- Ana Maria (10/5): Excelente apartamento - Es un edificio con una excelente ubicación y una bella vista al mar. Muy cómodo, tranquilo y con sitios de interés cercanos. Sugerimos una lavada al sofacama de la sala, además de hacer revisión al calentador de gas. A una de las camas le falta una pata.

Que decía primera linea de playa y no era así y que en los 6 días que estuvimos ahí nunca fueron a hacer el aseo y se nos acabó el papel de baño el jabón de trastes y no había bolsas para la basura. Por la cantidad de días considero que a mitad de días si hace falta una limpieza

- Marcela (3/5): Mal servicio - Bien equipado No tener acceso a baño con agua caliente y que la administradora de Encanto Rentals no contestara mi requerimiento. Fue descortés de su parte que mientras yo le solicité que alguien fuera a arreglar el calefont no contestó nunca mas. Junto a mi familia no nos pudimos bañar con agua caliente.

Al llegar mi hermana entro al baño auxiliar y quedo encerrada pues la chapa estaba dañada. Agradezco la pronta respuesta y el envío de personal para sacarla.

- Jo (5/5): Het was leuk maar ik kom hier nooit meer terug. - Erg groot appartement. Het personeel aan de balie was super goed en netjes. Het zwembad op het dak. De dame van het bureau die de codes zou brengen had niet eens het fatsoen om zich voor te stellen. Het eerste wat ze zei was u moet nog voor de hond betalen een erg onsympathieke dame toen ze het geld in ontvangst had genomen liep ze ook meteen weg geen uitleg niets. Dit was wel zo’n afknapper dat wij op dat moment al spijt hadden dat we geboekt hadden. In de advertentie staat direct aan het strand met een foto er bij. Wat blijkt? Die foto is van een ander hotel dit appartement ligt zeer zeker niet aan het strand maar in een wijkje. De koelkast lekt aan de onderkant met als gevolg dat je drie keer per dag kan dweilen.

There were a few really nice restaurants in the area and you could walk to the beach which was great. It was very safe and the staff was great

- Christian (2/5): - Imposible la comunicación con el administrador o anfitrión, No hay recepción en donde te solucionen los problemas Se daño la llave de ingreso y dure casi una hora por fuera de la habitación, en la portería no dan soluciones ni alternativas, dicen que todo es con em administrador de la habitación quien nunca contestó. No lo recomiendo
