No grab bars in shower. Ckeanliness: 1. Floors very dirty. I adked them to be cleaned. They did, but I think only in the living area, because I had to wear socks to keep my feet from turning black. Ruined the socks. 2. Towels left wete wasged, but stained with dirt. Probably from someone wiping their dirt feet on it. 3. Sheets clean but dingy. Definitely needs improvement on washimg tecniques. 4. An abundance (22).decorative pillows. Somethimg no hotel should use because they are not cleaned between guests 5. Bedoreads same. Obviously not cleaned between guests. Of a special care fabric. The kitchens and bathrooms were clean. No hand soap by the sinks. 2 bath towels and 2 hand towrls provided. No wash cloths. Kitchen had 1 small microfiber towel and 1 sponge. There was a a mop and a broom but zero cleanng supplies. Location: Located on a residential.street. Not walking distance to the central part of Laueles where all the major restaurants are. Not walking distance to major supermarkets. Walking distance to one small supermarket with limited items. And, thr bedtooms and bathrooms have zero windows and no exhaust fans. Overall, it was tolerable snd not very expensive. We were 2 people in a very small 2 bedroom. Two people could not walk past each other in the bedroom. Okay for a short stay. A very cramped space. Decor cute but low quality

- Sonia (8/5): Viaje estupendo en familia - Me gustó mucho la ubicación, y el apartamento era muy amplio. No te daban casi nada es decir te ponen el papel higiénico y cuando se acaba lo tienes que comprar tú, tampoco hay bolsas de basura la que está puesta y punto, no hay trapos de cocina , ni balletas ni servilletas. Nos tocó un apartamento sin ventanas en ninguna habitación , por lo tanto no se podía ventilar además daba con el jacuzzi y hacía mucho ruido.

- Lina M (1/5): Desagradable - Lo unico bueno es donde esta localizado el apartamento. Primero, nunca me pude comunicar con el encargado del alojamiento, desde el siguiente dia que hice la reservacion, trate por todos los medios pero no fue posible. Pero para enviarme el link para hacer el pago eso si fue inmediata la comunicacion. Dice que el alojamiento es para 4 personas, no especifican cuantas camas hay. Entonces entra uno a suponer que es una cama para cada persona. En ninguna parte dice que el apartamento es para dos parejas. Si uno viaja con personas diferentes como fue mi caso, era obligatorio dormir con una de ellas pues solo habian dos camas. Si desde el segundo dia que hice mi reservacion se hubieran comunicado conmigo para responder mi pregunta, creo que hubiera podido cancelar la reservacion y evitarme el disgusto de llegar hasta el alojamiento, perder dinero en transporte y madrugar al otro dia a buscar un Airbnb porque no cabiamos todos en ese apartamento. Cabe aclarar que el dia de mi llegada fue el 31 de Diciembre a las 10 pm. Llegar y encontrar un apartamento tan pequeno y con solo dos camas, cambio toda mi energia para celebrar el ano nuevo.

- Evelyn (6/5): - Ya me había alojado ahí con mi hija y por eso lo elegí por segunda vez cuando volví a Medellín con mi familia. Entonces cogimos un apartamento más grande y a pesar de ser más grande, no tenía buenos acabados, parecía que acababan de habilitarlo. Algunas puertas no cerraban, una de las habitaciones a la que ponían dos camas no se podía abrir el armario porque no había espacio y asi varias cosas. Pero lo que más me disgustó (no sé si mal entendido ) es que el día de mi salida quería hacer el check Out más tarde, cosa que había comentado al ingreso y que había entendido que sí, el día de la salida me dijeron que tenía que pagar 50.000 pesos por cada hora extra, QUE ERA MENTIRA, QUE SE ME HABÍA DICHO QUE PODÍA HACERLO MÁS TARDE… empecé a apresurarme para bajar a tiempo, tarde 23 minutos más de lo permitido y aún habiendo disponibilidad, me cobraron la hora entera. Y NO SON LOS 50.000 PESOS, SON LAS FORMAS DEL PERSONAL. Por lo tanto NO VOLVERÉ.

- vonsherika (8/5): - Stayed here with my husband, 3 bedroom apartment was beautiful, front desk is helpful with check in, never could get the tv in my room to actually work and the WiFi connection isn’t strong at all, especially in the rooms…. My only major complaint is on July 19th my husband booked this property for Aug 1st- Aug 5th we flew in from USA on the 5th as he was showing me the property he booked he accidentally booked the apartment again for the same night night which was July 19-20 he noticed the mistake and within 10 minutes and tried to cancel it but Prada wouldn’t cancel and kept our money anyway even though we weren’t even in the country and clearly it was a accident, so technically we had 2 reservations at this property, one was an accident and we weren’t even in the country to stay there and the other was for Aug 1-5 which we actually stayed. I think it was unfair of them not to honor the cancellation request since that was clearly a mistake, and even though we canceled right away they kept our money anyway

Mark er grunden til jeg. Aldrig vil vende tilbage, med mindre han er væk. Jeg talt med andre gæster på hotellet og alle haves den samme oplevelse med Mark. Mark !!!!

The location is fantastic, offering easy access to local attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere. i highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an upscale and relaxing getaway. Will definitely return! I had no issues with my stay.
- Marlon (9/5): The stay was pleasant! - I liked the fact that every bedroom has their own bathroom and ac. It was cozy and nice. It was a bit noisy because you can listen to everything that is going on outside. The noise that the trash thing makes early in the morning and that their were no tv in the living room. One of the bathroom had a problem with the toilet and had to be locked until fixed.

- Hans (9/5): Luxurious apartment with a great location - The apartment was impeccable, with all the required facilities in place. The rooms and beds were incredible. The location was very close to the Cerro Nutibara (~20 min walking) and with easy access to the Parque del Rio and the Christmas Lights. A nice neighborhood with several grocery stores nearby. Everything was really good, but just to write something, the second room had an enormous bed that didn't leave much space to walk around… the bed was really good, though. Also, the AC in that room was a bit noisy sometimes.

- Arely (10/5): Exceptional - I stayed for two weeks. The apartments are of good size - I stayed on the top floor and had a fantastic time. Quiet Location, super safe and with a nearby cafeteria to get your coffee and breakfast. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Isabella and Laura made every effort to make me feel at home. They were fantastic! The coffee machine at the reception could updated to provide better quality coffee. It is a bit of a disappointment to get lousy coffee in Colombia!

- Cameron (1/5): Worst hotel experience in my life for 1000 USD - Nothing The property very haunted with limited security. We checked out after 4 hours. The doors open and close and screaming sounds and banging. I was so scared and asked to check out and pay 1 night and get refund for remaining. They said yes but now they said no and the rooms have recording devices.
