- Eli (4/5): Shuld be 5*. But.. - On paper shuld be 5*..But (a big one but) 1. When we checking in we ask to pay an extra of 10% service. When I refuse I been told that the service is for worker and I said (first time that happened to me) service you at the end when there is a service and it is good. 2. Hot water in shower (very big and beautiful) come after 4 min and for a short time (between 1-2 min) 3. A lot of musqito in pool area. 4. Shower comes with no places to put down the shampoo&soap. We put them on the floor (very odd) 5. Sofa in room is for children (An adult cannot sit on it.) Shuld be 5* easy.

I would recommend adding more awareness in the public areas of the hotel where there is different leveling on the floor. It is easy to fall.

Clean pools (although we had to tell them twice to clean to rooftop one). Overall, an amazing hotel. We would love to come back.
