• Paulina Almaraz (9/5): Excelente relación calidad precio. - Nos hospedamos en un apartamento y nos resultó muy cómodo. Las camas estaban deliciosas. La calle donde se encuentra esta estrecha y empedrada, se entiende porque segun nos indican es patrimonio de la ciudad, aunque si resultó incómodo al viajar con coche de bebé. Pero en general estuvo muy bien.

• David João Pereira (9/5): Acolhedor e bem localizado para passear. - O pequeno almoço era bom e a localização era excelente. Estava perto do Funicular do Monserate e de outros restaurantes. Relativamente perto do Bairro da Candelária. A decoração do Hotel era espetacular, bem como os quartos tinham tudo que era preciso. Os espaços comuns eram um pouco frios.

• ALEXANDRE MARCOS (9/5): Muito boa estadia em Bogotá. - A hospedagem é muito bem localizada, perto da Quinta Bolívar e outros pontos turísticos facilmente alcançáveis a pé. O entorno é seguro e também permite o uso de transporte público variado. Nas redondezas há locais para alimentação e compras (supermercados). A equipe do hotel é sensacional e o café da manhã atende muito bem. Os quartos não são grandes, limitando quem está com um pouco mais de bagagem. Como a hospedagem é baseada em uma residência muito antiga, não há boa separação acústica com o corredor e com os quartos vizinhos, existindo também quartos sem janelas, o que pode incomodar alguns hóspedes.

Ingen dagslys, ingen vinduer - fronten var en gulv til loft glasvæg totalt eksponeret til fællesgang Toiletter trange og næsten umuligt at gøre toulette ved håndvask. Min rejsemakkers værelse var så drivende fugtigt, at vi besluttede at flytte efter to døgn, selv om vi havde booket 8 nætter. Vi fik ovenikøbet ingen refusion. Vi blev dog tilbudt præsidentsuiten - men nej tak - vi skulle bare væk.

• Jan (2/5): Dejlig beliggenhed, venligt personale. Desværre fik vi ikke refunderet en eneste krone efter vores oplevelse. - Personalet var venlige og flinke. Dog kunne de ikke et ord engelsk, så kommunikationen var ret svær. Mit værelse var meget fugtigt. Så fugtigt at sengetøjet var fugtigt og der var dug på vinduerne der ikke kunne åbnes. Da værelset ikke kunne tørres valgte vi at flytte hotel.

• Silke (9/5): Really enjoyed in this unique hotel. - The hotel had this charming antique look, the room was very modern, shower was big, good water pressure, bed comfy. It was close to Montserrate Cable car station and not far to walk down to the centre. Staff was very friendly. Heater worked great. The sink in the bathroom was tiny. Difficult not to spill water. I know it didn’t say in the room description, but I really missed having a teakettle.

Único ponto ruim é que a pousada fica em um rua estreita que o Uber não para na frente. Você desce um rua anterior e sobe. (Se tiver com malas e o pé torcido, como foi o meu caso, é ruim)

• Yousef Damra (1/5): This is a poorly built shack and masquerading as a 4 star hotel. This building is would not conform to building regulati - The location is great, and the staff did their best, and were always kind. The decoration in the Lobby is great. Even though the the hotel itself is located in a quite street, I could hear all the noise from the main street and the other streets in the neighborhood, including starting at 2 am every night, the garbage collection trucks. The building is clearly improvised and built by non-professionals, at least the part the of the hotel that contains the rooms. The construction is a simple brick structure with a metal roof, which provides zero thermal insulation or sound proofing. Even worse, the roof amplifies the sound of the rain and the floors, which lack any carpeting and amplify the sounds of every step and carry over any vibration, even between the farthest ends of the hotel. Moreover, there is not walls between the rooms, but instead a (single) glass wall and a very poorly made and installed door. This glass wall is covered by blinds for privacy, and being single pane window also offers no sound proofing. So, I could hear when any guest was showering, their whatsapp notifications as well as those of the staff. Most rooms lack windows, so do not expect any natural light. The bathroom lacks any ventilation except for a never cleaned, loud and ill-suited little fan. There is no closet in the rooms and nowhere to hang any pieces of clothes. Usually buildings are built into different fire sections or compartments, so fires would not spread from one section to the other. This building lacks any such compartmentation. In an event of a fire, the smoke and flames would spread rapidly in the hotel, which also lacks any fire alarm system. There is also only one entrance and exit, and no evacuation plan(s). My guess is that this hotel was built by someone who gave it his best, as is evident by the decoration in the lobby, but that person was neither an engineer nor an expert in hotel design. That is how we ended up with such a poor structure and poorly designed rooms.

• Carolina Esther (7/5): - La zona principal del hotel de recepción, salones y atención excelente Nos tocó en una habitación para 5 fuera del edificio principal y el acceso era bastante incómodo por una calle empedrada y saliendo a un callejón así como demasiado rústico para lo que esperábamos la habitación. El baño, lo bajos que eran los techos y la falta de espacio de almacenamiento (algún perchero o algo) fue lo que menos nos gustó. Muy fría la habitación.

• Rebecca (7/5): Cosy, quirky and convenient with friendly staff. - A cosy haven in a busy city. It was conveniently located for exploring downtown and going up Montserate. The staff were warm and friendly and the breakfast was great. The room was small but there are lovely common spaces to relax. I enjoyed the clever use of glass to bring in so much light to the building. My only challenge was that I do not speak Spanish and this resulted in some muddling in my booking in which I was charged an extra night on check in. When I tried to discuss this error (on their side) the off site managerial team refused to reverse the charge after a lengthy discussion facilitated by a translation app. I would not discourage non-Spanish speakers from booking with this lovely establishment but just be very clear on your booking when paying (I was exhausted after a 23 hour journey and did not notice when I initially paid).

Confusion (dishonesty) upon check in that no rooms have natural light and only two twins pushed together makes a double. Don't believe it. Fortunately I did end up in a more tranquil room with light and one double bed.. Otherwise, the stay was awesome.

J’ai apprécié le chauffage d’appoint qui m’a bien servi ponctuellement. Le petit déjeuner était compris dans le séjour : on vous demande de choisir parmi 5 options, ce qui n’est pas très fréquent ailleurs. Donc, c’est un plus. Le personnel est très gentil et très disponible. J’ai pu laissé mes affaires à l’hôtel après avoir libéré la chambre. L’emplacement me convenait très bien, en retrait, au calme mais à quelques minutes à pied de toutes les activités de Candelaria et du départ pour Montserrate.

• Louisa (9/5): Schönes Boutique Hotel in Bogota in perfekter Gegend - super liebes Personal, haben uns immer gut aufgehoben gefühlt. das frühstück ist super lecker. Man kann jeden Tag zwischen 5 Gerichten aussuchen, wir sind immer satt geworden. Der Mülleimer wurde täglich geleert und es gab regelmäßig neue Handtücher. Auch Seife wird vom Hotel gestellt und es war überall top sauber. die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Betten bequem. Die Lage mit Nähe zur Uni ist super und sicher. Monserrate 10 min zu Fuß bis zur Cable Car - perfekt! Es gibt (wie beschrieben von der Unterkunft) leider kein Fenster, aber wir haben einfach die Tür am Abend eine Zeit lang offen gehabt, dann ist das kein Problem :) es ist recht hellhörig & ein Föhn wäre noch schön gewesen aber sonst wirklich super!

Localisation exceptionnelle, au pied du Monserrate, à 20 minutes à pied du centre historique. Plusieurs restaurants abordables à proximité. La tranquillité des lieux, le jour comme la nuit. Mention spéciale à Rafael et à son soutien indéfectible. Il a passé des heures à tenter de trouver des solutions pour m'aider à rétablir l'accès aux données de mon téléphone et à réactiver ma carte de crédit. Sans lui, la qualité de mon séjour à Bogota aurait été grandement affecté. Il faisait froid dans la salle à manger.

• Rainer (6/5): Bedingt empfehlenswert - Die Lage zur Erkundung von La Candelaria ist perfekt. Das Hotel ist liebevoll gestaltet. Allerdings täuscht der Eindruck, den die Bilder vermitteln. Alles ist sehr dunkel, die Zimmer sind sehr klein und haben keine Fenster nach außen.
