Ho trascorso un fine settimana da sogno in questo hotel insieme al mio fidanzato per festeggiare il suo compleanno, e posso dire con certezza che l’esperienza ha superato di gran lunga ogni aspettativa. L’hotel è semplicemente bellissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio, immerso in un’atmosfera magica e rilassante. La piscina è un vero angolo di paradiso: magnetica, tranquilla, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama incantevole di Cauca Viejo, un paesino sorprendente e affascinante che ci ha letteralmente conquistati. La nostra stanza… wow! Spaziosa, pulitissima, accogliente e con molti tocchi speciali che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più romantico. Ma il vero cuore di questa esperienza sono state le persone. Vogliamo ringraziare di cuore Frank, Emanuel, Luz Dalia, Veronica, Luisa e Adriana: siete stati fantastici! Gentili, simpatici, attenti, sempre disponibili e con una capacità straordinaria di farci sentire a casa e coccolati. Avete reso questo weekend davvero indimenticabile. Grazie mille per tutto! Speriamo di tornare molto presto. Súper raccomandato!!!!!!! L’Internet WiFi dell’hotel non è molto veloce, però grazie ai dipendenti dell’hotel questo piccolo problema passa in secondo piano perché ti coccolano costantemente facendoti sentire a casa.

De verdad se esmeran en atenderte bien. La comida no fue ideal. El solomo y el codillo no nos gustaron, cocidos en exceso. Hay muchas moscas y no están pendientes de que no se asienten en la comida. El precio también me pareció un poco alto.

- Lucas (10/5): Unforgettable experience in a magical place! - The hotel is new and you can see love in every detail. Rooms are very comfortable with tons of amenities for an unforgettable stay. Everyone at this beautiful hotel makes you feel at home and very well taken care of. The buffet Breakfast was incredible as well at the restaurant and bar by the pool. Highly recommended! Excellent value in a luxury stay with authentic decor. We loved it and can’t wait to come back. Nothing!
